It was rare to see her without her siblings. Tormenta's ears perk up when she hears the challenge summons, excitement fueling her energy at the thought of seeing bodies bleed. The large female approaches the Oasis, purposefully crossing over the border to take a seat inside. Obviously, her view wouldn't be as great if she sat the respectful two feet back. Besides, who was going to tell her otherwise? The pride lions that might lose their home? A dark grin spills on her lips as front paws kneed the sand, blue orbs locked into the battle. How delicious. If only @Sirocco were here to see it. She felt naked sitting here without him touching her side. Always together, never a part. Except when chaos called. That was the exception and she expected he'd likely track her down and show up soon.

Parthena was exuberant — even more than normal as she watched her mother leave the pride land and couldn't help but follow after. The young cub was stronger now, legs steady as she moved and she was almost able to keep up with @Icefang ♔ and yet she arrived a good few minutes after her mother did with her youthful gaze following where Icefang looked. It couldn't be...could it? It was that woman! That woman who refused to feed her and knocked her into the mud.

The infamous toddler would stare at Nyaxia as tiny fluffy hackles began the auspicious climb along her spine. It wasn't fair that she didn't get food when she asked for it; and she asked so nicely too. Parthena would narrow her eyes; her glare licking with angsty childish rage at the remembered slight. The girl would bend her knees under her; dipping her chin in agitation while her ears plastered against her head — just like how she saw the adults do it.

Yeah, that was right.

Nyaxia refused to give her food and that alone deserved a thousand deaths in the cub's eyes. Parthena would pause at Icefang's side for a moment before her hind paws would push off from the ground as she attempted to charge at Nyaxia's front left leg. The cub wouldn't stop — favoring an attempt to throw her chest, head, and body into the lioness's limb; in an awkward body slam.

Nyaxia would pay for not feeding her.

This was a grudge match.

Many arrived and Aphrodite eyed each one that arrived. The majority of them were from the Oasis which was not surprising and as Aphrodite looked at each of them, nothing who they were and who they might possibly be to the Oasis and Harou. Ears twisted on top of her head as a familiar voice with a similar scent arrived next to her, Aphrodite would turn her head and see @Ciara coming towards her with a question on her lips. Yes I have. I now reign in the Cove and Queen beside my wife. She would state, giving the girl a soft smile. How are you doing? Is the Oasis still treating you well? She hoped so. Ciara was a medic and that was something that the Oasis needed. Granted the Cove needed more of them as well but that would come at a later time and date. Her ears twisted at the sound of another fight erupting up and Aphrodite glanced over to see a cub attacking another before she turned her attention towards the main event.

It was time, she supposed that someone would be foolish enough to try for the unforgiving throne of the Oasis. Helah's irritation at that fact... however, was definitely... more than warranted. She hears the call, and then she rises to her feet. Helah takes her sweet ass time to respond, and makes sure to stop by her stores- to rip her claws into some of her poisons, to coat them. No one who came here... deserved mercy. She snarled, as she did so- and then carefully, she made her way towards the gathering. Helah would do her best to preserve the poison on her claws- her teeth bared as she arrived.

"If this bitch has any supporters. Maim them. Kill them even." She would snarl to those who supported her... King. An order from their Queen. No one who supported this female would leave here unscarred, and so Helah stalked forward, her posture stiff- head held high. Clearly, she was asking for a fight- and looking for any fool to take that fight from. She would be here to support Harou by ripping into the flesh of any she deemed an enemy. And after he retained their home? She'd make this wretched female pay for disrupting her day.

Helah is actively looking for a fight.

Any other day at any other challenge, Nyaxia would have shown similar mercy to the child as she had in Vermeda. This time, however, she was only seeing red. Between the child and watching her friend battle for his home, the huntress was no longer in the mood to play games. If the kid wanted to learn what it meant to battle against an adult, Nyaxia wouldn't hold back. Consequences be damned.

She grunted as Parthena collided into her left leg, the awkwardness of it causing a loud pop that brought stars to her eyes. Dislocated. The fucking brat had just dislocated her shoulder, let alone the bruises from impact and those that would surely follow from the joint swelling.

Furious, Nyaxia attempted to snatch the girl by her scruff and send her crashing into the ground, hard, with a feral snarl.

Reverie would have liked to have witnessed some sort of grand escalation, chaos unfurling; words no longer stunted and feral as the every growing amount of bodies would inevitably collide.

But that wouldn't be the case.

Quite the opposite, some almost appeared respectful; albeit indifferent. As if the outcome bore no real meaning for them while others spoke here and there. It was these conversations that the Iscariot focused on, ears cupping forward gently as the sable woman gingerly maneuvered among the thicker Oasis undergrowth just beyond the clearing itself. Aiming to drink up any bits of conversation she might catch while her eyes occasionally flitted to Zabrina and the Andal Usurper.

The woman had after all been of assistance, however brief. But did Reverie really want her to win? Regardless of whom wretched the crown free from the evening events didn't change the simple fact that it did not belong to them. Kral's words forever humming in the back of her mind...

More loyalists of the Oasis stream from the sands. For this reason, she believed, most of the moths drawn to the challenge stayed outside the range of the flame. Despite her ears tucked back, and blood rushing through her skull, she was fully alert to the tenor of conversations. If their enemies thought staying outside the border would keep them safe, think again! There was no safety.

She would prefer to sink her teeth into a clear, established enemy. She liked when the lines were black and white. Ultimately, nobody was foolish enough to yell their support for the feminine usurper, but somebody was foolish enough to deliberately cross their borders without any effort to disguise her scent. Of course it would be a female. How foolish they were! So foolish to remain a rogue, and alone, and female, wandering into a pride fight? It was brave. The sort of bravery that could only be brazen offense to the beaten steel of the ex-Rike wife. Sarsaparilla sneered, this ugly shadow of an expression that of a resentful, beaten dog.

Furthermore, their queen arrived giving proper and lawful and savage orders; a position and prestige that twisted Sarsaparilla's gut with envy, and blazed red at the edges of her vision as she stared at the trespasser. From the outside she would seem to rise with purpose and approach directly. From the inside, it just seemed to her that the trespasser was getting closer, and the sand was changing temperature under her paws, and her teeth were cold from exposure to the wind. From the outside, a bared snarl. "Do you delight in trashing our doorstep?" her voice mimicked the steel of stronger women. A question that could not match the true coolness and questionable sincerity of aloof rhetoric. In her voice it was only a rote declaration of battle.

Battle: attempting to surge forward from the front, her direction slightly addled to aim her weight more toward the trespasser's left shoulder with her own right paw lifting to try to slug into it. Claws out, of course. And fangs bared, cooling with their own drool, attempting to rip into the side of the trespasser's mouth. No smiling allowed. No delight, no lollygagging.

Sif laid down just outside of the borders not wanting ti just tresspass and make herself a target. She wasn't afraid of a fight but only a fool would seek then mindlessly. She raked her claws against a fallen back to sharpen them ready for anything knowing these events were prone to bring fights not just for the challengers.. some who weren't event related to them could always be dragged into the violent dances.

Much like what happened to the grey woman who just got attacked by another. She observed them with an analytical expression. Wondering who those were. Before returning her eyes to the main fight.

Well, what was this? Vice heard all the commotion and violence not too far off, and so he would make his way over. A devious smirk was painted on his face as he made his appearance, his mismatched gaze scanning over the entire situation.

He could see a few battles had already broken out, as well as his brother sharpening his claws against a piece of driftwood. The pale cub made his way over and took a seat beside @Kjartan, quietly observing the bloodshed.

If he was being honest with himself, he was a little upset that he wasn't able to join in on all the fun. But something was bothering him, itching at his mind like an annoying beetle.

He finally turned to his brother, "Where is vater?" he inquired, his nose scrunching slightly. Maybe he was simply late?

perhaps this was one of the first orders of @Helah ♔'s that brighid would oblige in following. she arrives among a flurry of movement and strangers, settling alongside the sovereigness' side. brighid glances at her from the corner of her eye, a sound of unyielding support spewing from between sharpened fangs at the queen's announcement. the fighter's claws peel from her paws, blades ready to strike true. she spares a moment to harou and his bout before her gaze twists and shifts over the riff raff that have gathered over the show of their home. she would happily escort them all from the desert, with a smile painted in blood and force reserved only for the wicked.
