Connected to the mainland by an isthmus, Scilla Lagoon has only one way in and out, and the remainder of the territory is left to relax and unwind, without the threat of unwanted or sneaking visitors. Fittingly, the island is decorated with tall palm trees and flocks of bright, exotic birds, constantly passing between overhead branches and other perches. Shallow lagoons scatter themselves across the open beach and lightly-packed foliage, surrounded by brilliant white sands and shored by coral reefs.

16 Sept → The leadership tier has been completed (yay team!), and Cirilla heads out to the Summit and the Cove to seek out alliances.

10 Sept → Cirilla rises victorious from her battle for the Lagoon, reclaiming her birthplace as hers. Long may she reign!

Laws

1. The High Sovereign has the ultimate authority in decision-making and other large pride rulings. The leadership tier, however, are all to be respected the same.
2. All pride members are expected to pull their weight, in whatever form that may be and whether they are male or female. Hunting, sparring, and healing are all encouraged and should be practiced regularly to help strengthen the pride.
3. Scilla's borders are not to be crossed by outside lions without permission. Lions from allied prides are allowed to cross freely, and can come and go as they please.
4. Allies are to be treated with respect at all times, and any violence towards them will not be tolerated. Members of Scilla are expected to defend allied pride members if the situation arises.
5. Issues between pride members should be brought initially to the Lead Advisor to be dealt with. If this issue cannot be resolved, then the problem will be brought to the High Sovereign.
6. Cirilla does not encourage claiming, but it is allowed in order to protect a cub, yearling or vulnerable lioness. Any other potential members are to be invited.
7. Mating is permitted so long as it is consensual. Cirilla must be informed of any official mateships and if a pair is expecting cubs.
8. The High Sovereign and Sovereign share similar powers. The Sovereign is authorized to fight on the High Sovereign's behalf, and is able to defend pride challenges, invite members, release lionesses and defend against youth theft. Furthermore, should the High Sovereign fail requirements, the pride may pass to the Sovereign's possession. If he cannot take it, then it will pass to the Heir, should they be of age.
9. Ranks up to, and including, Noble may be challenged for. Please ensure you call for Cirilla upon requesting a challenge.
10. In times of war, enemies are fair game - but do not create unneccesary violence. Defend those who need defending.
11. There is an expectation that members keep sensitive information - such as names - from outsiders and those not trusted. Remember: loose lips sink ships.
12. Finally, be useful: utilize your trade and practice where you can!

and i bid you adieu — Senior member Tobin is confronted by Kieran over leaving the territory in a very careful, suspicious way.

i do let them eat cake — Vermier would like to point out that he is a very generous king and bestows ethically sourced cubs on those who serve him well.

waters turn red — Vermier's ethically sourced cub causes issues for the pride as a horde of Bluff members arrives at the borders and demands what was lost to them. After a battle, the cub is no longer bestowed to those who serve Vermier well.

just a bite — A cub from the Cove arrives looking for a meal and is claimed into the pride. As it seems to be the case with cubs, drama followed it and after a few tense moments, things settled until Gwyn arrived after trespassing deep into the lands and is attacked by Kieran to stop the trespasser.

a place i don't know — Dorian comes back after getting Bait to see if the yearlings are being held against their will but Beelzebub, Cassine, and Ursula show him that the yearlings here are strong and willing to do what is needed to protect their home.

If It Wasn't For You — Amara calls together the members of the Dieudonné family to have Cassine step into the heiress rank and to step up to learn more about leading her family. Mithros and Hazarin fight for a rank and Keiran challenges for one as well.

These Violent Delights — Genya challenges for EM but fails. Her failure causes members of SL to end up in a fight with known and unknown lions.

how do you sleep? & storm in the quiet — Bravo, bravo, and violence! The pride is quick to demonstrate ferocity at border crossings. Vermier demonstrates to Ursula that weaklings should be bitten, and Kieran and Amara are quick to ward off a bunch of intruding yearlings.

when the raven swallows the day — The first pride meeting has been called.

Each of the Noble ranks are challenged for by a female. The first by Genya, contested by Amara who is also promised Sovereign if she wins; and the second by newcomer Maude who has been encouraged to use the power to yoink cubs.

from blood and ash — The most beautiful Genya holds a training event.

This Time — A pride has disbanded! Vermier summons the pride to the claim for Andal Oasis for the purposes of looking tough and catching anyone who tries to flee. And ends up getting smeared for being an arrogant dolt rip.

Kingdom Come — the High Sovereign sets out to try to find the source of the attackers but has yet to return. In his wake violent beasts rush in, each vying for their brand of evil supremacy. Vermier Dieudonné wins out and announces his reign only by his surname. Surely an oversight. Korrin/Turrek/he of many names limps away meekly. Surely the last we have seen of him.

RETAKE — it seems King Zoticus has a challenger at his door. what will Oberon think if the man loses his crown? what does it mean for Scilla?

eye of the tiger... — hoping to ease tensions in the pride and himself, Oberon has called for a group training session! attendance is not mandatory, but look! sweet EXP!

we'll all be okay & ready / aim / fire & man on a mission — alliance talks with Vermeda, Obsidian and Andal go as fluidly as possible. with naming the attacker of Fionnuala, Oberon seeks to warn the other prides of a possible threat.

A Mid-Winter Night Dream — returning to the shore, he finds (another) a victim of a recent attack! Titania is quickly claimed into the pride to get medical attention. is her wounds the work of a serial attacker on the shore?

Exchange Program — Oberon drops his friend Aarani at Firnen, but doesn't stop there! he's there to speak to Queen Avreya about a potential alliance.

Phoenix Fire — Inez and Oberon found Jewel, leader of Caladan Cove, on the shore! Erevu, a Gentry of Caladan, is quick to arrive and offer his medical advice.

When Your Time Comes — a hurricane forces out the members of the old Scilla Lagoon! Oberon is close by, being a member of Caladan Cove, and rises to meet the challenge of leading a pride! He succeeds in beating back his challenger, a feisty Viking woman.

  Weaving, Overdue — Gwyn has been barely hanging on when help and company comes from an unexpected source. Immediately after that encounter, feeling a fair bit better than he has in a while, he goes to feel out politics at the Oasis.

  There's wolves in the house — Gwyn's cousin(for lack of a better word) is challenged by Kiton and looses. Drama brews between his relative and a claim while Gwyn himself is worried about the unexpected help mentioned above, Kalahari. She had escaped Vine after all and is now helping to get the claim, Aarani to the safety of the rainforest's borders.

  Are We There Yet? Growth — Refugees from Vine's pride Wodnik and Walpurgis join. The former is offered heir the latter proves rather vexing and Gwyn really has no idea what to make of her.   Grim News I Challenge You to a Dance Off — The cove throws a bash, and Gwyn and others from the lagoon arrive to have a bit of fun. Except the High Sovereign comes baring the bad news of Pistis's disappearance and rehashes out the alliance.

  Hell Hath no Fury — Gwyn and Pistis have an argument over Xerxes, who really doesn't like his stepfather and vice versa to the point Gwyn threatens him. Pistis is not pleased and has it out with her mate.

  Next of Kin — After Vasilis’ disappearance, Pistis Casimir, his Noble and lover, vies for the throne and wins her crown. She explains that this land was claimed to protect her children and her pridemates, and expects to rule it well. Will there be any bad blood or objections to her ruling?

  Political Progress — Pistis heads to Obsidian Hollow to attempt to make an alliance (or some good relation) with King Magnus. She is greeted by his noble, Avdotya, who she actually takes a liking to quite easily.

   What I shouldn't do I will! — Vasilis catches wind of a Trespasser that enters the lagoon. It is a young lion but regardless Vasilis treats him with caution and tells him to leave. It seems the young boy is not familiar with the terms of the Lagoon and so Vasilis informs the boy of the rules.

   SL monthly Pride Hunt — A flock of Great Bustards arrive at the Lagoon and Vasilis is the first to spot the lingering winged pheasants. Can Vasilis take them on all by himself? Or will more of the Lagoon pride show up to help take a few of these delicious birds down?

   Then let amorous kisses dwell on our lips — Vasilis has made Pistis a Noble and the two have started to consider themselves lovers. How will this fair with Gwyn and the other family members that remain under the Lagoon's name? Only time will tell!

   I was a mistake if nature, and so I'll become a beast of one! — One of Gwyn's children, Balrog, shows up at the Lagoon borders to vent and yell at Pistis. Gwyn himself shows alongside Xerxes. What will this do for the Casimir family? Will tensions only rise? Or will an end be met?

  As we Start! — Pistis has gone into labor! The first to arrive is no other than Siofra and Vasilis! How will the birth go? With Gwyn still nowhere to be found, Vasilis remains faithful in determination to aid and help the silver woman and her children.

  Knock - Knock! Anybody home? — Curious after the fall of the Hollow King Gwyn, a week passes and Vasilis heads to the Hollow to find out if it remains empty or if someone has claimed it. What will he find?

  Only those who risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go. — Vasilis heads to the Oasis to talk to Fionn about all that has happened since their alliance, to get advice from a friend as well as figure where to go from there. He tells the man of his fight with Skarde and warns the pink king of the man and his .....actions against Metzli.

   I'm Not O-fucking-kay — While gathering herbs for Pistis and her childbirth - Vasilis witnesses the plummeting near-death of Xerxes a child he had known as Ambrosines adopted child but Pistis firstborn. Why was the child thrown from the cliffs? Vasilis moves to examine the child but soon finds himself in the midst of a severe panic attack.

   QUASAR — Vasilis sneaks into the claim of Ecrosia Mire where he witnesses the challenger be non-other than the very lion who had harmed and previously held a claim over Metzli. Raging with anger Vasilis remains hidden to witness and listen in to the conversations of those who attend and watch the fight from his murky depths of the swamp.

   Reunion — Pistis and Vasilis are doing border patrol when a wounded and very much missing Gwyn appears at his door. The man faints momentarily and Jewel offers to help move him if needed. Will Vasilis allow the man passage or tell him he must go, injuries and all? With tensions high, Pistis rocky with her feelings to her husband and a missing wife - what will happen next?

  Blindness in battle is nothing out of the way. — Vasilis hears word on the wind about another new pride to the north and quickly makes his way to learn about it. He heads to the Rainforest and is welcomed by a wounded Kimagure - but Vasilis can't figure out HOW or WHERE he has seen the new rainforest's Sovereign from.

  Pain behind blue eyes! — Vasilis heads to the Mire the following day after the challenge between the dark man who had attacked and mistreated Metzli went after the red Casimir. Will this Casimir king rule and behave the same way that Gwyn had while he was king of the Hollows?

  Feel like a Party? — When your best friends with your allies what do you do? You help them out! Vasilis heads to the Oasis to help fill up their food storage. He calls for Fionn and Sweet Pea and hopes to catch up with the duo - two birds one stone right? Right!

  But, at least for a short while, it was a beautiful lie, — Vasilis calls for the first Mandatory Official pride meeting for the Lagoon, its visitors, its temporary members, it's currently new and long term guests and its ranked members. It's time to start moving forward with the news of all the new leaders popping up along with giving out ranks and duties!

  I've seen better — Vasilis goes in search of new recruits, but instead today, Vasilis finds himself gaining a temporary Guest to the Lagoon instead. How long will this guest stay he wonders?

  Runaway! — Pistis rushes to the Lagoon not soon after does the High Sovereign of the Cove also come behind offering support to the very pregnant Casimir wife. Vasilis arrives greeting the pair with fear and caution, What had happened?! It is soon found out that Gwyn has disappeared from the Hollow pridelands leaving all its members to disperse and its Secondary Leader - Drakon - to challenge to take over it. What will happen to Pistis and her children? Is Gwyn gone for good or missing?!

  Berlin Scars! — Siofra calls for Vasilis at the borders to find out where Pistis is, Vasilis is not so quick to tell where the pregnant mother pistis is in hiding until he finds out who she is, Then the silver woman in question finds the duo at the borders and not soon after another child of the Casimir shows up Ifri. What is Vasilis going to do with all these Casmiri women in his home?

  You will remember Me — A familiar call is made within the main land, and Vasilis heads out to find that its his friend, Fionn, challenging to rule the Oasis. But something odd happens, his challenger steps up to the plate but is soon attacked by a flock of angry creatures taking its anger out on her face and eyes. Vasilis swings into action calling his lead medic Elijah to help the poor dear to the lagoon to get what aid they have help with.

  Return to the Throne! — Vasilis hears a call not far from his home, he enters to find Manes, Vasilis's Gentry - Ambrosine's husband challenging for the Bluffs. But the man doesn't have a chance as an unknown face claims it as his own! Meeting up with the Oasis's Sovereign - Fionn - they both wonder how this new king will rule the bluffs.

All that was good, All that was Fair. — Vasilis visits the bluff to see what the new Sovereign of the land has to say in regards to an alliance. Will they hold a treaty? A friendly alliance? Complete allies? Vasilis also finds that the Bluffs are struck with the pest problem of a clan of Hyenae. Hmmm, interesting.

   Oh, the places you will go! — Vasilis was on the hunt but finds his lost royal advisor at the waterhole and has returned with sad information that Vasilis's brother, Xisand was still missing. Vasilis takes this moment to inform Tambua of all that has happened while he was gone in search of his brother, and offers him as an official member to the Lagoon as his right-hand advisor.

  I wish I could have Fought him for you — Vasilis was asked to search for certain lions and lionesses by none other than Pistis - a cherished friend of his. And in his search, he comes across a frightened Metzli telling him to run. A battle ensue's by her captor Skarde and Vasilis wins the Dominance for Metzli's well being. He gives no idle threat to the man, telling him if he ever finds out he has harmed another woman again, that Vasilis would be there to personally remove his balls.

   Finally home — Amra is found and well! She calls for Vasilis, Ambrosine, and her family to show she is free and healthy, Vasilis welcomes her as the Lagoons Lead Hunter and allows the family to talk and have their time together. How will relations between Vasilis and Zagan hold now that there is no bargaining chip between the two families?

   Get that Bounty — Amra calls for the Lagoons second Pride hunt! How will she fare as the Lagoons first ever Lead hunteress?

   There is no force equal to that of a determined woman. — In light of Pistis birth of her children, Vasilis has called forth a small event to embark on a ceremony to usher in protection to the children. Vasilis offers a prayer to the gods to hear his call to guide and protect Pistis and her children for a safe delivery.

For the love of my Life! — Vasilis lays claim to the Lagoon and is soon challenged by Vermier! Many come to watch the fight but is soon turned into chaos as another brawl breaks out between the Hollows Sovereign, Gwyn, and Manes over a child's misbehavior.

  Desert Punks! — Elijah speaks to Vasilis at the Pride claim about healing Vasilis's wounds from his battle. But is there something else in store for the man? Vasilis has an idea but just what could it be?

  Be that as it May! — Vasilis runs into Ambrosine, a woman who he had given temporary access to the Lagoon so that her kin, Vermier, Vasilis's challenger for the Lagoon's throne could heal without worry. But this was no ordinary check up - Ambrosine lets Vasilis in on some inside information regarding her family AND that of the Obsidian Hollows ways. Displeased with the information he has learned about, Vasilis makes it his mission to help Ambrosine out and allows her family to either remain as full members of the lagoon or as guests.

  Will it blend? — Jewel comes to the Lagoon and seeks out Vasilis to find out just where the Lagoon and the Cove will stand between one another. But is there another reason that Jewel has come to see Vasilis?

  A precious Story! — Vasilis has called to his friends, to his Allies and those who hold no home to welcome his reign as high Sovereign and to relax and enjoy a night full of story telling and sharing food as they watch the sun set along the beach!

  A desert cities Sovereign — Vasilis heads to the Hollow to talk to Gwyn about a possible Alliance between Scilla and Obsidian. What will happen when he finally gets to talk to the man one on one? Will they walk away with friendly terms? Or will Vasilis leave empty handed?

  You will remember me! — Vasilis hears of a call amongst the waves, curious as he always is - the man heads for the mainland and watches as an eventful change takes course, another high sovereign has taken a plot of land for their own. Who is this new leader and will he be able to strike up an alliance?

  Always say Goodnight — Zagan comes to the Lagoon to talk to Vasilis about the fights between his family and the Dieudonné's. Not once but twice had the families clashed and due to events previously brought to him, Vasilis had welcomed Ambrosine and her family to the Lagoon as residents. But, there is something else behind the screens. Zagan informs Vasilis of information regarding why they had started to fight with one another, and , sought Vasilis out as a mediator between the families. What will happen next?

  In these little Moments — After witnessing the claiming of the Oasis, later that night Vasilis goes to have a talk one on one with his friend, Fionn who took over the Oasis lands. They have agree'd on an Alliance and there is hope that the prides will become like brothers for one another, but is there more hidden beneath the pleasantries?

  I've Seen Better & Let's See Here — Vasilis offers a temporary home for both Haniel as well as the young cub, Aarbei, until they are able to find a better suitable home for themselves. But what is this - Vasilis leanrs that Aarbei knows the Lagoons Gentry?! Is it possible that Vasilis may have a new member soon?
