But there was no poison that could dull or weaken the support that has turned out for her this day. The strawberry lioness would need to try her hardest to be worthy of this. And she would have to let her friend know how right he was when this was over.

Pyrrha suffers a stinging set of claw wounds down the left side of her neck, beginning at the top near where her lower jaw connects and then running down about half way before being torn out. She lined up and lunges in. She aims her teeth for Mirian's right eye and then Pyrrha lifts her own right paw and raises it, aiming to curl it around behind Mirian's left wrist and dig her claws into the sensitive and vein rich area just above her paw.

The sensation of agony as Pyrrha's claws sank into her left front wrist flesh was excruciating, but Miaran gritted her teeth and fought on. She could not stop. Blood stained the sand beneath them, a grim testament to the intensity of their battle.

With a primal growl echoing from deep within her chest, she unleashes her fury, aiming at driving her razor-sharp right front claws towards and into Pyrrha's face with all the strength she can muster. To slice and split the thin flesh of her face. Every ounce of her being fueled by a burning desire to leave a lasting mark, to etch a vivid reminder of the pain she has endured. The thought of Pyrrha's skin splitting beneath her claws ignites a fire within her, a fire that rages with unrelenting passion and determination. This is not just a strike, but a statement - a declaration of her strength, her power, and her unwavering resolve. And as her right front claws sought to tear through flesh, hoping at leaving behind scars that will forever tell the tale of her wrath, she knows that her message will have been heard.

My my wasn't this woman angry thought Pyrrha. Good. Let her feel the pain of being forced to the edge, made homeless because another's ambition and ego took precedent.

Her face is sliced open, blood streamed downwards along her left cheek and pooled in the corners of her lips and gums from the new wound. Mirian's claws succeed in ripping flesh along the thin skin of Pyrrha's cheek and down towards her muzzle. The former heiress quickly turns her head to her left and attempts to grab Mirian's paw in her grasp before it can entirely move away and crush the hand between her waiting jaws. Feeling that it worked well enough the first time Pyrrha then attempts to repeat her previous paw attack, claws attempting to remain in the proximity of Mirian's left wrist and drive themselves back in the wounds deeper in search of more blood and gore.

sands churn beneath his massive paws, talons sweeping over the stained earth as the winter soldier moves forward. the storms lay their wrathful touch across the lands, bringing with it the vengeful shrills of light and silver wailing. all around, the gunmental taste of blood would flood the senses, and the winter soldier leans into it like an animalistic fiend, begging for his rage to come out. day by day, he keeps to himself, keeps to his training, with only @Teodora's love to soothe him within those secret, intimate moments caught between husband and wife. though it is not hunger alone that draws the carmine beast surging forward, now, but a thirst to feel the wetness of blood coat his tongue. riven had remained within the mountains, dutiful to his task, laying in dormancy and in stillness - dwelling up in the illyrian mountains, riven would forever be a reclusive scepter, haunting their icy corridors;

She hoped to end this quickly so she wouldn’t miss the more important spectacle and the reason they were all here. If the irritating idiot hadn’t bothered her, she would have been able to see the crashing start between the two woman. Oh, how she wanted to watch! But, his blood would taste great on her tongue and she hoped to leave him a permanent reminder of who he was dealing with.

Both paws met their mark, though he was quick in his retaliation. And in his words. Calling her a bitch? "Ha! You haven’t seen a real bitch yet! Let me enlighten you!" He grabbed at the fleshy underside of her raised arm and she felt the stings from skin tearing open as she snatched it away. His advance forward was completely unavoidable though, and she was tumbling backwards before she knew it. She reached up to try and grab him around his neck and bring him down with her, readying her back legs to attempt to bunny-kick-to-shreds his stomach.

If Pyrrha dared to think that Miaran's emotions stemmed from anger at being challenged, then she was sorely misunderstood by the strawberry lioness. Little did she know the depths of Miaran's past, the scars of her upbringing in the merciless Mob. Amaryllis was a sanctuary compared to her homeland, but Miaran refused to hold back her true self.

Pride challenges were a way of life here, and Miaran accepted them without resentment. She harbored no ill will towards Pyrrha for reclaiming what was rightfully hers, even though Miaran would have gladly let her remain as Heiress had she not abandoned her post. Pyrrha's homelessness was a consequence of her own actions, a choice she made willingly. Miaran had always made it clear that anyone who wished to still call Caladan home was welcome to do so.

This was a move that she had used many times before, honing her skills and mastering the art of inflicting pain. And as Miaran sought to overwhelm Pyrrha with her brutality, she knew that nothing could stand in her way as she unleashed her wrath upon her enemy, consumed by the primal urge to dominate and conquer.

The searing agony of sharp fangs sinking into her delicate paw sent shivers of pain coursing through her entire being. But she refused to give in, to let herself be defeated by the numbing sensation that threatened to overtake her. Every fiber of her being screamed at her to continue, to fight on despite the overwhelming pain that wracked her body.

While her opponent's mouth was consumed with the fervor of trying to crush Miaran's right wrist, she seized the moment with fierce determination. With a fierce gleam in her eye, she bared her sharp fangs and let out a primal growl. Saliva glistened on her razor-sharp teeth as she angled her head, aiming to bite hard into Pyrrha's muzzle by attempting to deliver a deadly bite to her nose. Her tongue is on fire and within her jowls mix the taste of both woman's blood. Her tongue is painfully stabbed and torn but still Pyrrha presses down, aiming to fully close her jaws and attempting to smash the smaller delicate bones of the paw into dust and rubble. Her sense of smell is then overwhelmed with hot breath as the Caladan Usurper's teeth broke the flesh over the top of Pyrrha's muzzle and down around her lips did blood drain.

As she did try to continue her attack of Miaran's right paw Pyrrha also lifted her right paw higher and reached forward, attempting to drive her claws into the other lion's left armpit and drag downwards towards the elbow.

he is quick to answer the call when it rings out over amaryllis, a deep frown on his face at the sheet of water that bogs down his fur and mane on the way. couldn't they pick a better time to challenge? why was it always during a storm. it made it such a drag to make the trip from lorien. though being somewhat of a gossip, the challenges provide enough of an opportunity for information that it feels worth it to slog through the rain to show up - and a potential change of leadership, an event that would be remembered for ages - is another powerful draw.

aspen finds himself on the sidelines of a fight already well underway, if the women and their various bleeding wounds are any hint. on the side, as seems to be usual for such events, another fight has also broken out and the hits seem far more vicious than a normal fight. a quick scan of the audience shows none of the usual suspects gathered on the sidelines yet. a pity. without crossing the borders, aspen settles in on the sidelines, orange eyes flitting between both fights with obvious interest.

it is the demanding call for their ally's crown which finally rouses manon dieudonné from her slumber. in the downpour, it had seemed like the best idea to simply avoid it but that was not an option now. picking her way down the rain-slick bluffs is a slow affair and the yearling ends up covered in mud by the time the borders of the cove are in sight. already, the smell of blood pierces through the dampening rain, making manon lick eagerly at her teeth.

caladan is a lush pride and with the dark shadows already in place from the heavy storm clouds, it takes no time for her to find a hiding place amongst the foliage. it is from within this alcove that manon has found that her red eyes stare out, taking in the scene. her attention catches only momentarily on the familiar form of morana who stands with the rest of the cove lions - so the rouge had found a pride after all- before moving along. on the sidelines, she finds another scuffle has broken out, particularly vicious and bloody. surely the loser would be walking away with a lasting reminder of the fight. lastly, her eyes come to rest on the main fight. a glance at the challenger provides no familiarity to the yearling and so she can only silent root for mistan from her hiding place.

he doesn't care who the challenger is, and can only hope they're successful in wrenching the crown away from the woman who had won it. karsa's distaste for the queens of the cove - and by extension, the rest of the pride - is no secret among the savante family. especially not after the disaster that had taken place only a few weeks ago.

as the young savante approaches caladan to observe the fight, he makes sure to stay on the neutral side of the borders to watch, not wanting to put extra strain on an already tenuous relationship. blue eye find the main fight within an instant, a concentrated frown curving over his lips while watching. it seemed the challenger had taken miaran's paw in her mouth and from the occasional bulging of her cheeks, her grimace, and the flexing of miaran's foreleg muscles, karsa can only assume what's going on. miarab was probably shredding pyrrha's mouth right now. ouch.

his attention only turns away when another fight breaks out on the sidelines, over on the caladan side of the border. karsa is still as his blue gaze ping-pongs between both fights, a quick prayer to the mother said in his head to provide pyrrha with the strength to emerge victorious.
