Alizabeth was tired of this shit. Everyday that passed was another day she was missing her family - had they come looking for her, surely they had noticed she was missing? Deep down she felt worried that perhaps they'd assumed she was...she had just up and left again. Nero especially. Once upon a time she had disappeared. Of course, she had also returned eventually - but what if they all thought she'd merely abandoned them. It fueled an anger in her, made her skin tingle. Now that she was healed, she was about ready to kick whoever's ass she needed to leave.

Fuck this shit, she's done. A roar is made, echoing through her little prison, calling for @Amara.

Amara had kept her white prisoner around for some time, waiting to see who would notice that she was gone. She had attended the claim for the Lagoon and it seemed like some were confused about where the lioness had gone but no one had arrived at her borders. Her ears flick as she hears a call for her from the prisoner. Guess she had grown tired of her vacation cell. Amara grabs a rabbit from the pile of food and takes it along with her. Amara arrives and pokes her head into the cell that she had tossed her in those months ago, the rabbit dangling from her jaws. Did she want to go? Did she want to talk? Amara didn't know much about her and had planned on talking with her before but Amara had to tend to other things. She dropped the rabbit on the ground before licking her lips. No one has come for you. The Lagoon has a new leader. What would you do when you leave here? Amara answered some questions that she was sure that @Alizabeth would have to see where this would go.

Alizabeth stared out at @Amara as she arrived, the full intensity of those magenta eyes narrowing on the Wolfbron Sovereign. Shoulders rolled, her ears pressing back some as she spoke. "Of course no one fuckin' came for me, Mother Nature played in yer fuckin' favor. My scent was wiped from yer fuckin' territory line." She muttered, her voice on edge with irritation. Never in her life had she been cooped up for this long. It was making her crazy, it made her skin itch - the desire to rip into someone being focused on the lioness that had been keeping her prisoner.

"Who the fuck's got my Lagoon and how? I'd want it fuckin' back, but first I wanna find my fuckin' family and make sure Alaric, Tiamat and whatever shitfucks they got in league haven't gone after them." What if the reason her family hadn't come for her was because they'd been killed - or run off? What if her babies had been hurt. It made her heart ache thinking about it. The desire to run her mouth more was all too strong, but for now the white bitch fell silent.

Amara wasn't surprised that she bit back sharply and earned a smirk. Could have left you there for those things to kill. They seemed ready too. Amara made it clear that death would have been the other outcome. The answers that Amara gave her seemed to be what she needed as she dove into asking more about it. Amara shifted her weight, she couldn't remember names but she knew who it was. The one you tried to keep prisoner. Remember when you tried to do that? How the tables have turned. What's your issue with Alaric? Amara remember that he had been mentioned when they first brought her here but didn't follow up on it or care enough but if they were talking, she would get all of this out of her.

"Suppose you fuckin' coulda, but I already thanked ya for that. Don't get too greedy." She drawls teasingly, her tail sweeping behind her wildly. Standing, the small, wartorn lioness approaches the edges of her cage, her nose lowering to sniff at the rabbit she'd been brought. For now, it was mostly ignored. Toes curl into the earth as @Amara's next words are carefully contemplated. So Tiamat had her Lagoon, how the fuck had she managed that.

The bitch was too weak to win it outright - of that Alizabeth was certain. "Tiamat's a bitch, and she's gotta go down eventually." She comments idly while considering how to answer that loaded fucking question that was Alaric. "Where to fuckin' start. His ex-wife, Erna, was a cub killing psychopath. He maimed my son, he and his little shit stained pride members have given me and mine many issues. We used to be friends, of sorts - now, I don't fuckin' know. Some things just can't be forgiven." She mutters, ears pressing back in annoyance.

Amara wasn't amused. Greed wasn't something that she understood since to her, everything she did was for her family and not for herself. She had a thankless position and she did it daily without question. Amara tenses slightly as @Alizabeth moves toward her before focusing on the rabbit that had been brought. Her ears flick as she waits to see what was going to happen from here. Plently say the same about you. Amara's reply was sharp. The lioness in front of her called another a bitch when she herself was one. She was slightly surprised by what came next though she wasn't caught guard to much to hear that Erna had killed a cub. The story of the Rike was not all that she had been sold at first but some things were too far gone now. So you are an ally to the Sigrun then? It seemed to fit since there was anger there about Erna and as far as Amara knew Alaric was still an ally to them since their cubs held the Rike blood. She didn't know how far his bonds would go or last to the family. It wasn't like her own attachment to her family that was there long before she was married into the family.

Alizabeth can't help the laugh that comes from her lips at @Amara's retort. A shrug is offered, "Yeah, and maybe they're petty little shits too. You know why that bitch hates me? Cause when I was her leader, I asked her as politely as I fuckin' could why she was qualified to lead my fuckin' members in a training exercise. Her tail got in a fuckin' twist, expected me to just accept that she was goddamn qualified to teach others how to fight. Bitch, please..."

Alizabeth snorts, "I even tried to explain that I wasn't tryin' to be a bitch, I just wanted to make sure my fuckin' members had the best teacher. But naw, she's comin' after me for some petty, childish shit and I'm done toleratin' it." No, Tiamat had pushed too far, come after her home and her family directly far too many times. Over what? A hurt fuckin' ego.

Bitch needed to get over herself.

Alizabeth rolled her eyes, sighing now. The next question to befell her ears caused a snort, the tip of her tail flicking in mild annoyance. Jaws would move to grasp that rabbit, tugging it over before she settled to her stomach and nudged it around idly.

Finally, after a moment of silence she would speak again, "Maybe once upon a fuckin' time. I was loyal to Saga and Ragna, that's about fuckin' it. They did me good, treated me well. The rest of their fuckin' family? Naw, they can rot. What's left of 'em, anyways." Her loyalty to Saga and Ragna had only been because they treated her well - it had nothing to do with her supporting their ways. Nero had been a Sigrun for a long time as well, and what kind of mother would she of been to fight with her kids other mother? A poor fuckin' one, that's what.

Amara's ears flick but not much else changes about her as she listens. You gave her a rank fitting for calling such a gathering? If she did, why did it matter? If she did not, then she could understand it. If any of her ranked members called upon the others to train, Amara wouldn't bat an eye at it. She gave them the rank for a reason and they had better use it for something and earn their stay here. So that was your reason for trying to keep her as a prisoner? Amara still didn't fully understand, though she never really understood a lot of things when it came to the way that things worked here on the island.

It was clear that the question annoyed her but she watched as @Alizabeth messed with the rabbit for a bit before she went on. Names familiar to her were spoken but it seemed that the tether between her and the family that caused her a lot of issues was small. It appeared that Amara may have overthought the connection but that still left something else in the air. Did you know that they toss their cubs into the ocean and wait to see if they die or not? And Roarke? She was sure that the pale lioness remember when the male attempted to maim her for speaking what she had known at the time to be the truth, now things were a little less clear on that topic but still it left a lot to become an issue. He has returned, if you leave here how will I know that you won't send him or others back here? Her gaze didn't waver off the lioness. Amara was walking a thin line and this lioness could cause her a lot of issues.

"Naw, the bitch didn't have a fuckin' rank. She had just fuckin' joined, actually. A literal fuckin' nobody, which is what she'll always be." No matter how much she tried. We couldn't all be like Alizabeth, now could we? The white bitch was a lot of things, but she was mostly made up of overconfidence and a lot of bad words.

A single ear flicks, brows furrowing as she lets out a guffaw of laughter, shaking her head. "I wanted to keep that bitch as a prisoner cause she tried to take my fuckin' home over that petty shit. Figured if she wanted the place so fuckin' bad, she could stay. Permanently." A shrug is offered after that, her features growing bored - the rabbit between her paws was ignored. Her appetite more or less non-existant.

A snort escapes at the mention of the Sigrun drowning their children, a roll of her eyes given. "Listen, I didn't ever witness any of that shit and I fuckin' lived with 'em. My son Nero and Saga herself told me that they did some kinda fuckin' ritual when they reached a year old, but outside of that, babies got dunked under water for a goddamn second and that was that. They didn't have no fuckin' newborns being held underwater." She mutters, sighing heavily - obviously very much tired of this conversation and the he said she said bullshit that went along with it.

Alizabeth had a front row seat of the bullshit the Sigrun did, it hadn't been no worse than any of the other personal family shit anyone else did. Except her family, they didn't do shit but love each other. Maybe bang a bunch. The mention of Roarke returning intrigued her, a smile faintly curving those scarred lips. "No shit? Well, I don't fuckin' know, @Amara. What in the hell am I supposed to even fuckin' tell my family when I leave here? Where I been, why I've been fuckin' missing?" She snaps, feeling a tad annoyed. They had kept her here for months - forcibly, even after she'd been healed. Was she supposed to bargain for her freedom?

"You ain't hurt me, you coulda done a lot worse. I can tell them some shit about you healing me after I got attacked by a mammoth." That's all she could think of - really. It was already pushing it with that considering she'd been gone for over six months.

The reaction made sense then, if she had no rank it would be odd for her to be stepping up in such a way that would call all the members to her and place herself in a position that could cause the members in the pride to lean toward one or another. She gave a small nod, not fully understanding but accepting it as it was for now since it really wasn't the issue that Amara cared about. While who ruled the Lagoon was an important topic for @Alizabeth, Amara didn't care at all. Who was there right now would likely be an ally since they had come from the Mire. Alizabeth, it was doubtful.

Cubs have died. Revna lost her cub to it and my... one of my members was held there after Magnus took over and she saw it with her own eyes. It is not a simple dip in the water. There is something else that happens. Amara flicked her tail a bit at the memory of Bee flashing in her mind. She wasn't sure how much it mattered anymore, they were broken and didn't have the hold that they used to. Aside from the Brook and the Summit, who else was there, that was going to bend to their will?

She studied her closely after she spoke, her mind racing as to what she was going to do. There wasn't a clear-cut answer to this and Tripfire's words circled in her mind. Some of my family would much rather your bones join those in the pile of prey. She spoke the words the same as everything else she had been saying. What makes it worth it to me and mine to trust you enough to let you go back to those you seek when they haven't come looking for you? She raised a brow at the lioness, the floor was hers to offer Amara something that would make it worth letting her go and not tossing her to those who would enjoy getting a taste.
