A giggle let out when Pyracantha licked at him and then he moved carefully to inspect the small cubs. A boy and a girl! Oh he couldn't wait to tell mammie Asteria and Naz, and the rest! He was a big brother! "Mars... Venus... awesome!" he chirped in approval of his siblings names before he moved to nuzzle against the back of Pyracantha's shoulders. He felt his fathers warm mane drape across him and settled across the front limbs. It was nice and cozy in here, and while his mother drifted to sleep so did he. In fact he sort of .. well passed out sleeping soundly across his fathers limbs hidden from immediate view by his mothers form. Not even his father stirring awake or the voice of a stranger had woken him, it had been a long day and sleep would win over curiosity.

Amara looks at @Tripfire as he comes out and speaks. Amara wasn't sure where things stood with the male but she wasn't about to let any more family slip away. *Good. She glanced inside and saw that they were sleeping, she would let them sleep for the moment but she wanted to make sure that all were officially part of the pride before she started allowing them to feed off the work of the pride. The news that the adopted child with them was better than Trip as a cub was welcome news. It was a miracle that the cub had made it as long as he had. *You'll have the rank of Barony for now. She wanted to make sure that he had something to do. *You are welcome to go for another rank if you wish. It was a starting point and nothing more. *Go get her some food to eat. I'll keep watch.

She allowed some time to pass before entering the den and chuffing for @Pyracantha and @Beñat to wake up. It was a gentle call to keep them from startling. Once she was sure they were both awake enough to hear her she spoke. I am Amara Dieudonné, this is my pride. Do you both wish to stay here with Tripfire? She let her gaze sweep over the cubs and the lioness as she waited for their answers.

"*Yes," he agreed in French to his aunt before turning to gently nuzzle Pyracantha awake. "Mon amour, meet your high sovereign. I will be back with food," he spoke quietly so the voice didn't echo too much around the small den. Standing up he carefully moved to leave Pyracantha's side, something only Amara could command of him. Pausing he glanced back at his little family with a smile before he left to go get something from the nearby cache. "talk"

Beñat could hear his father speaking in French to a woman, but he sort of just ignored it. But it was hard to ignore when your bed moved suddenly! Tripfire had moved which made Beñat roll off his front paws. A low grunt was given in annoyance while he climbed over Pyracantha but gave up half way. Draping himself across her stomach looking down at the suckling and sleeping cubs. Oh yeah, he had siblings! Blinking the sleep out of his eyes he watched his father leave then was startled by Amara. He hadn't noticed her at first and she sort of blended in. Struggling he tried to clamber over Pyracantha but was failing, he needed to protect her! Then father glanced back at them and smiled, oh this was a good lioness then? Turning his head he listened to her speak, "Bonjour... Yeah, I stay with papa and mama," he agreed with a happy little dopey grin. "and Mars and Venus, they are cute huh?" he announced proudly of his siblings.

Exhaustion had overtaken the lioness and she had slept soundly for a good bit while Tripfire and Amara spoke, she only started awakening once Beñat clambered over her stomach, his sleepy body draping across her, she smiled softly in her half awake stage, sleeping even as Trips voice tries to rouse her. It wasn't until the voice of a stranger gave a chuff to announce their entry, causing the tri colored lioness to open her lilac colored eyes to settle cautiously on the High Sovereign.


Beñat beats her to a greeting, and she can't help but to smile softly at his pleasant personality, her head turns to nudge him softly, before looking to the two cubs at her side, finally she is awake enough to process words, and she listens to Amara's question before answering. Yes, I think we all would like to remain with Tripfire, thank you for having us. She dips her head slightly, giving her appreciation for the invitation to remain with her husband.

The young male in the den was the first to perk up and announces that he wanted to stay. That's good. Amara looked to the cubs again as she is asked if they were cute. Had she ever thought her own cubs were cute? Was that something she was supposed to think? She gave a nod to appease the cub before looking to @Pyracantha who seemed to wish to stay as well. Very well. Once you have rested and eaten, find me so we can get to know each other better. She managed to keep her tone as friendly as she could. No need to scare her off right away. Welcome to Wolfbron. She slipped out and waited till Tripfire returned before leaving the new family to get settled in.

ooc: Rrturning with a small warthog piglet he nodded to Amara while she waited for his return. Appreciative of her guarding them,, even if she might not see it that way. Entering the den he placed the meal off to the side closest to Pyracantha. Within easy reach so she did not have to move unnecessarily to reach it. A gently nudge was given to Beñat and then to Pyracantha, "Come to bed Beñat, we need rest," he urged his son while retaking his position behind his wife. Nuzzling her neck softly inhaling her scent he would close his eyes and breathe out against her, "You can rest now mon amour, no one else will disturb you," he promised her, for Amara was the only one that had any right to disturb the family and that had been done with. Feeling Beñat crawl atop of him to nuzzle into his mane he chuckled allowing sleep to take over him. At last he was home and whole again. exit for reals

Feeling his mother nudge him he looked at her then back at Amara expectantly, when she nodded he grinned widely looking down at his siblings with a clear sense of pride. Yeah they were definitely cute! Pyracantha agreed to stay, and well duh of course she would! This was their home! well.. ok technically his second home because mamié Asteria and Naz had said the jungle would be his home too. Amara left and as he struggled to crawl over Pyracantha papa was returning with a meal. But before he could even attempt to get close Tripfire was coaxing him back to bed while he resumed his position behind mama. Quickly he moved to knead onto Tripfires mane until he cuddled up into it, falling asleep quickly. It had been exhausting all this excitement!

Pyracantha nodded at the woman's words and looked to the cubs then back to Amara, the calico lioness was wary, something was off about the Wolfbron Sovereign, maybe not out right, but there was something in the eyes of the sovereign that caused Pyracantha to bite her tongue and instead speak respectively as if nothing was amiss, Let's hope for a speedy recovery, I would enjoy getting to know any of Trips family better. She stated respectfully, her lilac eyes casting a glance to her son before she said her goodbyes as the lioness left.

It wasn't too long before Tripfire came through the dens opening with a warthog piglet and sat it in front of her, she sniled softly and nuzzles him lovingly, watching as Benat moved to curl up with his father, the two cubs were tucked in next to her as she glanced to them, eyes softening. This definitely was home.
