October 11, 2024 Something is happening in the Scorched Wilds. There is a battle raging between a familiar force and an unfamiliar one. What will you do? Help or hinder?

October 1, 2024 Spooky things are happening as the afterlife start walking among the living once again.

September 30, 2024 Louve Dieudonné manages to keep Wolfbron Bluffs in the family. What will happen between the Bluffs and the otherwise peaceful pride of Lorien Plains?

September 20, 2024 Ilarion Rurik challenges for Wolfbron, will the Dieudonné lead pride fall?

September 8, 2024War broke out once again in the Lagoon when a wedding had some uninvited guest arrive. The war results in the most death matches the island has seen at once. The Summit was challenged by Brighid with Talisa answering the call. After many years of the Summit have the same two leaders, the Summit changes hands. What will this mean for the balance of Amaryllis? A witch hunt has started by Luther and Miaran which seems to be turning things on an island that is full of magic.

August 25, 2024 War broke out in the challenge for the Lagoon after Cassius tries to take the Lagoon from Isla. The Cove remains with Miaran. The leadership of the Mire switches from Sigrún hold to Rike when Luther comes back to take his birthland back. Elephants push into the Rainforest and push out the lions there. Soon after Lucifer lays claim to his birthland and takes over the Rainforest.

June 27, 2024 Conflict and tensions rise as prides come head-to-head with one another across Amaryllis - just as Pyrrha and Cassius take the leap to try and claim (or reclaim) their own thrones.

May 24, 2024 Rulers continue to shift, family strife ensues, and, per usual, tensions seems taunt and always lingering on the horizon.

April 24, 2024 Things are rocky within Amaryllis as the Dieudonne clash result in three deaths and forces a shift in the rulership of Firnen Rainforest. With Caladan Cove freshly overturned as well, what will the consequenecss of these events be?

March 30, 2024 The lull has ended as a long standing family, the Dieudonné, launch death matches against their own. The Plains sees a challenge from a new comer, Aphrodite, and the quite pride is pushed into the spotlight.

March 19, 2024 A momentary lull has overtaken the lands of Amaryllis as its inhabitants attempt to find their footing and rebuild after a string of challenges. How long it will last, however, nobody can be quite sure.

February 11, 2024 The Mire has fallen from the Stärke family and is now held by Luther Rike. The change has stirred but the fighting nature of those on the island. The Brook finds a new leader with Icefang and Isla takes over the Lagoon after a storm pushes out the old leader. Reti finds himself the leader of the Hollows after Alexander is hurt. The Oasis finds a new leader in Léonie who is soon tested by Harou.

January 8, 2024 The snow has finally begun to melt anew, which means that the world is slowly returning to the much-anticipated summer season. With the various holiday activities and the other jests put on by Nafasi also coming to a close, it is safe to say that winter is finally over.

December 5th, 2023 Nafasi had pulled a cruel trick and has sent Amaryllis back into a renewed winter season! But it's not all bad, because the lands will also see a handful of holiday-themed events popping up as a result. To make things more interesting, a wayward trio of travlers have also arrived and are facilitating a mass competition between the prides, bands, and rogues -- formally dubbed the Amaryllis Winter Games.

December 2nd, 2023 The spring air brings forth a number of pride challenges. A familiar challenger for the Cove and the Oasis arrive to try to earn what they want. The new leader of the Lagoon is tested in battle as well. What changes will come from the challenges? Who will remain standing and who will find their world turned upside down?

November 27th, 2023 In a challenge between mother and daughter, the leadership of Wolfbron Bluff changes for the first time in 5 IC years.

November 22nd, 2023 Two death matches, one resurrection, and an almost-war later, the lands find themselves in a constant state of turmoil and calamity. Families have been torn apart and endless blood has been spilt; but how is it all going to end?

November 3rd, 2023 The lands stir violently as a death match rages on between Aeistrios Saxe and Morrigan Greyflood. Observers spill into the pit in droves to witness what will no doubt be a historic battle -- and it is clear that this familial fued is far from over, no matter who wins and who dies.

October 12th, 2023 With winter comes the surge of more pride challenges; Ludivine challenges Ryker for Firnen Rainforest and is victorious in her endeavors, meanwhile an outcropping of maims breaks out on the sidelines. In a shocking turn of events Luther returns to challenge Bruno for Ecrosia Mire, will the former heir prove victorious or has Bruno got what it takes to keep his brother's ambitions at bay? This has undoubtedly shaken things up as Bruno declares war against Andal Oasis and Allies in the process!

Summer
Summer is in full swing now, with clear skies, warm nights, and ample sunshine! As such, the deserts begin to grow dry, the shores remain a blissful escape, the north is spared with cooling winds, and humidity continues to rise in the jungle. Rain and storms are long forgotten troubles by now, which is both a virtue and a vice during the heat of the season.

Ursula, Xavier, Louve, Elaine vs Diantha, Zahra, Seneca for dominance
— DEFAULT —

Due to @Diantha not posting in time, they have defaulted from the fight. The other participants can continue, and it is now @Ursula's turn.

She had remained hidden as the battles unfolded, watching wearily from battle to battle as her claws flex into the ground. She was no longer a stranger to this sort of conflict, and as time went on Echo had gotten more skilled at seeing the signs that a fight was going to end in grievous injuries. Would they be again forced from their home?

Thankfully, it seemed her worries were unfounded. Amara dispatched their foe and all at once, the pride united in a show of force. In the ned, she hid only for a few moments longer to scan for a target. Her eyes finally settle on @Ragna. A woman who had harmed her own sister when she was just a girl lost in this violent world; why were the Sigrun here anyway if not to take advantage of any weakness Wolfbron might show today.

She would find no weakness here.

Echo slinks closer to the woman, using the rocky terrain to her advantage to attempt to get a sneak attack as she launches her first attack from Ragna's left rear side. Tightly coiled muscles unfurl in a burst of energy as she aims to sink her claws into the woman's left-side ribs in a "t-bone" sort of impact. A snarl marks their shared fury. Get out. Never come back.

Well as it was all over the Sigrun was ready to leave as well, standing up to leave them be. But as she was doing that it seemed another of the Bezra girls decided it was a good idea to mess with her. She was snuck upon by the now adult who's name didn't stick in her brain but that mattered little now, as she was being attacked without provoke, the woman was now her enemy and someone who she was forced to beat if she wanted to leave.

Echo went to a perpendicular launch with claws on her side. She would snarl and let her fangs pour out of her grey lips, roaring not in pain but in annoyance. If the girl wanted to play rough that was what she was about to get now. She attempted to slam her shoulder against Echo's chest, as hard as she was able wanting to take the air from the other woman, for simultaneously turn to face her enemy and with her left frontal paw she attempted to swipe it across the girls face, hoping to do so on the forehead. Same treatment as the other who attacked her before.

Jaws closed around the man's wrist, his claws hooked in to the opposite side of the man's forearm, and Ryker would lean himself back at the last second as the stranger's jaws came at his face. The elder man's fangs clipped flesh, opening a fresh wound at the right edge of the bridge of his nose, just an inch and a half or so shy of his eye. A low rumble reverberated in his chest as he released his grip on the stranger's limb and, instead, aimed his own fangs for the man's face.

One of them would need to admit defeat, and Ryker certainly had no intention of being the first to do so. Once finished here, he fully intended to see who else was left to pick off and run out. It was more thrilling than a simple spar for entertainment, defending a territory at a leader's orders came with a sense of purpose and higher stakes, and he wanted little more than to indulge in the chaos for as long as possible.

Fighting my way through the sins of the street I'm feeling psycho, psycho Where did my mind go? Biting my tongue and I'm loading my gun Back to the wind, better run, better run I'm feeling crazy, crazy Go 'head and make me It's the life that I can't escape, can't walk away There's blood in the ocean And I'm losing focus I'm a friend of the devil I'm a dangerous rebel

He has snuck in through the chaos, and - thus far - remains undetected. No doubt it is because the two great factions are so caught up in their own ruin to notice little old Mordecai. How long his luck continues remains to be seen, but as the grey brute slinks through the undergrowth he keeps his attention, unwavering, upon the scene of war before him. So consumed is he in the brawl before him that he does not pay heed to the audience. Why would he, when the show before him was so much more thrilling? Fools - so caught up in petty fighting to see the bigger picture.

From her perch, Beelzebub watches -- she watches it all. She is on edge, tense, expecting chaos, waiting for the hounds of war to let loose as they always do. One faction or another, they all want the same thing, all want the same bloodshed. It doesn't frighten her any longer; Beelzebub has well grown past the girl who shied away from it, or the one who was made rabid by it. This version of her could be considered calm -- calculating.

Amara's instructions are clear, met with a slight incline of her chin, and it begins. She has no lack of faith in the star-speckled queen, and remains confident that the lions of the Bluffs will prevail, as they always have. They are more difficult to eradicate than a plague of rats, a many-headed hydra who rears back with two heads when one is cut off.

Odin, see us to victory today.

A silent prayer, a mantra that tumbles in her mind, and the eventuality is that he does. Bloodied but victorious, Amara sends them into the folds of mayhem, and it unravels just as violently as she had expected. A thin smirk flashes across her lips as the fights break out -- the lions of the Oasis will regret their hand in this today.

She cannot help but to notice the lingering form of @Rielus, his defeat written across his features, but he does not take the message when the dogs of war slip loose. He waits, as though incapable of pulling himself away as his pridemates are attacked, and Beelzebub descends. She is quiet, methodical, moving with purpose towards the Azar, but all the while she is alert. There are bound to be more, and he is hardly the greatest threat here in this moment. She keeps a level eye on the territory's edge, scanning for interlopers as she makes her way towards the man beaten.

"Time to go," she tells him with a little sneer, a curl of her lips parting them to offer a flash of teeth. Her threat is obvious, her skull lofted high upon her shoulders and the backwards twist of her ears marking her aggressive intent. Leave, now, before I make you.

- Rolling a 4 or higher means that your character has successfully found the hidden character, and can react accordingly in their next post.

Non-family should only refer to Beelzebub as "Bee." She is very superstitious about revealing her full name and will not do so unless you are extremely trusted.

NOTE: +1 luck roll for AO being over pride tier 4.

The sensation of being drunk from is alien to Ebrahim - mercifully - and it only serves to fill him with revulsion and dread; its intended purpose, he is sure of it. Still, there is no denying the way the other man laps at his wounds from between a vice-like grip, and the pale ambassador would snarl into the mouthful of flesh that he had rendered. The pain of the increased pressure applied by @Gauthier was only partially drowned out by the vindication he felt at his own grip succeeding; alas, hot pin pricks angling down along his jawline would send further crimson cascades into the thick of his mane. In retribution he would attempt to apply more pressure into his own bite and seek to tug away from the limb, hoping to sever sinew and skin with it.

Things were drawing to an end, but whether or not it would swing in the favour of the Azar remained to be seen.

As usual, considering she doesn't speak, Ursula does not in fact get a say about it. @Diantha isn't the only cub that ignores the silent Bezra's communication. No sooner does the broad backside of her paw connects firmly with the piebald girl's cheek, @Xavier is diving into the fray, (presumedly) voraciously defending his dark sister. @Louve ♔ is not far behind, no hesitation in her retaliation, as fierce as her mother. @Zahra launches in to assist the downed Oasis child, open-mouthed with flashing teeth, the salty scent of Scilla strong on her skin. @Elaine ♔ takes this as her opportunity to join the fight, protecting her brother as he has their littermate.

Aggravation growing stronger by the second, the speckled huntress debates sparing time for an eyelid pulling facepalm. @Seneca's quick intervention convinces her not to, and all at once her attention is solely focused on him. Muscles tensing, she readies to shove into him, more than willing to suffer his blows if it means the Bluffs children will not. It isn't necessary, though, his attention being on his own spawn instead of the Dieudonné swarm. Satisfied that he is no threat to them (attempted hip checks aside), Ursula refocuses on the flail of near-yearling arms.

Reaching down, the lioness attempts to grasp for a hold on the back of the scarlet cub's (@Zahra's) neck. The kid might be a bit big for it, but it's the woman's intention to properly scruff the child. Preferring to break up this fight sooner than later, Ursula figures that yanking them out one by one is the quickest and most efficient option. Ironically, she doesn't realize that behind her, Wolfbron has descended on any intruder they can find. Though she may have been one of the first to begin fighting, she's the only among them that is, for once, attempting to actively stop a brawl.

his victory is bloody, pain rippling across plush flesh. her muzzle wrinkles in a snarl, furious and pained in equal measure. a few ateps back are shuffled, intent on putting space between them, her eyes immediately seeking out @Rielus. the others were embroiled in battle still -- her king in a fight with, or maybe over, one of his wayward daughter's -- and @Ebrahim. sunlight eyes flicker to his fight, noting that they seem to be winding down. and, knowing her skills, there was little she could do to assist.

moving to her husband's side, bloodied shoulder pressing to his, she makes a small noise in the back of her throat. wordless, questioning. at his side, she would seek to leave the red-dirt borders together -- there were many things they'd need to discuss, after all.
