SO much happened in such a short time that Alizabeth felt as if she had whiplash. Someone came over, @Avana telling them to speak to Nero calmly, try to bring him out of the fit. Before she can, however, he gets up and while moderately confused, acts as if nothing had happened. What in the fuck had just happened? Thoroughly confused, brows furrowing, all she can do is look to the medic and dip her head in appreciation. Thanks, sugar. Looks like...he's okay now? She murmured, still watching Nero as if he'd grown a second head.

Ears press back and she moves to give them room, but the boy quickly takes off and before she can acknowledge anyone else, Alizabeth feels pulled to follow him. Saga, however, seems to have the same idea. Good to see you didn't fucking die. Alizabeth grumbles, pink eyes narrowing on the woman. There was an invitation offered and she wasn't about to say no. This was the second time she'd been offered. Fuck it, sure. I'll come. This would be the first home in awhile, outside of Wolfbron which she'd joined briefly before.

Glancing to @Keir as she went to leave, she offered him a crooked grin. Thanks again. Simple, to the point. He had helped draw attention to Nero and she was grateful. With a dip of her head, she moves to follow @Nero and @Saga back to the Lagoon.

She was preoccupied by Roan's fight, and so she was taken completely by surprise when another fight broke out between a pair of lions she didn't know. Why were they fighting!? At least neither of them were from the Hollow... she hated seeing so many strangers on their territory though, despite knowing this was just how pride challenges went.

Faelyn turned her attention back to her mate's fight, deciding she didn't care about the pair of strangers. Let them do what they wanted, she would worry about her husband.

Fortunately, he came out relatively unscathed, and her sigh of relief turned into a purr as he came to her. Only then did her gaze turn to the other fight, just in time to see the male... die. Her jaw dropped, having never seen a lion kill another. What was the purpose? She didn't know the story at all.

"Did they have to leave a body here? Now we have to clean it up," she said softly to Roan. Well, that wasn't the important part. First things first was getting him patched up. Then she could convince some of the larger members of the pride to help her move the corpse that now so nicely decorated their doorstep. She didn't want any young members of the pride stumbling across it.

"Of course, let's go get you taken care of," she said to him with a faint smile, refusing to let herself look in the direction of the fallen lion again as she followed Roan away.

From the Oasis, so not an ally, Avana said. Tobin looked about to see who might stand in support of her, and was able to pick out some other Oasis lions from the crowd judging by where they were looking and what little he could differentiate of their scents from where he was standing.

There was also another fight that erupted on the sidelines, and Tobin turned his attention to that one, as it was clearly the more lethal of the two. Whoever won that particular fight could easily bring the ire of many down on them, and as the woman found herself the victor he looked around swiftly to see who seemed enraged by the victory. She wasn't part of the Hollow, but if she was part of an allied pride that could easily cause problems for them. He noticed a woman making a hasty retreat and made mental note of her markings should he see her wandering around later.

Roan found himself the victor, and his home was secure once more. Good, Tobin thought. He'd hate to have to see it change hands again. Roan seemed like the good sort, not needing to be tested because the other lions of this land seemed keen to do the testing for him, and because Roan clearly appreciated what he had. Good. It was a far cry from the last king he'd served under, Tobin thought as he lingered behind to make sure everyone went the way they were supposed to.

The venusian maiden feels a bitterness, a dissapointment, crossing her features at the sight of @Alaric approaching, all bloody and bruised and fallen. She makes her displeasure known by frowning a little, but so as to not further humiliate him, Esmerée says nothing, only sighs in hushed frustrations. Had he won, she would have embraced him, but now she's second guessing him about being her Aries, and in an act of mercy, her words, forced; "You need a healer." She does not reach out to touch Alaric, although apart of her wants to, the feminine, delicate part of her. She doesn't want to be associated with the losing side, and thus, her expressions remain neutral.

Esmerée then turns toward @Gauthier, feeling his elbow brush against her. An involuntary shiver slips down her spine. His sly remarks earlier don't go unnoticed, but Esmerée only scoffs, suddenly feeling hot beneath so many eyes. The battles were now over, and everyone was preparing to leave. With a final farewell to everyone, Esmerée tips her delicate chin and makes her leave. Her eyes will touch Alaric's once, although she says nothing as she departs into the shadows, alone.

if he had been at full strength he might have had more to say, but as it were her rejection stings. it is a knife driven deep, and he spits the blood from his mouth with a grumble of displeasure. "i'm fine," in simple defiance to her statement, rankled that she did not seem to care, that he seemingly disgusted her. evidently he was nothing more than the crown he could have offered. this bit of information is tucked away with a dark expression, venomous gaze turned pointedly away from his pink mistress. he watches as the rike jarl falls and a cold fear courses through his veins, scanning instinctively for the rest of his family. they do not show (thank god) and he is relieved, but knows he will need to seek out his wife-to-be before he makes his way back to the oasis. he does not acknowledge when @Esmerée leaves (though a part of him wants to track her down and force her to give him what he wants) but instead rises and makes to leave, choosing a different path that will take him by the tundra, first. -exit-

The violence around them comes to a stilless, and Amaroq will feel the slender form of @Aidoneus pressed against him. He smoulders quietly, his wintry gaze falling upon her to catch her within their icy depths. His nose will seek to touch her nose, but soon, she is moving away, admitting her farewells to the group. Amaroq watches as Aidoneus leaves, his eyes following her striped physique, before they touch on the faces of @Alaric and @Esmerée. Eventually, the words of @Gauthier pull him back, his ears swiveling forward as Amaroq turns towards his older brother. "Indeed," It is all Amaroq says, before he too rises, his shoulder brushing against his brother's as he intends to follow Gauthier.

Another fight ensued, screaming for help would be ringing out in the air, and all Valkravn could seem to do is be engulfed in the pride challenge that were happening before her. It wasn't something a medic should have done, ignore a call for help, but with this large of a crowd there had to be others that were closer that could help, right? The fight for the Hollows would be over, watching as the defeated slunk away toward those that were there to support him. She observed his appearance and his battered and wounded body, tail flicking behind her. Periwinkle gaze would then watch the winner, taking in his wounds, as well. He seemed have found this whole ordeal a bit funny, and to the Viking that was a bit of fresh air to see a serious matter be flipped and turned into something that didn't have to drag down the mood. After watching a couple of others leave would she, too, decide to take back off to continue to hunt down some more plants and herbs. exit Valkravn.

What felt like an eternity was maybe only a couple of minutes, but between when he yelled out for help for @Nero to lowering himself back onto the ground to protect the yearling's head, Keir could've sworn he felt days go by. But soon enough someone would come to their rescue, wild eyes staring up at the strawberry lioness, his ears flicking forward to listen to her. She was a medic, thank Maua, and she were giving them instructions on how to best help him ride out the seizure. A nod of his head would be given as she told him to continue to cradle his head, wanting to keep him from hurting himself, and once she told them to talk to him in a soothing tone would he begin to mumble low toned words to the albino. Nonsense, really, but calming sounds to try to drown out the mayhem around them.

And then the woman would lay on top of Nero, Keir's brows rising at this but not questioning. She were the medic, after all. He would glance back and forth between the medic, @Saga and @Alizabeth until finally Nero came to, a loud sigh of relief escaping the Mire Heir. "You almost gave me a heart attack." he would say in a rather huffed tone, trying to allow for the worry to stray from his face. Hoisting himself back onto all fours would he give the boy a nudge to the shoulder with a front paw before glancing back at the two women that were considered his mothers, giving a nod to Alizabeth's words before watching them exit the battleground.

Things were seeming to calm down as much as they could after such a tumultuous turn of events, and taking a good look around Keir made sure that he didn't see anything too out of place that may have needed any additional help. With feeling like he were in the clear he, too, would make his own exit, heading back to the Mire to really process what in the Hell just happened.

@Magnus answered her query swiftly, lowering his voice as he did so and as the words sunk fully in, Morrigan stiffened next to the massive Sigrun as the pair of them watched his sister fight for her life. IT HAS HAPPENED ONCE ALREADY, he'd said, but she wondered if he'd guessed her sudden distress as her claws slipped from their sheathes into the familiar earth of the Hollows. "Maybe more than once," she replied grimly. For all either of them knew, the man who had murdered Tormund may well have been a Rike or something adjacent.

"If it comes to war, I'm at your side Magnus. That hasn't changed now." Even if there wasn't a possibility that they were the ones responsible for the slaying of Talisa and Farrow's only son, Morrigan could still never have stood back and left Magnus or Nadia especially on their own. "It's not a choice," she said more quietly. Her father's voice pointed out the practicality of cutting and running with her children, returning to the reclusive life that had been so much less painful... Yet it had also been much less alive.

And now she was so far intwined into these lands that the thought was an impossibility. Even if she didn't love her Sigrun friends herself, her children were irrevocably involved anyway. As she watches the two pairs of fighters, Roan at least comes out the victor and keeps his hold on Morrigan's former home. That was good. That meant at least one ally was still on the table. The Hodari man joins them immediately, questioning the other bloodshed on his territory.

Magnus is swift to answer but Morrigan's attention remains on the fight as it continues to get bloodier and bloodier. The Greyflood felt a brief moment of fear for the bi-colored woman as the Rike seemed to have the upper hand, but the moment ended with the big man's throat clutched in Saga's jaws, torn free of his neck. Saga did not have time to gloat in her victory, as it seemed the commotion nearby had come from someone dear to her... and Alizabeth?

She doesn't feel like eyes of the new Rike leader one her from his hidden perch as she stands back while the boy recovers and her own allies begin to leave. Morrigan takes a last look at the body of the slain Rike still staining the Hollows ground before she listened to the still-reigning High Sovereign and departed home to her own children, following the Sigrun until their paths split. exit morrigan

Others would feel the need to air their dirty laundry while spectating and Arkyn wondered if that was just the thing to do at these fights. He would watch as the pride challenge came to its end, the challenger appearing to have lost and the current leader keeping his crown. A huff would be released from the almost yearling, ears flicking forward as he listened to the cacophony of chaos all around him. But he couldn't be messed with wanting to watch the other fight, instead observing the many unknown faces that had gathered. But once he noticed things were dying down and his aunt were making her exit, he would slink back off to trail her to head back home. exit Arkyn.
