It's the second time in what feels as many days that @Anya has looked right through him and proven whatever friendship they had shared meant nothing. Not anymore. He doesn't know what he did to deserve such treatment, nor does he know why it hurts him so much; he has everything he could possibly want, so why does it sting to see his childhood friend, his first crush, standing on the other side?

"Leave, Anya. You've declared war on my home and my family. This is your one and only chance, princess." He stands tall, he stands defiant and ready for the attacks he knows will follow. For all his fury with her, he cares. He probably always has cared far too much for someone who has likely never looked at him twice, but that is his cross to bear. "Leave or meet me on the battlefield as enemies."

She is there soon after the call is made. A ghoul in the shadows, watching - waiting for a moment to pounce. Ever since giving birth, she'd been on edge.

Aching for violence, for something to do outside of feeding those pathetic little children ( that she loved ). Teodora remembers why she had never wanted to be a mother. Cubs were so weak, helpless - and it made her sick ( but also she loves them ). It was a relief to get away from them.

The shadows are her companion as she hides, her single good eye focusing on those battling and those who were not. Instinct told her others were hiding as she was, but she would wait. Watch. Something would happen that was worthy of her attention.

Off course the Mire scum had to follow her all the way here. Typical of cowards. She sbarled as Luther approached uninvited followed by her pink bitch. Whose words that far from really angering her worked to make her eyes roll. "Oh please bitch, go back to licking Luther's toes like the bitch you are. Now fuck off, this place is not for your kind." Sadly someone else came before she could lay a paw on that ugly face of her.

[She had been on her way to the wedding with a gift for Matthieu and Diomedeidae. Beautiful flower crowns that she had crafted so delicately and beautifully in matching flowers for the couple. However, as she was halfway there, she heard the sounds of scuffling and then the call from Colsun. Her ears perked, and the flower crowns dropped on the ground. She would have to apologize to them later for losing their gifts.

Her paws carried her quickly towards the scene, and she hadn't been there but a moment when her gaze rested on a male who seemed to be trying to take her ward, the one she'd promised to protect from harm. A snarl escaped her, and she was about to lunge forward when she spotted a red and white form racing towards him. One that smelled of the Hollows. She had no desire to fight fair today to protect Novana, and as such the scarred lioness jumped into the fray.

Rushing down the sand to cover the distance between them, Cassandra would aim to rush @Temero's backside. Teeth were open and they aimed to grasp onto his hindquarters wherever she could. Claws would outstretched and aim to dig into his sides wherever they possible could. Nobody dared mess with Novana - not on her watch.

Septima is not exactly the fighting type, but she certainly does have a bit of anger pent up over the last several years she's eager to release. She doesn't know who she's looking for except the obvious, but even then she has been so out of the loop for so long she doesn't know who is who. The lioness doesn't hesitate to ring out another call for the band, knowing damn well Scorpius would be along before too much longer. The band was small, but she supported Morrigan; after all, who else would keep her in business if not for the druid herself?

Isildur is not a fighter, deep down. He is large and powerful but untrained, inexperienced. His bulk has come from his adventures ascending mountainsides and exploring deep in caves, fighting against bad luck and mother nature rather than other lions. But even he was not unprepared for the cruel reality of war, and has seen enough tell of it to know it was only a matter of time. And when his father sounds the call, it is not just for his soldiers—it is for everyone.

So Isildur, a princeling long overdue for his show at court, comes wide-eyed and reeling.

He arrives just behind @Alexander ♔, but his kingfather is quickly torn away to battle before he's gotten out so much as a breath. Isildur opens his mouth to call after him, but he is deafened by the sounds of battle. It is everything as chaotic and uncertain as he imagined it would be, but his eyes are scanning the battlefield immediately, searching for any allies in dire need of help.

Mercifully, he was just tall enough to shoulder his way through the crowd. What a dreadful thought it was to imagine all he might very well be good for is dragging bodies from the fray.

The Hollows had been called upon to assist and so Juliette heaved herself out of her territory and towards the gathered crew. Each step felt heavier than the next but she was going to help where she could. Though, she hadn't been prepared for what came next.

Within seconds she was reminded of who she was in this land. She recognized @Heloise who had been a long standing member of Vermeda when her mother had led and before she had departed herself. But it wasn't until she landed her eyes upon @Morrigan than she felt her insides unravel. Her heart thumped angrily, her tail twitching behind her and she swallowed. This isn't about you, she told herself with a snap before she began to rush towards her Aunt.

Tante, she rumbled as she settled beside her family member's side and recognized that she looked quite worse for wear. A lot had changed and suddenly Juliette was feeling a bit remorseful that she was only just now putting herself back into the puzzle of her family's embrace.

@Colsun called her out, just as she was hoping he wouldn't.

She could not help the frustration that welled up inside her, wishing he had just kept quiet. At least then, she could continue to pretend they had no connection, at least then, she could protect the both of them. But he opened his big, fat, handsome mouth and she was left with only one choice of her own.

Don't, she wanted to say, you have no idea what you're doing. But nothing leaves her lips. Instead, she stood there, tall, proud, and regal as she came to realize this was what it would cost to stand by Luther. Whatever her fondness for Colsun could never, would never outweigh her ambitions. It was only a shame that he chose to stand on this side.

Perhaps if he hadn't, she might get to the bottom of his anger, perhaps then she could explain that so much had changed. But that would never happen, not now. For he commanded her to do what she could not. Luther was there. They were all there, watching. And there he was, threatening her. She could not say she didn't understand, but understanding would not change the impossible position he put her in.

Willingly.

Suddenly, what remaining fondness she felt vanished.

Her gaze hardened as she lifted her chin, defiant. You do not command me.

What the hell was happening? He probably should have stayed back with the kids, but if Alexander called for the pride then he'd go. He was part of the family, and the pride's Noble after all. One of them anyway. So he followed despite being thoroughly confused, and looked on as chaos unfolded. So many fights, with Alexander launching into the fray against a boy who seemed to have just become an adult, a woman calling for her own freedom from the Mire pride, and then a skeletal woman seemingly bitterly clawing at a Mire woman's face. The fuck was going on around here? He'd missed something, clearly. At least he could tell whose side they were all on, kind of, now that Alexander had come in. For now, though, he was going to be waiting on the sidelines in case anyone came after or for someone from the Hollow. That seemed the wisest thing to do at the moment.

What the fuck was doing on now? Livyatan had reopened his mothers wound to make sure she stayed put in her den, far away from the sound of intruders. She could beat him for it when healed but for now she would do as he forced her to. Stay put.

Arriving upon the group he frowned, this wasn’t a happy occasion and soon his eyes fell upon Luther and he swore they rolled so hard into his head they almost met the creature that controlled them and had a mutual silent agreement at this bull fuckery.

“Luther” he growled out moving to approach the man he once deemed a friend, he knew words held no meaning her. “Trash needs to see itself out” he snarled and charged forward towards Luther. Livyatan had come to terms with Luther being right about his relationship with Alaric . However right now this wasn’t about that.


However before he could launch an assault someone else was on the mark. He clicked his tongue in disapproval before turning to look for another target. And soon he wondered if he found it. Approaching another Ecorsia Lion he would snort at him, he would do he supposed.
