In the early hours of the morning, she had finally reached the Oasis. Having gone to the Brook and then to the Cove to tell them, she had stopped somewhere along the Hidden Grotto to take a tiny nap. Whether @Morrigan and @Isla ♔ had traveled alongside her and stayed the night there with her was up in the air but she was determined to see this through. Moving as soon as she woke after a few hours of slumber, she went quickly to the paradise of the Oasis. The warmth of the suns hitting her dark fur and giving her a bit of a fresh breath of air. The warmth did not bother her but did seek to soothe her, calling for @Scorpius and @Léonie especially. Scorpius' brawn would be quite needed for this but also his dark-coated and striped sister and her skillset would be most necessary if she was able to use it to do what needed to be done going forward.

Something is happening; the call draws him as a moth to flame. The king emerges from his den, his sleep disturbed and his gaze bleary, but he moves quickly. Scorpius finds @Talisa among the dunes first, and he comes to stop before her. "What’s going on?" Sleep roughens his voice, but he does not greet the cleric unwelcomingly. Rather, her urgency seems to seep from her pores and into the air. "My sister won't be far behind." He almost expects her to be well aware of whatever event already. He'll be surprised if she's not, actually.

It came unexpectedly — the summoning call from @Talisa. Léonie had never imagined that any of the Summit leaders would willingly visit them in the desert (for which she in no way blamed them) so the dark imp could only assume that there had to be a pressing reason behind their journey. She moved quickly, finding @Scorpius already awake and addressing the Summit queen as her own paws carried her down the dunes to join the pair. “Never am,” she confirmed, catching her brother’s remark that she would not be far behind. There was a smile on her muzzle but a quizzical look in her hazel eyes when they shifted to Talisa, head bowing in greeting. “Come tell us by the oasis. Have a drink,” the Miroslav invited her in, welcoming her to freshen up after her travels across the desert.

Rest was more than welcomed. After the meeting with Caladan, sleep was tugging at the corners of Isla's eyes, and whenever @Talisa suggested they take a break she was more than glad to. Her slumber was light, though, unsure of what may appear while she slept in the grotto. By morning time she would rise, give herself a good stretch and shake before beginning to follow Talisa once again. This time they were heading toward the Oasis, a slight trek from where they had stopped. But they would make it to their borders, and soon enough @Scorpius and @Léonie would arrive. She gives them both a smile in greeting before glancing over toward Talisa, waiting to see if she would take the offer to move further into Andal territory or if she would stay where she were to get the information out quicker.

With great amounts of gratitude @Scorpius is quick to attend to her call and her shoulders relax tenfold. Pleased that she wouldn't have to be kept waiting for what felt like always too long, especially in these time-consuming moments. Once your sister — and just like that @Léonie arrives and offers them a quick walk to the oasis for a drink to which Talisa hesitates. Prepares to reject the offer and Talisa just furrows her brows, looks to @Isla ♔, and nods back to the striped Miroslav. Alright. If anything, perhaps it would be more comforting for all parties involved if it wasn't spent just standing at the border.

I came because we received intel that Luther Rike has taken the crown of Ecrosia. Marking many lionesses, yearlings and cubs as prisoners including most of his own younger siblings and some grandchildren of two of my own members. This was the gist of it and the information that was truly the most important but Andal was still getting on its feet but both sand-leaders in front of her were not so new to it. We came hoping that you and your pride might be able to help us get a few of them out. If they could gather as many of their allies as possible she had no doubt that they could grab every one of them that had been charged as a prisoner of Ecrosia. What Luther failed to realize was that their numbers were many while his were low and futile. @Morrigan

Ever the last to arrive for these midnight meetings, but for a good reason. It would not have been the first time Luther Rike sent spies after her, and though Morrigan was no sleuth herself, she had chosen to hang back on her wife and daughter's trails. Anyone following them would have to run into her first. She was a minute or so behind and missed the initial niceties, but she caught the end of her wife's explanation and nodded to @Scorpius and @Léonie in turn, her somber expression show just how serious the Illyrians were about this. Come whatever consequences may. She would stand behind @Talisa and @Isla ♔ still yet, just in case anyone did decide to make their presence known in their pawsteps.

If you need me to...I can go scout things out?. The voice came as the silver Casales stepped towards the gathering, nodding his head towards those in attendance. Amethyst gaze landed upon the leaders gathered, Amandil shuffling his feet nervously. I....am really good at not being noticed..maybe I could find some stuff out?

At least he bought into the whole being unnoticed thing... Likely it was his own internalization and worries breeding such things but if he was to continue to remain the lead scout of Andal he needed to do some scouting... Right? Besides..he didn't entirely like the idea of prisoners...in made his tongue curl and his stomach churn."SPEECH."

@Isla ♔ followed behind Talisa and greeted Léonie and her brother with a smile, which the dark imp happily returned as she led them into the pride territory for that drink. She was sure her smile would soon sink, and indeed, as @Talisa began to explain that Luther had finally succeeded in conquering the Mire, it slipped away. The white tuft of her tail twisted irritably over the news while she sought to exchange an annoyed look with @Scorpius, all the while keeping a spotted ear turned on Talisa. It was revealed that Luther was keeping much of the pride imprisoned, including children. No sooner than they’d driven away Aeistrios, another monster had risen …

The presence of @Morrigan was noted, and the Summit leader was welcomed with a quick glance and a nod, as Léonie’s attention was quick to return to Talisa. She had come seeking their aid, which Léonie had guessed, and of course she nodded. But before she could get a word out, @Amandil appeared, drawing her gaze to him with his offer — one she declined with a shake of her head.

“No. I want you to visit the Hollow and the Plains. Let them know the Mire was lost to the paws of Alaric’s ruthless son, and that he’s keeping children away from their families.” she instructed him. “The Hollow is closest. Go there first.” She would not send her Lead Scout to the swamp and put him in any danger. She had not yet assessed his skills — but she was confident in hers.

Her hazel eyes looked back at the Summit visitors. “I will go the Mire. I’ll find out what I can. Who’s still there. How many.”

Amethyst gaze turned towards @Léonie as she gave an alternative order and he nodded, expression somber. Truth be told he was glad of something to do that was an order rather than an abstract. He would give those nearby a nod before turning and looking away from the Oasis borders. To the Hollows first, then to the Plains. What he would SAY when he got there he supposed he would figure out...

At least for now the Silver Casales would move with haste towards the two prides Leonie has requested and waste as little time as possible in doing so as it would seem time was of the essence in this. Though he didn't know who Luther was...he could read between the lines well enough.

Oh, wonderful.

Scorpius refrains from speaking, letting his sister take charge - ordering their brother-in-law about and organising things. And through it all, the king stands silent, unmoving. Luther has taken the Mire, as he said he would. Their introductions had been brief, a few months ago now. Scorpius would have gladly left the man to his new kingdom and the consequences of his actions, whatever they may be, but here are the queens of the Summit, and they are asking for help.

After everything they have done for his family, what sort of man would Scorpius be to deny them? Not the man he wants to be - the sort of man that would not even hesitate to assist his allies.

"We - " Scorpius pauses, gaze flicking between the Summit leaders and his sister, and he makes a low frustrated noise. "Which ones do you want out? Your prides’ families? How many are there? Or - all of them?"

Was he really going to drag his still small pride into other families' issues?
