There was a lot of time in between now and the last time she had made any sort of pride visits. A time before chaos had reigned in her life almost permanently but she at least found comfort in her pride mates, her fellow leaders and, of course, the allies that she and @Morrigan had made over the years. The allies that they had discovered and cultivated, bringing them into their fold just as their allies brought them into theirs. @Scorpius and @Léonie were exceptional individuals to have among their friends and even if they chose not to help them, they would not be faulted.

Talisa was quick to turn her attention to one of Jafar's sons that had joined the Summit for a few months before following the family to the Oasis. Offering his services but Léonie giving him a different path. The Hollow and the Plains? The Hollow was an ally but she had such little relationship with any of the leaders that she hadn't gone there but it was good that someone was. AS mental note to find time to introduce herself to them personally. As for the Plains, she had no idea that the Oasis was friendly with them and perhaps they would like an alliance, too? Another day, perhaps.

The red-eyed Miroslav then looked to them and asked his questions, directed them to her and thus she spoke without hesitation. The children of my pride members are Laurel, Ambretta, Hemlock and Gryff. Morrigan might know the names of Alaric's grandchildren but that was information that she was not so knowledgeable on as their friendship had never been her own. From what I know there are many trapped and this movement will require as many willing fighters as possible, those four were only the beginning. In the very least, Seraphiel's children would be a good starting place but it would fall to their numbers to gather the rest of the intel on who was imprisoned.

The dark imp watched as @Amandil took his leave, before @Scorpius spoke and asked for more information from @Talisa and her companions. The frustrated noise was noted, and she understood — the pride had barely begun to heal from the change in power. The Oasis had only several mature members to aid in any forcible releases of the Mire’s prisoners, to defend the desert pride from whatever consequences followed. Would they risk endangering their own family — their children — to aid Alaric and his allies … ?

She was pulled from her thoughts when Talisa provided names of the trapped children. Léonie nodded as she explained that many were still there, imprisoned. “I’m not much of a warrior,” she warned the Summit visitors with a snicker, “but if I can get any of the kids out, I’ll scrap.” With that, the dark imp pledged herself to the fight.

“I’ll go and try to get a headcount now,” Léonie said then and picked up a paw, ready to leave. “I’ll see you guys soon.” Turning in the direction of the Mire, the dark imp set out on another reconnaissance mission.

She stays silent while she listens to the others speak, watching as her mother releases the information that was the reasoning behind their visit. An ear flicks as she listens to Scorpius and the way his words seemed... disgruntled? It causes for her eyes to narrow slightly upon him, and for a moment she wondered if he were going to deny them help. Coming from a man who the Summit has helped graciously before, Isla would have had several words to stay if he refused. But Léonie is the one who answers, causing for the wildcat's attention to move to her. She gives a nod to the woman's words before glancing back at @Morrigan and @Talisa. Guess we should continue on? Isla begins her departure, making sure to wait for her mothers before moving forward.

Morrigan was hesitant when it came to asking the Oasis for such a service, and perhaps if Ecrosia still stood as tall as it once had she would have suggested leaving the Andals in peace, let them grow into a formidable ally. Even still, she would not have blamed them had @Scorpius or @Léonie turned them down. Yet, they did not. Morrigan could only look on in admiration as @Talisa handled it all flawlessly, showing off for once just who the real force behind the Summit had always been. Even though she knew that there would be hesitation given the Oasis' recent change of hands and the Miroslav rise once more, she was feeling hopeful. Even the slightest spark could cause the fire; Talisa wasn't typically an individual that went knocking on doors to rally the troops and most certainly was never one to stoke the fire. Yet, here she was — fighting for the children and the lionesses that were caught in a web that they had not chosen to lay in. With @Léonie admitting that she wasn't much of a fighter — same, bro, same — but proceeding to say that she would do whatever she could to free the cubs, Talisa felt that hope soar. That was all they needed was even the slightest bit of willingness.

Thank you, léonie. May Maua bless you. Silent words held on her tongue as she wished the striped miroslav all the best in what she might discover before giving her attention to Scorpius. Wanting him to know in the silence of their company that she was more than grateful for even the slightest bit of help in this situation. Talisa did not ask much and certainly did not make demands, but it had been worth bringing to their attention and through everything she knew (in some fashion) that they would help even if they had every right to be apprehensive.

So she turned then to @Isla ♔ and to @Morrigan and nodded, yes, let's. Talisa did not look forward to this motion and knew that war would follow, her eyes set to her wife in knowing that things could be a whole lot worse than simply getting a few cubs out. War was inevitable and seeing as Luther was a Rike, Talisa could only begin to imagine what would come of it. exit talisa
