Arwen's screes above were a battlecry, a call to hunt. Ashaera's head lifted from where she'd been perched among the rocks. They'd found themselves just outside the confines of the Labyrinth, eager to see if any mountain goats or snow leopards found themselves among the jagged peaks. Her rosy gaze narrowed toward the sky, watching as the shadow of her falcon slipped betwixt the sky-reaching pillars. Steady paws quickly pushed her forward, venturing closer to where her companion had gone, eagerly in search of prey; and for so long had she hunted alone, that she had not considered those who may come to join her.

It's the calling of a bird that catches Saladin's attention. He'd been passing through the lands close to the labyrinth, idly wandering with no real destination in sight. Once he heard the screes, however, was when his interest was piqued. What had this bird's feathers all ruffled? Did he sense his presence or was it something else entirely? The yearling knew there was only one way to find out, and so he began a slow jog in the direction the bird seemed to be flying in.

His nostrils would flare as he moved on, and soon enough would the scent of prey filter through. Ah, was that it? Olive and crimson toned eyes search around, slowing down to a walk. He catches movement on ground level which causes for his skull to turn in that direction, seeing an ivory colored lioness seeming to follow the bird. Did she catch the scent of prey, too? Saladin would follow behind, letting out a low chuff or two to inform the woman she was no longer alone. "I hope that bird leads us to a good meal," he comments to himself, although loud enough for the other to hear and respond if she so chose to.

Since the first sighting of the falcon and its slightly irregular flying, hovering as if it were following something moving as opposed to hunting for prey Yavannna started tracking the bird. Watching the shadow of it, the loud beckoning noises it made, knowing that at the end of the road, there would be something even better for her to track. That bird meant food and by tracking that bird, she was making her way to a meal — she knew it in her bones. As the bird's movements settled, a familiar figure stood beneath it and another not so familiar. Yavanna's attention goes to Ashaera, however, because she knows that when that bird gets going again a hunt is going to follow. "He is greedy enough," she murmurs absently to the stranger's comment.

The Savante man was accustomed well to hunting in caves. The Labyrinth - although far too vast to try - oft felt like just an extension of the Hollow. It was similar terrain, even on it’s outside slopes and he finds the going familiar and easy to traverse.

It is the bird call that snags his attention too. Balthazar had often scouted hunts for him and his kin, and Valerian was willing to bet the creature might lead to fortune.

So he follows, finding three figures already gathering - none familiar to him. Valerian offers the strangers a rumble as he approaches, an ear pricked to the beginnings of discussion.

She'd strayed a good distance from the Lagoon, venturing into the mountains that housed the Hollow and the cavern labyrinths that sunk well into the mountains. It had not been an ideal place to venture, but Aurelia were determined to test her strength. She'd held long, silent moments of prayer, before she'd begun to ascend the slopes and cliffsides. Eventually, however, she came across a few gathering scents. There were others on the move, clearly intent after something. Quickly did Aurelia attempt to dispel any nervousness of anxiety hanging about her, and began to venture in their diection.

Had he been able to pick his kingdom, he would have chosen here; the endless rocky spires of the labyrinthian southern mountains, peaks rigid against the sky. It were as if this place were forged by fire, shaped with the heat of dragonbreath. It were far more appealing than a beach, but Kvare would not sooner abandon his crown on a land that had already proven itself worthy of providing for them. He could, however, come here to train, to hunt. And he had been training, until he saw a few lions gather in the distance. Though their true intentions unclear, it appeared they were at least keening to hunt; and so was he.

Despite the seemingly uninhabitable landscape, little tendrils of pursley still manage to grow sporadically between the rocks, and a sturdy boswellia tree leans on the precipice of the cliffside. Ianthe is collecting some of its hardened sap when she hears it; immediately, her eyes are drawn upwards, at the gyrfalcon who must have made the loud screeching sound. Curious, she moves to follow it.

At the maw of the labyrinth, a group of lions are already on the move. A hunt, she guesses, by the intense, quiet energy. Moving a little faster to catch up, Ianthe joins them on the prowl.

Lune carefully wove her way down the winding path. Passing rocky cliff face after rocky cliff face that were all exact mirrors of each other. The girl didn't mind that her path was blurring into an indistinguishable, intricately woven twist. She was a girl on a mission and nothing was going to make her one-track mind skip. Eyes narrowed in concentration, Lune hunted for the soft white flowers of Frankincense. Rooting around for the plant, she finally spots a good collection of the little white flowers sprinkled through out the leafy bush. Lune preps the plant for collection, breaking off a clump and shaking off any dirt or water clinging to it leaves. As she is collecting, an unfamiliar screech is carried on the wind. Lune tucks her spoils in the shade of a small rock for safe keeping before turning to follow the call. While she following the call, she catches wiffs of other scents. Looks like a hunting party. Her suspicions are confirmed as she draws within view of the gathering group.

Lots of rocks here. Lots of twists and turns too. It felt like a place easy to get lost in for sure. Good thing the marbled little lioness had a great sense of direction and even greater nose.

As she trotted along she spotted a tiny bit of blue against all the earth tones. She moved closer to study its blue-purple petals and bright yellow center. While in the midsts of observing the little plant, her eyes drift over to notice a clump of gifblaar. Wide leafed and poisonous. Oh perfect! She made sure to snag some of them up along with a few of the blue flowers. She had an idea what the flowers were but right now she was off moving toward the scent of a group.

This were a far stretch from the Summit, but the cusp of his birthday had given Radahn a lot more freedoms. Silently, he stalked around the mountainside, curious to see if dislodging rocks from abovehead would be enough to startle prey in a certain direction; or perhaps, even better, strike the prey directly. He lingered above the heads of those gathering, intent on finding his own path, not eager to descend from the heights he'd achieved. He would follow them as best as he could hidden from above, hoping it would be advantageous enough to give them the upperhand from above.
