This has been in the pipeline for a long time, with both Cirilla and Ambrose dancing around one another in a rain dance. Their first meeting ended up in Ambrose being poisoned, and it was from there that their initial spark seemed to grow. SHE IS THE SUN - a lioness who burns with radiance and love for her immediate family, but mostly for her mother whom she adores. lilija is not the bearish brute that her sígrun lineage demands to be, instead, she's the flower that is nourished by the morning lights. she will be a happy child, full of fascination for the world and how she can make it better and not worse. she can also be rather mischevious, constantly taking small trinkets from both ambrose and cirilla's hoard before returning it back to them. her siblings ought to watch out for her, too, for lilija will be quick to play harmless pranks once their backs are turned.

yet still, the girl is born imperfect, like others. while the rest of her siblings' imperfections may lie in their personal traits, lilija is that and so much more. as a cub, she will speak with a stutter, a trait that often causes her to stay her words in the midst of strangers. in time, lilija will simply not speak, for she has simply become too shy to allow others the chance to realize what she is. when she does speak, lilija chooses short and simple sentences, which often relies on her becoming brutally honest and curt to those around her. she has a short temper and patience because of it, but also because she would rather spend her time alone.

a covetous creature, if she cannot have it handed to her then she will simply take it. her judgment is clear and her opinions are the truth; do not hinder lilija's wants and needs lest you want to see the dark side of the sun — for it shall burn just as much and twice as painful, for if she will not speak, she'll simply destroy.

Name: Bryndis Sigrún
Appearance I will be purchasing a design to be made for her upon approval! The vision I have for her is to have a pretty good mix of both markings but lean a bit more towards Ambrose's design. (But hello, momma's hip stripes are a NEED.)
Personality:
A prideful bundle of life, Bryndis will grow to see herself as unstoppable. She believes her faith gives her strength - that Vellen guides her through her days and challenges her by hard times to test her will to adapt. To survive. She is ambitious, idolizing her parents and specifically the strength of her Mother. She finds herself studying her and trying to learn how to be her more often than not.

Thanks to her Father, Bryndis does have a rather nice social life and isn't afraid to be put in the spotlight. She seems to get along well with others, not minding to spark a conversation with a stranger. Especially when it comes to sweet-talking someone to get what she wants.

She wants to see herself be a symbol of strength, of unity under the similar faith; and desires to do whatever she must to continue on the belief of her people, of her family. Bryndis will go to extreme lengths for those who are her family, and becomes increasingly selfless when danger is prominent in the area. To her, she is a shield for her kin; a guard who will always be utilized.

Goals:
- I hope to see her max in either Master Paladin or Master Barbarian; but I certainly see her being a bit more on the fighty type. I could see Cleric or assassin being a good submaster fit, but I'm also curious to seeing what she gets interested in ICly!
- I hope to reach 100 posts with her by the age of one - to go along with her 1st birthday drowning milestone!

Ideas:
- A strong connection to her family, especially her siblings from this litter. She will go out of her way to create these bonds and be a present, active body in the family.
- I would enjoy seeing her grow to take of a ranked status in a pride, that way she can work on her social skills and political ways of thinking too!

Lively and strong-willed even from a young age, Jóhanna moves through the world with the air of someone who believes that this world is clearly beneath them and yet delights in its novelties all the same. If the world does volunteer to bend to her will, then she will simply prod it into shape by whatever means necessary, for she is not a girl who believes in trying things - she merely does them. Once her teeth are sunk in, she will not let go, and she will have all that her heart desires, regardless of who or what might stand in her way.

The drive of ambition comes to her as naturally as breathing, though her competitive nature is not as aggressive as some. Why should it be? She is not the one who must prove herself, surely - it is everyone else who must prove themselves to her, no?

(Yet she is all too easy to offend. To challenge her is to be consumed by the wrath of the ocean itself.)

She is energetic and courageous, but not necessarily excitable, if only because she knows such childish behavior cannot convey the imposing power that all Sigrun should possess. Oh, how she dreams of being as beautiful and as terrifying as her mother someday! With each day that passes, the young Jóhanna will only try harder and harder to distance herself from the immaturity of childhood, always trying to present herself as older and wiser than her youthful frame would suggest. An exceptionally difficult task for one who does not truly know 'maturity' is.

(And yet the day of Vellen's judgement draws ever closer. Will it be as glorious as she imagines?)

Her family aside, Jóhanna's perceptions of other lions tends to go to extremes. Either she will love you or hate you, and there is little room for anything in between. Yet regardless of where the pendulum swings, she has difficulties making true connections with others, her heart plagued with a distinct lack of empathy even as she learns to properly master the art of conversation and politics. And master it she will, for her belief that she needs no one else is not entirely truthful. Deep down, she thrives on the idea of being adored and desired and feared.

(If she doesn't manipulate the thoughts and actions of others, then how might they truly feel about her? She won't admit to being afraid of that answer.)

Perhaps that is where the dissonance originates. How could one claim to care for the feelings of others when they cannot even comprehend the depths of their own emotions?

Even her family will not be safe from the tantrums that naturally come alongside her bossy nature. She is likely to butt heads with the most forceful of her siblings, determined to wrangle them under her control no matter how impossible such a goal might seem. But Jóhanna loves them fiercely, even if she is not always gentle with them. After all, even her most selfish-seeming goals are rooted in a desire to make her family proud, Cirilla most of all.
Other details:
- I don't plan to use the roll's random Deafness mutation, but I'm thinking it would be an interesting plot if she loses hearing after her drowning

- Likes to experiment with herbology, and is very likely to use her siblings as test subjects if no one steps in quickly enough

- Potential accidental poisonings aside, she'll have a very strong connection with her immediate family and their beliefs

- Likely to get herself into quite a few fights, even as a cub

personality resilient, patient, and thoughtful as a child. very family oriented, though can be pouty and mischievous if something doesn't go the right way. selfish in the sense that if another desires what is wanted they aren't allowed to have it, and will take even from siblings. close at first with parents and siblings, growing more distant as a teen.

near-rude, brash tongued and inexperienced with losing. manipulative for things to go her way. needy, in a sense, emotionally. resourceful in other ways. able to pick out paths with a sharp eye, often finding the lay of a land interesting. utilizes the land for the upper hand, always calculating.

She is almost the spitting image of her mother Cirilla, with a few sprinklings of Ambrose added in. As an adult, she will grow to be larger than both of her parents - standing at a height of 3'9" when she matures. Brawny like her mother, though with an attractive feminine curve to her frame when she matures, Hjordis will weigh in at 470lbs. Her fluffy fur is thick, but doesn't weigh her down in the water due to careful cleaning and grooming to keep it that way.

Evidence that she was born for the sea and the water, Hjordis has webbed paws on all four feet. It enables her to swim swiftly through the water like the shark that she is. As she grows into her true size, the Sigrún will likely gain more scars and marks on her pelt. But for at least a little while, she remains sleek and beautiful. Her tail carries stripes from neither parents, a callback to her mother's father. Darkness lining the undersides of duotoned pink and green eyes, her gaze can be unsettling and a bit unnerving to some. A splotch of darkness on her nose is another trait given to her by her father, though it is quite obvious that she is her mother's daughter through and through.

Introduced to Vellen at a young age, Hjordis will do everything for Vellen. She believes that she was gifted to her parents by vellen as a soldier to fight for her mother and for Vellen, and to do whatever she could to help the family thrive. She takes the meaning of her name to heart, believing she is a sword to help fight for her cause. Protective of her siblings and her family, Hjordis rarely takes another into her fold. Everyone who is a Sigrún has her immediate trust, and she finds those outside of the family hard to trust. She also idolizes her mother Cirilla, who she believes is the vision of what a Sigrun should be.

Devout to a fault, it will be hard to tear Hjordis away from the shoreline. She can be ruthless when it comes to fighting for those she cares about - and one you gain her trust, she will always come to your aid. However... she can also be quite manipulative of others to try to get them to do what she wants - even if they get nothing out of it. From a young age, she's overly-confident and a bit of a smart alek, often clashing with her parents over what's best for her - believing that she obviously knows what's best for her and they don't. Regardless of her actions towards her parents - she will always love both of them.

From the very beginning, Hjordis is very observant of her surroundings. Anything that catches her attention, she is keen to watch - to learn. Especially anytime her mother is fighting, she wants to learn from one of the best fighters she knows. She is always aware of her surroundings, and is not likely to let anything slip her notice - even if that said thing is trying to hide away from prying eyes. Its a skill she hones from the very early ages, trying to find bugs and creatures and eventually using it to find those who should not be lurking around.
