The Firnen High Sovereign watches as a myriad of fights seems to unfold before them. Her orange-yellow eyes watch carefully as war breaks out between the Brook and the Bluffs, her mind seemingly wandering at the various causes behind the feud. It is evident from her dull features that the woman does not have the energy in her to fight, but her muscles instinctively tense up as she watches Cassandra jump into battle without hesitation. She was proud of whom the lioness had become, and who she eventually would be in the future.

Eyes look to @Keir as he speaks about the coincidental nature of Wolfbron's actions, and Maia wonders if it really was planned. You have a point. She murmurs, almost absent-mindedly, making a note to avoid these new prides if she could. Perhaps they are planning something. We could do with some intelligence, or information, on such a matter. It would be useful to know if Amara is behind all these challenges, and what the future holds for Amaryllis.

Attention turns to @Fissure. The information he provided was interesting, and as his words hit her ears, she found herself looking over to the lion they were talking about. Thank you for such information. I'll be sure not to fight him or his family in the future.

The move work and she felt his teeth leave her flesh as her own claws dug into his flesh but that didn't seem to be the end of it. She felt him shoving back, her back legs straining to keep her in her current position in the sand. Somewhere deep in her body, there was a memory of fighting like this in the sand before but it wouldn't be enough now. His weight against her pushed her backward and as she was falling she saw his head coming toward her. She attempted to snap her teeth toward his face to keep it from hitting her as she attempted to draw her body up and cling to him by her claws in an attempt to make the damage as bad as she could until things ended. She could only guess he was starting to tire, a fight before this one would have softened him up. She had fought many fights and won on her back, she wasn't worried about the position right now but it wasn't her favorite place to fight from.

His grip upon her flesh broke free as her body pressed forwards, forcing his chin downwards at a most awkward and painful angle. Simultaneously he feels both of her claws running down his shoulders. So he lets the already breaking grip fall free and quickly he aims to shove forwards with his right shoulder into her, sustaining greater damage with her claws as a result, and attempted to take advantage of the window in which both of her forepaws were off the ground to topple her to the ground with a shove. His head joining in, tilted down he aimed a headbutt for the left side of her neck and face.

Septima didn't know this lioness. She didn't know her and didn't care about her, insignificant as she was in the grand scheme of things. There was no fanfare surrounding the Dieudonne and Septima knew her face would be forgotten after the battle had ended. The only thing Septima now cared about was proving to the Dieudonne that the Miroslav women were just as capable of defending themselves. Better yet, she wanted to prove that they were far greater by comparison.

Septima attempted to continue with her slashing attack, attempting to drag her claws down the woman's leg as she returned it to the ground. It was then Elaine began to shake, digging her teeth further into Septima's skin. It only served to encourage the Miroslav, however, and the lioness attempted to tighten her grip on the woman's throat like a dog hanging on to the end of a rope. She could feel a headache blooming in the back of her head and knew her neck would be sore, but she wasn't going to be so easily deterred from clutching her prize.

She would suck in a breath, fighting the urge to release a cough for fear she would bring attention to herself. Green eyes were wide as they flickered every which way, watching the fights as her body began to shake. Was this all her doing? Was she cursed, just like how she were the only one in her litter to be deaf in one ear and had been born with a respiratory illness? Another deep breath would be inhaled as Jiera allowed for her eyes to finally watch the two fights she had first been drawn to, the tiny male winning the Lagoon and the orange maned male winning his. She would watch as that lion tore the ear of his opponent, stifling a gasp and instead watching the injury it created. She tried to figure out what would be the best option to fix an ear injury like that; she knew that ears bled much more than other parts of the body, but would cobwebs still work just as well? As most of the commotion seemed to die down would the chartreuse lioness creep out the same way she had come in, her tail limp between hind legs and ears flattening themselves upon her skull. The lion didn't seem too upset with her for running into him, though she had glimpsed a momentary curling of the lip and show of teeth. Likely it was just an instinctive response given the aggressive energy in this place.

She would expect he might merely dismiss her, a common occurrence for her it seemed. Few ever really noticed her and she wondered if that would ever change for her. Was it because she was a child still? Or maybe it was because she was so small, or that they perceived how weak and fragile she was? She would shake her head to dismiss the dark doubt from slowly consuming influencing Bordeaux's opinion of herself and her value. @Archaic had not simply gone on to ignore her, but made an effort instead to gather up the small bundle of plants that lay scattered around them. She would murmur her gratitude, eyes suddenly burning with tears she wished to hide. Such a baby to cry just because someone noticed her.

She would gather up her plants then, deciding it was time she get out of this place before someone stepped on her or some such thing. Eyes would befall an foreign plant along the way, pausing only to nip at it, receiving a chilled sensation on the tip of her tongue. It certainly served some purpose, so she would pluck it and add it to her pile. Then she was off, headed back home to her mother and her knowledge of plants.

With a snort she turns to leave, hoping to help as best she can to support her massive husband's form. Alabaster, for the moment, was largely ignored.

A nod of his head would be the only reply he would give to @Maia. He agreed on what she said about needing to know if the Bluffs were planning something, but he was too consumed in watching his brother amongst the others continue on in their fights. Fights would conclude soon enough, both the one for the Lagoon as well as Ransom becoming the victor in his own. He'd watch as the beast broke the woman's leg, and inwardly would he flinch. Ouch. With a rather loud sigh would the obsidian lion decide it was time for him to leave, giving the ones he was gathered with one more glance before he took off to digest what all had just occurred.

Claws were dragged down her leg, slicing the flesh and spilling her blood freely to the ground they shuffled upon. A crime to spill such honored blood but the feeling of it was refreshing, driving, and pulled at her soul. A beast born into a war, grew up in war, and now thrived in it. Her teeth dug in but so did Septima's and as Elaine shook, she could feel Septima's teeth also driving in. Unwilling to give up what she had but also knowing that she needed to change something she lifted her paw from the sand, shifted her weight slightly, and attempted to claw and dig into the outer side of the fleshy armpit of Septima's leg that had just returned to the ground. She attempted to continue shaking her head in an attempt to drive deeper into her victim's flesh and putting off the pain that it caused her own body.
