Amaryllis' discovered prides
Low Tide, Many Prizes

It had been many months since the Medicine Woman had come into these lands and she spent it alone with only her companion with her. The white hare was perched on her back, blending in with her Snow White pelt, only his own black-tipped ears gave him away. The two figures were one and Keela was glad for his friendship during these times. She didn't try to join a pride and instead spent it wandering the lands. Blue gaze glanced around as she neared the tide pools. Looking off into the horizon, the sun was starting to come up. The tide was low but she could see the choppy waters in the distance as it receded away. Revealing the creatures that made the pools home. Kohana hopped off of the lioness's back and went to peek into the closest puddle. She followed behind him and together they watched a trapped fish swimming around and a starfish enjoying the calm water.

The Sigrun woman has been trying to take it easy, but it isn't easy for someone who is used to finding work to do. She longs for a sense of purpose, but since the war with the Rike she has been forced to take a step back and heal. Even now, there are still half-healed wounds across her body, from her chin all the way down to her back legs. Her paw is, of course, the worst. The skin is slowly healing, but it still looks ragged and ugly. The bone takes even longer to heal, so she moves around in a limp, keeping weight off of the offending appendage.
The shore has been their refuge during this time, as she and her spouses wait for things to unfold here in Amaryllis before they make their next move. So, Revna has taken to walks along the shore, up and down the black sands, whenever she can manage it. The tidepools have become a frequent stop for her. She had first visited them when she met Tobin of the Hollows, but she had since been back, watching the creatures trapped there with fascination when there was little else for her to do.
Her black fur blended with the black rocks around her, so she is able to remain hidden while she watches the approach of another. The lioness' pelt is as white as snow, save for her black ear tips, and a hare moves along before her, its coat just as white and its ears matching hers. Peculiar and cute at the same time. She watches for a moment, before pushing herself to her paws while they were still a ways off. With a slight huff, she begins to hobble towards them, hardly a threat in her current state. It would be better to make herself known now, then accidentally surprise them when they came closer. Besides, it never hurts to know who is hanging around when one's family is living nearby.
Revna releases a chuff of greeting, coming to a stop a little ways away to give the woman time to decide if she wants company or not.

Keela had been busy watching the tide pool while Kohana hopped over to another one, dipping his little hands in the salty water. The Snow White lioness glanced up with crystal blue gaze at the hare playing in the tide pool water before hearing the chuff and a dark figure ahead. As the stranger approached but still gave some space, the Gaia woman whistled for the Hare who promptly hopped over to her and jumped onto the snowy lioness's back. "Hello!" Smiling, Keela kept her gaze on the obsidian lioness as Kohana waved his tiny paw a 'hello' from behind his bigger companion's head.

OOC: I'm also sorry for the wait! Normally I'm much faster, but work was terrible this week.
Revna watches with curiosity as the small hare climbs onto the lioness's back, making it quite clear that the two are companions of some sort. Even if she had been hungry, Revna is no threat to the hare in her current state. The nost she can do is hobble about, often rather unsteadily.
Revna's eyes rove over the Stanger, taking in her appearance appreciatively. Though her markings are simple, her snow white fur is beautiful, and reminds Revna of her own wife. The hare sitting on the woman's back is a curiosity, though.
Revna bears no ill eill towards the stranger and she continues her limping approach with a soft smile. "I hope I'm not intruding," she offers gently. "I don't see too many strangers around here." Her words hold a hidden message; right now she lives along the shore, though there is no pride here. The ocean is soothing to her family, so this is where they stay until they have a new home.

Revna was injured and that worried the Medicine Woman. It was her skills as a Medic to heal those who needed it. An oath she made to her Clan and Totem. I'm sorry. I didn't know this was a pride land. I'll leave now. Her speech was calm but her uncertainty made her wary about staying here. Maybe she missed the border. Her own petite form started to walk away from the stranger. Heading back from the way she came.
The Snow White lioness looked at the stranger, ears and tail flicking as the Hare perched his front paws on the top of her crown. The blackened lioness hobbled forward and that made Keela curious. It was a very obvious that @code by corvus

It seems that Revna had said the wrong thing, as no sooner does she speak than the lioness moves to leave the tidepools, back the way she had come. Perhaps she had spoken poorly, she thinks, and decides that she would like to rectify the situation if she can. After all, there is no reason for the white woman to leave when there is no pride here, as she seems to think there is.
"I'm sorry," Revna says, shaking her head. "There's no pride here, just myself and my family." She gestures to the shoreline stretching along the vast ocean. "The ocean is important to us, so we have been staying here," she explains. "But we have no claim to this place." They are just a small group of rogues at this point, herself and her husband and wife and her two children. Often the children are not even here, instead off doing their own thing.
She would follow after the lioness, but walking is still difficult, so instead she takes a seat, her leg with the broken paw sticking out awkwardly to avoid jostling it. Truthfully, her daughter has done an excellent job tending her. But healing a broken paw is not easy. It cannot be set the way a broken leg - like the one her husband has - can be.

So, Keela and her little companion were not trespassing into a pride land and she let go a sigh of relief and looked at the stranger. It wasn't an intentional thing that she had done. The Snow White lioness looked at the stark black one as she spoke more about just having her family here. But, blue gaze was not blind to the limp and tilted her head. I'm a Medicine Woman. I see you're hurt. Tilting her head slightly, she tried to look through her memories on how to help heal if there were any severe injuries. From the distance, Keela couldn't really gauge on how bad it was.

She is relieved to see the other woman stop her retreat. The last thing Revna wants is for others to feel they can't come to the shore and its landmarks simply because she and her family have made a home here. She is in no state to defend a claim, anyways.
It is impossible, of course, for anyone to miss Revna's wounds. They are still healing, though they have made much progress over the time that has passed since the war. There are gashes along her stomach as well as other bite and claw wounds across her body, along with her broken paw. There is little that can be done for that, she understands. At least, little that can be done by her daughter.
"Ah yes," she says with a smile, looking down at the paw she is trying to keep weight off of. "My family and I were recently in a war. My paw is broken. I don't think there's much that can be done for it." Other than being careful, as she is already doing.

As crystal blue gaze glanced all over the wounded lioness, Keela made notes and then the reasoning was given by the stranger. War apparently has been happening. The rogue had been keeping her distance from others as much as she could since arriving. Only having met one other lion when she first arrived so many months ago. Slowly moving her tail behind her, she nodded slowly. A good anti-inflammatory would help with relaxing the muscles enough to heal. Frankincense sap would be a good one. Her voice was soft and welcoming. She didn't know how much knowledge that this woman's daughter had in healing. But it was something that Keela was passionate in. Thinking for a moment, she added, I'm Keela. She had no surname as in her homelands, it was either their home Clan of birth given or it became 'of Gaia' if they went to a different Clan. Now that she was no longer in Gaia, it seemed pointless to mention.

Revna smiles at the woman in polite thanks for the information and tucks it away in her mind to hand to her daughter later. Linn will no doubt know where such a plant can be found, and perhaps it might help a little with the discomfort in her paw. "Thank you," she answers earnestly. "I will see if my daughter can find some."
Her eyes flick again to the hare that rides upon the lioness' back, a question in her gaze. She knows few lions that have other creatures as companions. She'd seen a bird with Cassandra once or twice, but has never though much of it.
Before she canquestion her, the woman introduced herself as @Keela. "Revna Sigrun," she answers with a dip of her head. "Have you been in Amaryllis long?" she asks, forgetting her desire to question about the hare for a moment (she still finds it interesting how similar their colors are to one another). "I'm no longer in a pride, but I'd be happy to share any information with you, if you need anything."
