There's a satisfying crunch when his jaws give enough pressure to snap the bones in @Elías' foreleg. There was a rush and flurry of events - most of which Caelum was ignorant to - and push came to shove, the man Caelum fought and dropped his paw and turned away, the pivoting motion enough for Caelum's jaws to snap his bones.

His adversary hissed and backed off, suddenly succumbing to the drama happening around him. As Caelum rushes to his feet, ignoring the mud and moss that stuck to the backside of his fur, he scanned the immediate area for the pretty female he had seen before. He caught a glimpse of her, but she was behind another fierce-looking female.

Ah, all in a day's work.

With a growl and a bloodied mouth, he turned away from the scene and limped away, perhaps looking to find a nice vacant spot among the brush to lick his wounds and wait out the end of this war -- or perhaps until Amara started barking commands. Whichever would come first, he supposed.

He successfully barrels into her, and once he does, he realizes how small she is. Not only did he pick a fight with a lioness who was protecting another and not participating in the fight, she's below his weight class too. But all is fair in love and war. Right? That's about all the self-reproach his juvenile brain his capable of before his eyes lock with his target. Those eyes, the same orange-yellow as tree sap, are the last thing he registers before her jaws snap out at his right cheekbone and the fight begins full force.

Because of their close proximity, he has little time to avoid her bite and she attaches to his cheekbone with a force that rattles him. A mountain-shaking snarl rises from the caverns of his chest, pain coursing through his system. A rill of blood trickles down the puncture sites, staining his once pristine white fur. His body seizes as he tries to shake her, likely only causing more damage to himself. Considering she's on the side of his face, he can barely see her, but that doesn't stop him from lashing out his left claw in a last ditch attempt to maul her.

Claws extended, he swipes down with frightful force, trying to rake them across the side of her face and hopefully digging into the soft tissues of her eye as well.

Even as she begins to apologize, Rome's gaze devours every bit of @Septima that he can before the adrenaline in his veins ebbs, the loud drumming in his ears quiets, drawing in what she's sawing. "-You're hurt." Was he? There's no sign of blood on the Miroslav though and inwardly he exhales a sigh of relief. "Let me help you, please. We- we can leave. I have herbs." How different this girl was than the agonizing minutes before, almost as if ready for a fight. But there is none to be had here, not anymore. As long as she's safe. The wound in the side of his neck is a throbbing reminder of why else it was best to go with her; there was after all, nothing else here for him. So the beast moves with her, looking for a way out of the Chaos.

Her ears pressed flat against her head and a flush of heat rose to her cheeks, feeling shamed that she had even suggested anything. @Nazonal and @Hiccup were quick to shut down her thoughts, and she swallowed back anything else she might have said. Asteria didn't feel like they were in danger, which was likely a ridiculous thought considering the state of things, but her friends thought differently. Resigned she helped load Nero on to Hiccup's back, ensuring that the albino lion's legs hung freely on each side, grimacing at the sight of his broken leg. The break was higher on his leg than others she had seen, and Asteria knew it could be life threatening if the broken bone compromised any veins or arteries, but she still kept her lips closed. Maybe she was wrong, and maybe everything would be just fine. But as her friends turned to leave she froze and looked back towards the fighting, seeking a final glance of Saga, needing to be sure she was okay. Why she could not say -- realistically she should hate the woman, and a part of her did -- but she could not stop herself. It was a mistake, of course. Asteria turned in time to see her fall, to see them both fall, and there was no gradual build up of fear this time. The black wave crashed heavily down on her head and she froze, staring, even as others rushed towards the fallen chimera. For a long time she stared, her heart in her chest squeezing painfully, zeroed in on her sides. Looking for a breath, a sign of life. But there was too much blood -- so much blood -- and the black Zero knew it was a lost cause. It was too late. And what should they have expected? She was blind, after all. By the time she turned back towards her friends they were gone, and she quite suddenly did not want to be with them. What she wanted was to scream and cry and tear the world to shreds, and Hiccup would not understand that. He could not. So, instead, she turned the other way and fled, frantically fleeing the sight of the war, desperate to find some peace in the wake of loss. The match was fun and she needed to thank him for the entertainment given, and soon her annoyance turned in mere gratefulness. As he was making this harder and funnier on Alma's weird concept of fun. She felt how he pushed down, aiming to pin her and or course she wasn't going to let hum do so so easily. But on the process he was easier to reach for her jaws that now were allowed to have a hold in there. As soon as they did she aimed to bite hard, to make him either let go of her or suffer. But as she did,it looked as if he was becoming more of a fuckboy than anything. And soon she realized the position they were into. Sadly for the male she wasnt scared, nothing ever scared her and even less this. She enjoyed good times so no real threat. Like that she attempted to lower herself and then jump upwards like a bull, aiming to hit him with her lower back against either his chest or anything. She felt his claws leaving bloodied marks on her skin. Her jaws land and Alizabeth can only try and clamp down hard, attempting to dig deep with those teeth. Pain erupts from her shoulders as Amara's talons dig into tender flesh, meaty skin splitting as lacerations make vibrant lines down her stark white coat. She roars against the fur of Amara, doing her best not to let go if she's managed a grip. The skin along her head is sliced open as well, and her already tattered ear receiving further damage as Amara's teeth land on their target. Frustration and pain push Alizabeth into a frenzied, pissed off state. The opposite forelimb of her head raises, attempting to lift up as high as she can manage and attempt to rake down the right side of Amara's body. Near her face, leg, chest, neck - anything she could reach in her rage.

When fangs found his forearm again, there came a snarl which couldn't exactly be called 'pained'. Eager, perhaps. However, it was quickly followed with a less pleased noise.

Her rear dipped down suddenly, and just as quickly came back up. Without time to ready himself, he was treated to a very solid blow to the ribs, eliciting a disgruntled grunt as the air was forced out of him and his grip on the girl was lost.

Bloodied, and winded, he would finally step back from the girl with a breathless laugh "Fuck, alright," he could respect a cheap shot, as well as he could respect anything, and he'd give her points for the quick thinking and the fact the scare tactic hadn't seemed to work at all. "But you'll see me again," promise or threat, that was up for her to decide. He'd had fun against her, maybe she'd like it more in the bluffs? Interesting thought.

Chaos still reigned around them, but it had lessened to a point where Ryker didn't immediately spot any good new targets, which probably meant the fun was done for the day. Oh well, he could head back home and dig up something fresh from the stores. Maybe tend to the new wounds once the adrenaline died down and they became annoying.

Her paws connect to his shoulders, and she digs her claws into him, as her teeth make purchase with his skin- the spot between his shoulder blades. She feels a surge of triumph that she had landed the attack, but as that charge of adrenaline spikes within her, he moves.

his teeth find her right leg, and she snarls against him with pain, as the feeling rushes through her. She feels claws slam into her left hind leg, just as she steps- and they rip and tear the fur there, but she doesn't think they now hold her. (Attempted dodge of that paw going for her left leg) -- Her tail whips through the air, as she struggles to keep herself upright, knowing she needs to get another paw to the earth or she will be on the ground before him.

She attempts to move her front paws upwards on his back, hoping to trail her claws down his shoulders as she strikes her left leg down, aiming to bring her claws down on the male's toes in a slamming motion, if she can find his left left in the mud- and assuming that his leg isn't wrapped around her own left hind leg- now. If she fails, that's just one more limb on the earth, to help her balance, as she attempts to pull and thrash her head aiming to keep her bite between his shoulders still within her jaws. She doesn't necessarily want to harm him majorly, but she wants to make sure he knows that she is there- so she aims to pull against his skin with nearly all her fatigued might- not caring much if she rips him open in this moment.

She hurts and is exhausted but she must keep trying. She has to defend her home. She has to defend those who reside here. She has to defend the right to choose one's home. She can't let him win.
