@Talitha had been quite the sight, in fact Church hadn't been able to take her eyes off of her from her perch up in the trees. That being said, as soon as the fight came to a conclusion crowning Talitha the victor Church was quick to scramble down from the tree to make her way through the crowd. Her mother was collapsed on the ground and naturally her heart lurched in her throat. However, she couldn't settle on the emotions, she needed to head back into their new home to assist in any way that she could. Moving to flank @Mordecai Church would follow after them, curious to see what awaited them in the rainforest.

it is a surprising outcome, but not an unwelcome one. the girl fells the boy and alaric is... conflicted. while he is relieved that it is not a certain enemy sitting on the rainforest throne, he is unsure of where he stands with the new queen. they had met once, when he had first come to amaryllis, and he wondered if she would remember that meeting with the same fondness he did. she was a charming little thing, but had time changed her as it had him? with a grunt he rose to all fours, glancing at his gathered companions and offering a wry twist of his lips. "should be interesting to see what happens next," he mused, as the crowd dispersed. "i hope to see you again soon," he directed at @Icarus before nodding to his pridemates and turning to leave. he casts a quick look to @Talitha, and a fleeting smile if she notices (though he doesn't expect her to) making a mental note to visit his new neighbor soon. -exit-""

Well, seemed like it wouldn't matter, because Ransom fell in battle to the small woman. Apparently size didn't matter all that much, she thought. At least, not as much as she had thought. If someone so tiny could win a fight for a pride, perhaps she could as well at some point, should she ever decide she wanted to. But where would she go? The only place she could think of would be the Lagoon, considering she had been born there. Well, she didn't think she was going to do anything like that anytime soon.

She nodded slightly to Alizabeth before turning to take her leave, presuming she would want to go after her mate. Time for her to go back to roaming around the beach like she had been.

The strawberry lass seemed to go unnoticed for the most part. Her offer to help search for the missing former members of the Rainforest lost to better information others had to give. It would leave Avana content to simply sit with her brother, then, and continue to watch the fight.

Mismatched gaze could not help but wince occasionally as the fight wore on. Despite her heritage, fighting really wasn't much to her liking. By now, Avana was convinced that she had taken more from her mother's side of the family than from her father's, preferring just the healing part of life rather than being the healer/fighter combination her Hodari grandmother had been. The maned girl watched as the smaller woman managed to bite at Ransom's toes, wondering how much damage the claws might be making to the inside of her mother. They'd continue to slice and dice each other until, much to her surprise, the woman came out on top. That was rather impression for Avana to watch as she was almost certain that such a large male could not be beaten by someone so much smaller than himself. Well, that was a classic case of "size is not everything." Even her brother seemed surprised by the outcome.

With the fight over and no other chaos ensuing along the sidelines, the medic would pick up her little bundle of herbs with intention to follow after her pridemates. There didn't seem a need for her here, not that she knew either of the combatants to offer her services to them in the first place. Back to the Hollow she'd go.

The giant dark male fell like a boulder under the might of the tiny onyx girl. What an interesting outcome! Another proof of a woman's strength, it was truly unfortunate she was not of blue blood. Well, not everybody can be perfect, hmm? Sly crimson gaze shifted to the blue Queen beside him, searching for her reaction.

Everyone began to disperse, this time without a fight breaking out. How sad, truly. He would've enjoyed a quick snack or two to bring back to their red rock home. Now he'll have to satiate his hunger with left overs.
