muscles rolled as the woman slipped in the direction of the watering hole, instincts falling into place as she pushed her shoulders forward and began the slow, methodical stalk towards the herds, unassuming and naïve to her presence. briefly did her eyes tip up towards the sky, noting that the slow dip of the sun and the slight overcast of clouds would be helpful for her success, and conceal her (and anyone else's) figure within the shadows of dusk. thankfully, it did not take nymeria long to pinpoint a wandering shape in the distance, prompting the druid to let out a series of low, even chuffs, calling for any others who may want to indulge in an evening meal alongside the queen. crouching down within the tall grasses, it was there was nymeria would take pause, waiting to see if any others intended to join her, and preparing for the hunt that would soon unfold.

How long had it been now, since she had seen her brother or sister? To feel the comforting brush of a familiar nose or simply fur brushing against her own? The golden woman could not keep the days straight, the amount of time was blurring to the point she grew even more lonely as the sun rose and set. How she longed to deal with her brother's quick fused temper, or her sister's more carefree attitude.
A sigh escaped her lips as a scent seemed to cling to the back of her throat, two females that smelled alike and from what she could see.. well they looked alike, so much so that another pang of loneliness hit her in the breast. Sisters possibly and their familiar touches said this was a good possibility, the rogue woman chuffed a greeting. She did not want to startle them but simply wanted them to know she was there before her words fell from her lips.
"Hello ladies." She breathed, her tail flicking with unease. Would they rather she leave them alone, ask her to leave them? "Do you mind if I join you?" It was better to ask than expect that she would be accepted in their presence.

Caligula heard the call though he didn't recognize the voice, but he did understand the intention behind it. He had yet to gain a pride and so he found himself relying upon the kindness of strangers, which had never really been a problem for him before. Though since the rogue attack that caused the mass fleeing he hadn't made the easy friends that he had once done. He really needed to remedy that.
"If you don't mind..." The words were put out there as he approached. His head was lowered, presenting himself as non-aggressive in nature. He didn't know if he would be permitted to join this trio of lionesses or not but he had to try. Snakes and lizards were his forte but they didn't fill the bellies of growing cubs.

exploring had been a hard thing to dip his toes back into, but he could not stay cooped up in the hollows forever. magnus, and his pride both, would not let him. so he is traversing the island's terrain, intent on committing herb placements to mind when his work is disturbed by a call. the voice was unfamiliar but the intention was not. a hunt. a nearby one at that! ears twitch as the medic considers, trying to decide whether or not he should throw his lot in with the strangers. but then he figured - why not? surely they could use another set of paws and if worst came to worst, he could always help patch someone up in the aftermath. slinking as quietly as he can, the liron seeks to join the growing group - their scents, and faces, all unknown but he offers a small smile still. i am happy to help however i can, he murmurs to those already arrived before turning his attention to what the huntress had found. certainly it was possible, if they were careful and smart.
There were two reasons he was draw to the scene before him; he wanted to mingle with the natives and his stomach was growling. Slowly Watson approaches the slowly growing gathering, their scents filling his nostrils as he closed the distance. They weren't a single pride but a blend, and one or two were unscented rogues like him. Keeping a small amount of distance between himself and the gathering, not wanting to impose, the palomino male offered a warm smile.
Watson was the largest one there, which wasn't often the case for him - though he did almost match his usual travelling partner in weight he was rarely the tallest man in the room. So it was a bit of a novelty to find himself in that position even with other males around.
"I'm not as fast as I used to be," He gives his scarred hindlimb a testing shake, "But I can offer my muscle if it's needed." What Watson lacked in height he certainly made up for in raw power, with a barrel like bulk beneath his pale fur.
@Nymeria
Hunting wasn't typically her thing, but she certainly wasn't going to let Nymeria do so alone, especially not when the other woman had been so kind to allow her to linger within her walls. Of course, she should have anticipated that the woman would have a small legion following her. It did surprise her that so many strangers had answered the call, but she slithered through them to approach her sovereign's side, waiting for instruction.
With all these foreigners, Nymeria might need some backup from the locals if worst came to worst. But, she doubted that was going to happen, unless one of them decided to take over the catch for themselves. Then they'd have to deal with everyone present, and surely they were smart enough to realize that was unwise.
Zulema happened to be grazing by when she heard the call and curiosity ever got the best of her as she meandered close. Eyeing the caller with great interest and recognizing her from several of the events that had crossed through the timeline of the Amaryllis that she knew. Though, not yet connecting the dots that this was the infamous Nymeria of the Native pride that she was bearing witness to. For now this was just a simple gathering for a hunt so that they could walk away with some extra food. Food that would take a while to haul back to the Hollow but she'd do so gladly. So Zulema positioned herself accordingly and waited.
Talisa wasn't too far from the whereabouts of her older sister and thus kept loosely to that knowledge. Hearing her voice and immediately being drawn to the idea and keeping her company. Moving silently to her side and hunkering down, prepared to fall into an easy hunt with family. For all that she had ever truly known was just that and as far as the cleric was concerned, the Brook had a great track record of unity. So with others no doubt in position around them, she wanted for the thrill of the hunt.
