+5 Explore a new territory and find something useful

He had discovered something truly interesting. While on his stroll among the northern parts of the valley, the cold nipping at his nose and the snow blowing in his face, he found a nice shelter under a large glacier. What he hadn't noticed at first was that the Glacier continued in a coridor. The burly feline moved down the path, lowering himself closer to the floor and keeping his head down lest it bumped into the low ceiling.

Speaking of ceilings, the one he stared at right now had a wonderful chandelier of icicles. Long, sharp, and deadly looking. Much like the fangs of a beast, whose mouth he was walking inside. Under them, he noticed a small spring of water. That could definitely come in handy, especially if you had to hide from a storm and were cut off from the outside world for a bit.

The caverns were her home. Her territory. And Ástríðr was beginning to grow tired of intruders. There were very few that she allowed within her caverns, and as she stood at the entrance to one of the caverns that was to hold her den. Her sea foam jewels watched as she the male walked in and stood there watching the icicles above his head. Of course, this wasn't the main area for her band but it was one of the many area's she claimed for herself. Which only meant that Ástríðr would growl as she moved through the cavern and pushed herself towards the brutes left side and attempt to dig her claws into his ribs.

He neared the spring, studying the water that flowed in front of him. Hmm, it looked clean and cold, perfect for a nice sip. Just as he was about to bend to take a drink, he heard a growl rumble and echo through the cavern. Immediately, his head snapped to his left where the sound had erupted from. That's when he saw her charging towards him like a crazed bull. He steadied himself for the impact, legs spreading beneath him to balance his burly frame. Ears pinned against his head, eyes narrowed in thin slits as his shoulders rolled forward.

Bhaskar was rusty, that's for sure, but he wasn't going to curl his tail and run now. Not when he had done nothing wrong to be attacked. Fucking hell, couldn't a guy just live his life calmly around here?

He spun to his left to meet her head-on. As a result of that, @Ástríðr's claws tore into his left shoulder, leaving medium lacerations. Bhaskar snarled at the pain, his jaws seeking to clamp on Ástríðr's right shoulder blade, at the front side that was sticking out near her chest. Meanwhile, his left paw lifted up from the ground, his claws attempting to hook behind the female's right wrist, where important veins supplied blood. If a fight is what she wants, then hell - he'll give her one! He felt the adrenaline spike up, the feeling clouding his clear judgment.

Her claws dug into flesh and she would attempt to drag her claws back to the ground. Knowing that he had moved to face her and therefore there would be attacks to head her way. And of course she was right as she felt jaws wrap around her right shoulder blade, causing two nice puncture wounds from his teeth as they dug into her shoulder blade but that wouldn't stop her. A growl formed, especially when claws hit the nice veins in her right wrist which caused bleeding to form quickly but wouldn't stop her as Ástríðr would attempt to shove her right shoulder blade right up and into his mouth. Attempting to bruise his gums.

His teeth pierced the skin and muscle across the front portion of the rogue woman's right shoulder blade. The metallic taste of blood seeped into his mouth. Bhaskar released his grip as quickly as he had attained it, but not without damage to the gums of his teeth, albeit low in moderation. His claws tore through the ligaments of her soft wrist as he attempted to yank his paw back towards him to try and pull the leg from under her and topple the large woman down. Simultaneously, his bloodied mouth reached for her face, his front teeth attempting to puncture her right cheek, while his lower teeth attempted to latch below her jaw bone, in the meaty area. He splayed his three legs apart to maintain his balance while he performed each movement.

He let go of her shoulder which would be a relief if Ástríðr had been thinking about those things. Ears staying flat on her head as she would fell her right wrist being tugged away from her by the brute who had intruded on her territory. So instead of fighting it, Ástríðr moved with it. Lifting up her left leg, and shifting her weight so that she would attempt to smack the living shit out of his jaws that were coming for her face. Though her face was already marked with scars, she still didn't like others biting at it and she didn't want to worry Pandora either. But she shifted her back legs and bending them to hold her new weight.

His paw managed to pull on the woman's wrist. He returned it back to the floor to balance out his weight. Ástríðr's paw instead flew towards his face. He saw the opportunity and attempted to redirect his jaws for her bleeding wrist, to both try and avoid her talons and attempt to gain a grip on the limb. Meanwhile, his right leg lifted up, claws unsheathed as they sought to tear into Ástríðr's left shoulder, starting from the armpit and ending at the front part of the shoulder blade. His weight shifted, shoulders rolling forward while his tail lashed out behind him.

Claws wrapped around her wrist but Ástríðr wasn't done. Even though she knew this was over with she would attempt to dig her claws into his lips so he'd let go. Letting his paw cut into her left shoulder blade/arm pit, blood staining her wheat coat and a growl escaping her jaws as she wrinkled her nose. Who was he to think that he could just walk in here and not deal with the consequences? This was her turf. Her land and she was don't letting the non-native's - at least those she didn't trust - wonder around her land without dealing with her.

Jaws neatly wrapped around @Ástríðr's leg, he noted the shift in her wrist and quickly moved back, releasing his hold. It wasn't fast enough, because her claws left shallow lacerations across his lower lip and chin that began to sting and bleed immediately. Snarling, his talons raked into the soft flesh across her left shoulder and his limb safely returned to the ground. The metallic scent flooded his nostrils, his own small wounds throbbing uncomfortably, making his anger bubble up slowly but certainly. He took a step back, leaving a good amount of distance between them. This ugly woman was not worth his time, she was full of hatred and violence - why let her change him into what he fought all his life to avoid? No, I'm done with this. He had nothing to say to her. She was a beast that had little to no idea of how to lead a proper conversation. Growling, he turned around and left her to continue living her miserable, angry life.
