Sitting there, @Ladon a fellow yearling sat down between him and Hecuba. He just smiled at him and there he just observed the fight go through. He saw @Kyon , his half brother. He hasnt see him in a while now and he was glad he was okay. Or that was what he could tell from far. He didn't know how he didnt saw him, perhaps the time had gotten between them and he couldn't recognize at first but now he did. @Keir arrived too. He felt shy to approach. He knew they were family despite not sharing blood ties, but he always felt apart. They knew each other from birth, he just a few seasons. Had he the right to approach? He didn't know, for now he just watched.

His mother then came, sitting with him. That helped him cease the loneliness he felt. He did wanted to reconnect with his older siblings, maybe that could be done some day. But for now his attention fell into @Jewel 's question. "I dont know who they are." He said softly, giving his mother a warm smile.

At the end, the small lioness defeated Drakon, that broke his heart. To see his attacked by strangers and taken away from such kind lions as Drakon and Hecuba. Anger managed to build within, making a frown take form on his pale face. He looked at his mother wondering how she would take such abrupt change coming to their home.

She stood, nudging him and his brothers. He stood up aswell, sighing and giving the new queen a cold glare. She had stolen a home for many, and seeing the Tollaire leaving he felt betrayed. They betrayed his mother's trust. He was yet to young to understand life's challenges. But he came from a hard start and he wished he was older so he could claim the Cove back. But that was just too crazy and sighing again he decided to just leave. He left, following his family.exit Sanson

the fight winds to a close. he is too far, too detached, to hear any words exchanged — he has little knowledge of either lion, and little knowledge to go on. pointed ears twitch as his gaze shifts away from the combatants and instead looks to the area around them. lions begin to trickle out of the pit, the show over with, and he watches them go — notes the paths they take up and out of the pit. eventually he too will rise and depart from this place, eager to leave the arena behind. as he goes he takes care to brush his scarred sides along the pit’s walls, leaving behind his natural scent and instead leaving smelling of the arena itself.

Drakon has lost, that becomes apparent once the combatants lock themselves in a brutal fight only for the pale woman to step out and address the crowd. Roseate has no strong feelings for either to have been the victor, and he takes in the address of the pale little lioness who steps forward with the crown with a neutral air. Hm, okay.

He glances back to Arjana as she bids them farewell with a promise to tell them more later. "You better." he hums with an arched brow and decides it is time for him to leave too. With a swish of his tail he bids Namara and Seneca a farewell tilt of his head and hoists himself gingerly to his paws to head back to the bluffs.

Reyna would have put her money on the larger man that currently rules, but it appeared he was not able to best her nimble fighting. She is impressed at the new Queen's grit or perhaps disappointed at Drakon's ability to dispatch a much smaller opponent.

Otherwise, it is a typical affair. Rife with hard feelings and political misgivings. Claiming power never came without jealousy and consequences. Reyna wonders if the small girl was ready to bear the mantle of power even without the support she desires from the previous King. Carefully, she rises to her feet and trots off in the direction she came, satisfied to have absorbed so many faces and bore witness to a new kingdom.

It happened all too quickly. After dealing with the errant child(where were her manners?) he watched the forms of his friend and the small woman twist and turn. She was fast, elusive, and as the battle went on he began to worry. Surely he wouldn't loose. That was embarrassing and an absolute disgrace, and gods below, he had.

Gwyn stared, not really reacting to any of it. Around him the others drifted in and out like the sea and the group surrounding him disappeared. Eventually his eyes narrow, and he leaves, his gaze stiff, irritated. He still idly has the stick he took from @Feyre but hardly notices it as it snaps when he grinds his teeth together. Instead he stalks off, trailing wood, attempting to find his family, only to change course. He needed to talk to @Drakon and @Hecuba. Then he could figure out what in the hells to do.

He is admittedly glad that it seems as though @Saga ends up being more on their side and supporting them than trying to force their new friend to go anywhere he doesn't want to. Aries isn't one to get particularly riled at any situation, but he is a bit nervous at the chaos of it all, and how they descend like hounds upon the group of youngsters. He leans against @Bhaskar for comfort, his pink and green gaze watching the more hostile females slip away from them, leaving @Nero free to question his new company. A slight grin touches the corners of his lips when the white youth asks what their club is. "Well, we all hang out together and look out for each other. We've got each other's backs -- and now we've got yours too," he states emphatically, meaning every word. This hadn't been the upbringing Aries had imagined before he woke up one day alone, but now, he wouldn't trade it for anything. He's come to realize that family isn't blood, but the choices one makes. His bright gaze returns to the dual-toned lioness, tilting his head slightly as she tries to encourage them to join her. "Listen lady," he says, not meaning any rudeness with his phrasing -- he simply doesn't know her name, "you seem nice and all, but we've been doing just fine on our own. And no offense, but grown-ups have only let us down." Each of them has a different story to tell of how they got here, but it certainly wasn't because they were loved or coddled or cared for. They'd had to do it all themselves.

Incredibly, it is the petite lioness who comes out victorious. He quirks a brow, uncertain if he is impressed with her or disappointed in the failure of Drakon for losing to her. His ears lilt forward as he listens to the idle prattle of her exchange with the former king and the other nobles around her; none of it means anything to him, and none of it involves the lions of Wolfbron Bluffs. Deciding that he has had quite his fill of it all, the patchwork man dips his skull towards his pridemates before following suit after Arjana and heading back towards home. Exeunt Seneca

the fight begins and ends with a flourish, and surely something has happened. he has no interest in prides or politics, and could not even tell you what scrap of land they were fighting over. it almost didn't matter — surely all the prides in this land were as unfavorable as the hollows. his attention drifts as the fight ends and the crowd slowly begins to disperse, noting the ways in which they all leave. noting the emergency exits in case of any future emergencies. he is left alone and that is just fine; with a pelt full of dirt, he certainly blends in as one of these greelanders. eventually the male stands up and shakes before departing — heading closer to the sea, blissfully unaware how close it was to the cove.

Soon the challenge would be met and as the fighting commenced, Arjana made a promise to fill them in later. She couldn't exactly argue especially as the growls from the pit soon filled the air, so Namara sat quietly waiting for how things would end. Surprisingly, it would be the pale woman who found victory and with it a new crown. Namara knew little of the other prides, but there was a chance this could affect their own. Hopefully, for them, it would be for the better.

An exchange was held between the two, though with strained ears she hadn't caught much and soon after lions would be leaving the scene in the groups they had arrived in. Today more bloodshed would not be needed, and for that she was grateful. With little reason to linger and her own pridemates on their way out, she too would take her leave with the small pile of herbs she had collected before the challenge. With news of the soon-to-be cubs though, she would be slower to make her way back to the bluffs as she spent some time gathering additional clove that might come in handy later.

Drakon had lost, though he had fought well, and she felt saddened by that. Clearly challenging head-on wasn't the greatest plan. Hence why she so rarely did it herself. Strike from the shadows, with poison coating your claws, and you would surely have an easier time.

"I'm always around," she murmured after Hecuba, watching her trail off after her husband with her little ones in tow. She wished she was actually part of that family to an extent. Sure, she'd never turn her back on her X'uekai heritage, but still...

"Come on big guy," she said to Seraphiel beside her. "I need some help with something."
