Honestly, that very small dark cloud in her brain that seldom came out had told her that this day might never come. That it could end exactly how it had with Ruslan. How they had shared such an intimate connection and then he had left. No word to her on why but she knew enough to know that he wasn't in Amaryllis anymore. The only Rurik that seemed to be hanging in there was Soren and she assumed it was because he was drawn to his new children with Nymeria. While a tempting thought, Talisa did not want children to ever be the reason that someone felt they had to stay but she didn't know Soren well enough yet. Surely his love for her sister ran much deeper than that.

So it was with a lot of emotion that she felt her eyes water and drop down her cheeks at each word he spoke. Finding everything in his face that she ever needed to see and ears ringing every syllable that he spoke. That simple yes was all she had been looking for but he explained even further and those tears just kept coming. Until ultimately, she just full on ran to him and didn't much care for if she ran over any of the herbs they had picked. He wanted her but he also stated that he wanted everything with Morrigan, Cassandra, Ori and Khal. Leading Talisa to believe that he was fully invested in this life of hers that she was creating just as she wanted @Farrow to be just as integral a part of it as the rest of her family.

Without hesitation, she attempted to fling her front half around his mane-filled neck and push her nose into the left side of his face and into that mane. I do, I do, I do! she whisper-shouted, nuzzling into his mane as her tail whipped behind her. Body tingling with the sensation of what a day this was and how she was on the brink of screaming for Morrigan but feeling as though she wanted to be just a little selfish in this moment. The guilt hurt but she knew that in one way or another that her strong woman-wife would understand that this was a big moment for Talisa and one that she wanted to take in with him.

There was a lot of more important details that she wished to address as she had with Morrigan but she didn't want to just yet. This moment wrapped around him was something she wanted to take advantage of for as long as he would allow her to be there. Snuggled up to him like a wrap-around teddy bear.

There she went again, all sorts of emotions spreading across a range of expressions, but this time it did not end so elegantly; rather, tears began to collect in the corner of @Talisa's eyes as he spoke, and Farrow nearly stopped himself multiple times. It was only until she was full blown weeping did he finally stop himself and stare at her with hasty concern. Oh no, I've said something wrong, he wonders, and opens his mouth to apologize, but not before Talisa swiftly launches forward and wraps her arms around his neck. He blinks in surprise, a small oof! exhaling from his lips at the sudden feathery weight of her. I do, I do, I do! she whispers excitedly against his mane, and Farrow's reservations suddenly disappear all at once. He breaks out into a large and almost goofy grin, using one paw to gently place on her back, and the other grounded to keep them stable.

He, too, has many things to say, but he can keep them at bay while he revels in this moment.

Its strange the way he feels; how one moment everything was as it was, and the next it was changed altogether, but the fear Farrow had of suddenly feeling fettered and shackled did not come. He did not suddenly feel obligated to Talisa's every moment, touted along and unable to break free of the same monotony. Rather, he felt as if he could have her and this new life he'd created, something halfway between what he'd had and what he wanted to have. He could adventure beyond the Brook knowing he had a wife (or perhaps eventually, wives) to return to. He chuckled softly, turning to offer a few gracious nips to the corner of her jaw. “You make me so damn happy, Tali,” he breathed, pulling his head away if only so he could see the entirety of her face. The herbs are all but forgotten in that moment, but Farrow cares little. He wants nothing more than to whisk Tali away back to the den, and should Morrigan and the kids be there, shower them all in affection.

If there had been a moment where she had thought about the tears spreading down her cheeks, she might have attempted to suck them back up in there. She would never have wanted him to think that he had said or done something wrong because he was far from that. Instead, Talisa felt like the center of the universe all over again (and to be fair, she constantly felt that way thanks to Morrigan and her children sometimes) when really she continually played it out like they were the center of the universe. After all, her children was magical in more ways than one and she wouldn't hesitate to point that out.

Talisa couldn't get ahead of herself (even if she wanted to) because while they were vague minutes into a mate stage of their newfound relationship, it had been the prospect of kids that had brought her out here. Collecting herbs for the mothers of whatever children were to come. As you make me! she squeaked, taking one last little squeeze around his neck before she reluctantly took a step back. Bright purple eyes twinkling with the stationary tears that did not drop, gazing into his dark but piercing ones. @Farrow she thought, a man that is all mine. At least for this moment anyways.

Tongue slid out around her lips, feeling her heart beat so rapidly in her chest as she regarded him for a longer moment than she had meant to. Knowing with her fiber of her being what she wanted but not knowing how to express it like she wasn't familiar with its beginning, middle or end. I know this isn't really... the best place but .. she paused if only to lift a paw just a little and roll her paw over the dirt and gazing to him sweetly. She didn't want to say it out loud but this was as good a time as any to jump those bones, was it not?!

As they both pulled away, he could see clearly the few tears that had escaped her eyes and the ones that lingered, threatening to fall. He reached a paw upward, attempting to wipe away the few strays on her cheeks while gazing into the still-teary eyed eyes of her. Even still, there was not an ounce of sadness in her, nothing that betrayed the truthfulness of their feelings and their words. Farrow smiled deeply, a warmth filling his chest anew; something he'd not felt before, no matter how many feelings of warmth and tenderness he'd encountered before. He'd almost missed the tiny nuances in @Talisa's movements; the quietness of her voice, the girlish shyness as she dragged her paw across the ground daintily. I know this isn't really... the best place but, she breathes, and Farrow's ears swivel forward, his nose twitching in immediate response to the inclination behind her words.

A boyish excitement stirs within him, but there is something else, too. Something that keeps him from leaping toward her and getting lost in playful antics like he once had with his other one-time flings. Rather, he takes his time, gently leaning down to plant a small kiss upon her forehead, before continuing past her ears, and down her neck. She was right, this wasn't truly the best of places, but Farrow could care less about where he was than who he was with. “Wherever you are is the best place,” he whispers finally, before continuing to shower her with kisses and much, much more.

There was such a tenderness between the two of them that sometimes she felt like she was forgetting to breathe. Chest heaving awkwardly as a solid reminder to take a good sip of air before speaking. The gentle way in which her heart attempted to speed up at the mere thought of tangling herself in his embrace. Especially when he dared to be so forthcoming with wherever you are is the best place. Like DAMN @Farrow, calm down -- you're already getting laid. Talisa wasn't going to back down, though.

There was a full mental and emotional sprint as her body prepared itself for what was to come. A moment that she had never experienced with a male before but somehow she knew she'd be more than alright. That he would be a passionate, patient and kind lover just as Morrigan was. That he would love her all the same and then some because, well, she believed it to be so. So with each kiss filled with splendor and affection it only heightened the experience as she nudged him lightly on his shoulder as they tread down the path to intimacy. Herbs collected, but almost entirely forgotten about in this splendid moment of truth and ecstasy. Love had grown here and she didn't want to let it slip out of reach. fade
