The red lioness seemed to finally relent in her attack, perhaps realizing what little threat the pastel girl presented to herself and the Mire. Bordeaux would remain crouched low to the ground, ears down, tail low. Bordeaux would recoil a few paces as @Astarte kicked sand in her face, telling her to get out of Ecrosia. She would be happy to oblige, but she was needed here still. Instead of leaving completely, she would slink away out of line of sight of the lioness.

She would watch from a secluded place amidst some vegetation for a time, watching @Luther ♔ fight against his brother for the crown of Ecrosia. She was happy that she had since left that pride behind.. that her mother had gone from it as well, what tether the lion had on her now removed. The thought of tending to his injuries left a sick feeling in her stomach, as if touching him may somehow end in renewed entrapment. She would never get the opportunity, as the pale beast was defeated and looking to make a swift retreat. She was both pleased at his failure and saddened for the Band, who no longer stood to benefit from employment with him. Hopefully, all of them would be able to get out unscathed.

Perhaps it was time now for her to leave, but she could not go without her medicine bag. It was not because the herbs were valuable, or that she could not get a new one. The bag was a gift from her mother, the only thing she yet had of her childhood, of a happy memory shared with her beloved mother. Unfortunately, as she carefully went back to collect it, making sure @Astarte didn't see her, another would notice her. She would freeze in place as @Violarum looked in her direction, making a motion of his head. He would seek to steal her out of Andal? She would grip her bag close to her, uncertain of what she should do. Should she attempt to leave? Should she stay and see who might come to prevent it?

Before she could decide, she would hear @Aeistrios's unsettling laughter, enough to make one's skin crawl. He had lost his fight and suffered a horrible maim for it, yet he had only laughed at the outcome. He would turn from his opponent to defend the claim, though not before @Kian had stepped in to defend her as well on behalf of the band. She had worried they might not think of her as one of their own after she had left, however briefly. It pleased her to know they still counted her among the flock.

As he presumed, she was indeed paying attention. Unfortunately it was not complete wariness that bound her here, but an apparent lack of a target. There was a gleam in her eye as she realized his intention and his heart twisted two ways. He loved a fight, but he didn't like not getting his own way. He'd told her to run! "Oh, come ooonnnn!" he growled low and resigned, his ears gluing back even harder in anticipation of a return bite. Which ended up not coming because someone stinking of the Mire @Livyatan came rushing in to help, distracting her by what Aurochs could tell was a hard and deliberate bite to her other arm. She tugged against Aurochs' jaws and the colossal male dropped his grip, but the flare of his nostrils was angry rather than apologetic. Now look what she'd gotten them into.

"Where's the spicy bitches when I want spicy bitches, huh?" This was an unlucky day for him and he was going to make it her problem. He'd already made it her problem by targeting her in the first place but now it was even more her problem. Seeing how she'd focused on the Mire lion to her right, Aurochs tried to bite into the left side of her scruff. He also tried to adjust his hindquarters out of her way, re-establishing his balance and waving his tail. Man had to regain some poise after this incident.

He hadn’t known what it was that he was walking into, or that he wasn’t supposed to be doing it. When the older girl came over to warn him, he could only give a nod of understanding. It was dangerous. The concept was still a bit vague to him, blurry and uncertain, but he knew well enough to realize that he shouldn’t draw attention to himself. As his brothers came, he glanced to them, briefly, but his attention wasn’t fully wrestled away from the conflict until an older brother, and his mother, came to scold them. At @Naril’s sharp reprimand, his ears folded back against his head, feeling confused and a little guilty. Without a word, he turned and began to march back off towards the den, only mildly disappointed he wouldn’t get to see the full conclusion of whatever was going on. -exit-

The chaos unfolds- no, it erupts. She doesn't understand what the cause of all the nonsense is, but she knows in her heart that Aeistrios may not be on the winning side. The Miroslav swallows, heart hammering against her chest, as she weighs the pros and cons of remaining in a pride where her children would not be safe- even if she were to find them with his help. Septima doesn't know if Renfri and his daughter have begun to search and she feels uncomfortable about everything to say the least. Maybe she should make her exit while she still could.. But then a woman is flying towards her and striking her across the face, lacerating her cheek and bringing blood to well at the surface. "Let me go and I will," Septima replies, her voice more heartbroken than anything as she turns to try and flee the lioness' assault. "I don't want to fight you, I just want my daughter!" septima is attempting to escape Rolling 1d10: 10

Bruno sank ivory fangs into the sleek furs of her neck, undeterred by her change in positioning as flesh was flesh. He hoped it hurt. He hoped he had struck out every shimmer of mad glee in the welp's eyes as she had torn into that which was his – that he could strike the event off of the record simply by striking her.

She slashed white-hot agony across his left eye, only the folding bunches of his eyelid saving the fragile organ from being plucked straight out. Bruno angled his head slightly to his left, lunging once more in an attempt to bite at the girl's throat to also try and tear his face free of her claws. He jutted one shoulder forward and attempted to knock it into hers to try and throw her off balance.

As chaos erupted and blood was shed upon the ground, Narsil felt uneasy. This wasn't a war with a clear side of who was fighting who, this was just... pent up hormones that overloaded and were spilling over. This was not something she would draw blood for. Ears pinning back she watched her children leave with Pompeii, and then someone approached (@Karsa). Automatically she became defensive, shoulders rounding and she snarled only to pause at his words. "Make yourself useful by making sure no one follows." she said after a moment studying the teenager, if he was older she would say a more flirtatious line but decided against it. Turning with a final glance to Livyatan who had charged forward, she would move to join her departing children. They would come before any pride. And a blood fued was not worth their lives being altered.

Vesemir winced at the sharp hiss of their mothers tongue, he turned to look up at her almost defaintly before he got distracted at the idea of gifts. It was clear the idea not only enthralled him but @Banazir too! and he turned to watch his brother race off. Then he saw @Nkosi parting and so with a mad dash he raced after his brother attempting a playful nip to his rear end. "'Kozi! hurry!" he encouraged his brother with a quiet little whoop before he tumbled over himself trying to get to the den as fast as possible. What had mother brought them this time!?

lighting up the sky as we burn out

Pompeii spun when he heard his mother snarl, and he felt himself become a shield for his younger brothers. He flexed his smaller form to try and look as big as possible which was kinda hard for him. But while he was ready to launch, Narsil had calmed, and so Pompeii would slowly let his guard down as well. Although a scowl of distrust and dislike crossed his facial features while he turned to urge his siblings forward. Narsil would be able to handle a teenager, and if he got in the way and made things worse then he would be the one to suffer for it. So with a encouraging nudge sent to Vesemir he followed them. He was relieved that they were young enough to obey and listen rather than whine and complain. And with a flick of his mixed color tail he was gone in the bushline with them.

Size difference was never a deterrent for the Tollaire lion, he knew if you bit in the right places then one would eventually succumb to their knees. She twists to face him, and he snarls attempting to lift the paw she is seeking to attempt to slap her across the face with it. Claws out and hooked to slice into any flesh along the way, he grunted as this would leave his wrist exposed. But if the other male could tug her down... then it would go smooth as blood down his throat. Speaking of. His jaws snapped forward trying to seize the top part of her ear, attempting a grip upon so he could shake his head violently. Shoulders rolled and his body kept aligned as best he could with three limbs, his eyes narrowed while his ears were pinned back in his mane.

He'd rather see what blood they drew, too, but he had to settle for focusing on his own feats first. His lashing paw struck the woman (Ciara) and sharp talons drew away some blood from her. He smirks in obvious triumph, excitement twinkling in his gaze - that was until she smacked out at his hip and pushed him off his balance. A growl, and Refieron attempts to launch himself at her now, feeling angered that she had been able to knock him away from his first target - how dare she!
