The pair of pigs didn't measure up to the strength of multiple felines coming at them and once the cats had split up to take on the pigs individually, it seemed it took little time at all to find victory. With their mouths and claws bloody from their attacks and the pigs settled onto the ground with no breath left to them, Zelda began to inch her way from the neutral event. Pleased to have assisted in the art of a good hunt but otherwise not so interested in getting herself socially involved at this time. Best she simply carry out and do what she does best and let everyone figure shit out for themselves. exit zelda

Quitting is not an option

Pigs were hardly much of a challenge, of course, that did not mean a hunter could be unfocused. They still had tusks, even if they were small, and hoofs and teeth. Unfortunately for Fenna, the appearance of another hunter, the short glimpse she got of a seemingly familiar pelt distracted her. The shrill cry of the pig barreling towards her draws her attention and she leaps to get out of its way crashing into some smaller bushes and tumbling for a moment before regaining her footing and snarling looking after the blasted pig.

She was unharmed, in body at least... her ego a bit bruised she sets after the pig. The lioness digs her claws into the dirt sprinting to catch up with the lions following the pig. Her lungs burn when she stretches out a paw trying to hook the animal's legs to tumble it. When the kill was made the huntress huffes looking at those who were around her before tearing free a chunk of meat and wandering off suddenly not in a mood for chatter and starting to cool in her wet fur. She'd bring food home and then find somewhere dry to dry off and nap.

Two bush pigs had popped up right in front of her and as she knelt her body to the ground, rushing her claws against the ground beneath her as a means to prepare, her heart pounded. Excitement growing in her stomach as she sharpened her claws and ground them, before thrusting herself forward on her cue to leap. Back legs doing a majority of the work as she threw herself upwards towards one of the pigs and collapsed on top of it. Claws sinking deep into the beast as she stayed latched, jaw launching itself into the creature's shoulder as a means to debilitate its movements. Until it thrashed underneath her no more as they collided to the ground.

Pleased with herself she took a step back towards the beast and effortlessly took the chunk out of the pig that she had already worked out by its shoulder. Licking up whatever was left upon her muzzle and chin before giving a nod to those gathered -- it was all theirs -- before taking her leave. A snack for her volunteer job but the rest was theirs to conquer, eat or store. exit ember

@Nephthys' voice hits his ears and the cowboy couldn't help but let out a low chuckle. "What can I say," he would begin in his usual drawl, golden eyes shiftin' to now glance over at the maroon woman, "I like to surround myself with beauty." A bit of harmless flirtin' was somethin' Lucien hadn't taken apart of in quite a while that he was subtly surprised at how easy it was for him to slip back into the act. As others arrived, he would take note in how the majority of them were ones that had helped in his recent hunts, and would give a nod of general greetin' to them all before he became focused on their prey.

He watched as the puh pigs moseyed on nearby, and with a slight roll of his eyes he would settle into gettin' ready to pounce. He knew these swine wasn't goin' to be a fillin' meal like his other hunts, but it was food nonetheless. So when it was time, the dun man would spring into action and help take down one of the two pigs. Once it was all said and done he would take a bite for himself, not wantin' to be greedy, before givin' the red woman a playful wink and then departin'.

Crimson eyes catch sight of the two bush pigs as they hoofed it into view, whiskers twitching in anticipation of the hunt. Her hind rocks back and forth steadily a few times, readying herself to spring into action, and once it was time to act she would barrel right toward one of them. The earthen woman would throw herself on top of one, jaws latching onto the nape of its neck and limbs trying to wrap around it. In the end, it was brought down and killed swiftly, and as she released herself from the body Artemisia would give herself a good shake before letting out a soft satisfied purr. Hungry jaws then snap into a part of it, eating a couple big mouthfuls before taking her leave to find somewhere dry to settle down in.

Bush pigs don't exactly stack up to be that great of a challenge when faced with so many hungry felines, though Mircea doesn't feel particularly inclined to complain. Their distressed squeals are all but lost to him beneath the rush of his pounding pulse and the snarl that vibrates through him as he surges forward to overwhelm one of the pigs with his greater strength, working in tandem with the other hunters who flow around him.

His claws scrape against wet stone once more when he finally backs off from the kill, leaving pale marks in their wake from the force he's still reigning in. The hunt is over, and it seems fair enough for him to snap a few mouthfuls out of the pig's plump belly before he finally turns to take his leave. He paused for a brief moment, before deciding to tear away more meat to carry.

Seeing as he already planned to push his stamina on the journey back, a little extra weight could hardly hurt. And so, he carefully hops his way down from the water-slicked cliffs, leaving the sound of the falls behind amidst the patter of the rain.
