Madness. Perhaps that was the word for what had begun to happen within the little stars mind. It started with obsession, then voices, a craving for violence.... And now, she simply felt unrestrained. The mauve lioness saw no problem with the crumbling interior of her sanity, especially as she stood at the edge of the ocean and watches it pull itself to the shore and back. She felt angry, looking at it, for some reason.

An odd sense of rage building pressure within her chest as she observed with crimson eyes. Make something bleed. the voice whispered, a red capped ear flicking in response like a mosquito flee too close. Silently, she would nod, turning to look down the beach for a possible victim. Here, she would make art.

Stretch and yawn. Every muscle moved within his body as he woke up from a little cat nap. His muscles in his front leg were still aching and tender from where Vermier damaged them during their big fight. Purple gaze glanced around as he left the Cove's borders slowly into the Shore. He walked along the edges of the water, feeling the cool liquid lap up between his toes as the tide water ebbed in and out. The Cove lion continued his trek before off in the distance, he saw a figure. Flicking back his ears, Keligan slipped his claws out of their sheaths as he walked. Ever since the challenge, he was on edge for any potential intruders getting too close to the borders of the Cove.

Crimson gaze scanned the shoreline, a dark figure approaching in the distance, the figure of the larger merle male coming better into view as Lunaire made her way to close more of the gap. She noted his extended claws, cautious demeanor. The healings wounds across his form. Perhaps this man was well versed in the art of making thinks bleed.

You look like you were torn to pieces, and yet you're still alive. She said cheerily, a bright smile on her maw. Can you teach me how to be so durable? Her question, though strange, held no air of mockery- rather her twisted mind truly wanted to know how she could bleed so much blood and live.

The scent that wafted off of the stranger indicated friend, not foe. As a Cove member, he knew exactly who their allies were and weren't. Flicking his ears, the Gaia lion looked at the stranger as she approached. The first comment that came out of her mouth made him raise a brow before a question was asked. You ask of such a request and yet, you know nothing of me. Smirking, his pinned his ears backwards against his skull, hidden within his full mane. Periwinkle gaze stayed on the lioness as his claws flexed within the sands beneath his paws, the water splashes against them as he stood there.

The blue beast towered over the smaller lioness, a smirk finding it's place upon his maw, the gentle sound of sand shifting beneath them and the ocean lapping their feet a hymn that buzzed one the air. He claimed she knew nothing of him, and it was true- but perhaps monsters were capable of simply..... Sensing their own. Am I wrong? She would ask, her voice sweet as artificial sugar. Are you not capable of teaching me to endure so I can stand long enough to bring my enemies to the ground with me? It was bold of the pink hued woman, and she knew this, and yet she spoke with little fear for what might happen. She did not fear death, nor injury. She did not even fear the prospect of gods.

The pink lioness was indeed bold as she stood there with Keligan. The waves continued to ebb and flow against their paws as he listened to her speak. Laughing, more flashes of his fangs showed. I could teach you, if you truly want to learn. Narrowing his eyelids, periwinkle gaze stayed on the lioness's form. Our enemies lie to the North, we have some of the same. If you truly wish to learn, I will teach you. The smirk returned to his lips as he readied his stance. Ears pinned back against his skull, hidden within his full, thick mane. His longer than normal claws fully extended out to show their true lengths as the sand shifted underneath him. The key to fighting on sand is to anticipate it. Keep light. Spreading his toes to help steady his mass, he aligned his neck with his spine and agape his jaw to protect his throat.

Lunaire had already taken a liking to this man, to an extent. He tolerated her madness driven boldness, her desire to rip into flesh. And he even was agreeing to teach her to better herself. She grinned excitedly as he spoke of telling her what he knew, his form shifting from one of leisure to defense.

Crimson gaze studied his movements, watched as he flattened his ears, extended his claws and carefully held himself above the shifting sand. Pink paws would move to attempt and copy his stance, taking a deep breath before a crooked grin appeared on her face.

Luna waited only a few moments after Keligan prepared himself to launch forward, her paws somewhat sliding as she leapt at him with claws outstretched, aiming to attempt and grapple against each side of his shoulders.

After he got himself ready, he kept his ears lowered and eyelids narrowed as she launched towards him. Keligan was ready as he front legs went up to try and grapple his shoulders. Lifting his own front legs, he countered as he ATTEMPTED to smack her in the face. His claws were extended but not fully as he didn't want to maim her by striking too hard. But if he connected, it would cause a nice sting. His body pushed himself forward to hopefully stagger her balance in the sand as he tried to keep his own balanced. He was merely teaching her, not trying to take a chunk of her flesh.

Lunaire would barely have to opportunity to connect her claws with his larger form when his larger paw would meet with the side of her face with harsh precision, her feet slipping against the sand and within an instant her pink body thudding against the beach below, ocean water wetting her body. She grunted, blinking in surprise as she staggered to her feet and grinned at the male. Oh wow, I wasn't prepared for that at all! She laughed. I have a lot to learn, I guess. She said, still blinking and shaking her head a bit to clear the dull thundering that still pulsed within her skull.
