Grunting with effort the lion was pushing a hollowed log into postion. Shaking his head a bit he moved to carefully place a rock on either side of the rock, so it wouldn't move. Standing back with a smile to appreciate the work he had done. In a small clearing shielded by the cold winds through some foilage he had dragged in position. It was a good place for cubs to play, centre of the territory and safe from any brutal winds.

In the middle was the hollow log, plus some small sticks set up nearby, while there were little pebbles on the ground. At the end of the log were four little half coconut shells. a soft chuckle was made while he laid down before chuffing for his nephews and nieces to come play a game!

Wha' do? The crimson lioness manifested nearby at the sound of some calls for a game. She was better now on her chubby legs as she strode toward @Bronx with curiosity in her teal gaze as she looked at what the lion had created. 'his? A struggle with the T sound makes her voice breathless, though she would say that the trip over here made her heart beat quickly. Cordi didn't say anything, but she felt kind of light-headed already. It was a feeling she ignored as her rump came to sit upon the cold ground instead as an effort to pay attention.

The winter child did not mind the cold too terribly; she hardly felt it. In fact, she spent most of her days curled up lazily with her parents or siblings or both, tucked and snuggled against bodies that were made warm by each other’s presence. But, as she was growing, she found that for all these days were lovely and comfortable, they could also be quite boring. Not boring enough for her to toddle out on her own accord, away from the sanctuary of her family’s loving protection, but enough to when her uncles summons infiltrated the cozy air of the den, she stirred with excitement.

Hadriana was only a few steps behind her crimson sister (she had gotten tangled in arms and legs in her haste to answer and was therefore delayed), and she trotted up behind Cordi with her head raised and tail lifted like a flag of excitement. “Toys?” Her pale silver-blue eyes resting on the sticks that littered the ground, her mind only just now making sense of the bigger picture. “We play games!” She said suddenly and with great enthusiasm, before she would attempt to bump her shoulder into Cordi, a keen smile on her expression – she could not fathom why her sister was sitting so peacefully when there were games to be played!

Stretched out snoring loudly he hadnt a care in the world until he felt Cordi and Hadriana leave the den. Wait, it was colder now... Where did they go? Then he heard Uncle Bronx's call for them and he rolled to his feet with a heavy groan. But ... naptime! Sighing he decided to follow his sisters out and when he arrived he moved to nuzzle @Cordi with a happy chirp. Unca Bronx... we play with toys?" he asked with a eager grin on his maw. Moving over to Hadriana's side to lightly nudge her side with his nose. This was going to be fun!! "speech"

Bronx was protective of his nephews and nieces but especially of little Cordi, she seemed... unwell. Maybe it was just the cold? But when she appeared beside him he would move to gently lick at the top of her head, he wanted to scoop her up and cuddle her but felt she might not enjoy that. Before he could answer Hadriana was on the scene quickly followed by their brother Elysian. Bronx laughed gently and nodded his head. "Yes, it is a game!"" he agreed with them. Moving to the pebbles he would smile, "It is a race! You will each pick up a pebble and race through the log. And first one to put their pebble in the shell," he had moved over now to the shells so they knew where to go. "Wins and gets a prize!" he winked at them. Bronx had prizes for them all because he didn't think it fair to just give one cub a prize. Where was the fun in that!?
