The Ventura Family
Sic Gorgiamus Allos Subjectatos Nunc
Just in time for spooky season, I bring you a creepy family of adopts :3
Definite Addams Family vibes here. A love of dark and weird things, appreciation for death and danger, generally seen as super weird, but they're a very close-knit, loving, and supportive bunch. They tend to see conventionally "normal" lions as the weird ones and don't really understand why anyone sees them as strange or scary.
They value personal freedoms, independence, and loyalty, and will band together against any that try to harm one of their own, or turn them against each other. A united front who will solve problems and disputes internally once the outside threat is gone. Family comes before all (whether born, adopted, or married in makes no difference).
They hail from a burnt-out forest devastated by wildfire long before their arrival in the area, with the great-grandparents on the Ventura side settling and making the place a home. Over the years, it has slowly recovered, to the point new growth has finally reached every corner of the place. The family, of course, deemed this unacceptable and split off in various directions with the intent of finding a new place to settle. Something without too much greenery or sunlight. Which brings @Gomez to Amaryllis.
It's a huge family.
Gomez is currently the youngest out of 13 siblings.
Up for adoption are:

Names and genders are wide open, but they would favor more gothic, creepy, or weird names
Gomez's parents would have taught their children French (the mother), Spanish (the father), and Common - they might have a subtle accent like Gomez does, they might not.
Genetics favors dark pelt and marking colors, with the occasional contrast of much brighter manes and eyes.
They are also perfectly happy and willing to take in orphans and raise them as their own, so designs don't have to strictly follow those guidelines. They'd be considered fully family with no distinction between adopted cubs and blood-related (they're all blood, in the family opinion).
Adopting!
Gimme a name, personality, and design. Also please let me know which one you're apping for (like, litter 1, cub 2, or whatever)
