She might now live within the heart of a desert, along similar aligned lions to protect her. But she could never be too far away from the ocean, always she will come to pay a visit. To contemplate the waves that some days ago had embraced her, allowing her to see and feel Vellen, and here she was. Alive and all well. She survived, made Vellen proud! She did have some minor unwellness still but nothing life threatening. She knew coming here, leaving the safety of the Oasis might be dangerous but she couldn't help it, she just needed to come here from time to time.

She smiles as she lets the waves crash against her toes, as she remained at the shore.

Her body was covered in healing wounds and she knew that as much as it would suck the ocean would help to soothe her wounds some. With Echo gone, she was back to tending to her own wounds. It had been nice having someone else to tend to them and she hoped that wherever it was that Echo went, she was well. Amara didn't think she would miss the spotty lioness but she did. Moving with a limp she didn't notice the red yearling off to the side as she slowly moved into the waters. As the water washed up over her wounds and she let out a groan of pain as the salt stung her body. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck.

A deep breath filled her lungs with the salty winds and nostalgic scents. Scents from home...she was born right before the sea. And all of that was far long gone, lost. And she did missed those times, when she was a young cub enjoyed life, having fun with those she called family, her siblings and parents. Now, here she was. Alone and everyone scattered across Amaryliss. Someone even gone. A heavy sight left her nostrils, feeling sad. But there is when the sound of rushing paws brought her back, back to the present. A woman had just tossed herself into the waters. Between the waves. At first she couldn't tell who it was, but as her eyes locked into the woman's shape, she kinda looked familiar but maybe she was confused.

The woman was covered in wounds, bad ones. There she didn't wonder what she came like she did. The salt from the ocean could help with the infections and stop the bleeding. She knew that aswell. Even though she didn't do it, it stung like hell. She approached cautiously. "Need help?" She might wasn't a healer per say, but she knew a bit about plants.

The pain from her wounds rolled through her body over and over again as the waves washed around her. It almost felt like the claws and teeth were once again slicing into her but she knew that if she could get through the pain that her chances of healing were better. A voice rose above the waves and Amara looked toward the shore to see a red lioness there. She couldn't make out who she was from where she was but the offer for help was a tempting one. Know anything about healing wounds? She called back. Her question was meant to make sure the lioness knew that she didn't need help in the water but also to see if it was even worth leaving the water to go out to her. If the lioness couldn't heal her wounds the water around her would do more good but if the lioness could heal her wounds, that might be worth leaving the salt water for.

The woman looked...bad. Not in her appearance, no, more so in how beaten she looked. "Oh damn," She muttered, wondering how she had gotten in such state. A fight seemed like a good idea but she had no way to know. Asking felt very tempting...but she didnt know this woman, and that meant she couldnt know if this lioness liked to be asked things like this. "I am not a healer, but I know about plants." Mostly poisonous ones, but she wasnt ignorant of those who had the opposite uses. "What you are doing, it's what I would do with my wounds. When my leg got broken by someone older than me I remained in the ocean. But maybe I can look at your wounds?" She wouldn't see it rare if the woman denied her help, they were strangers.

Amara wasn't keen on others helping her, it went against everything she knew. To be in the debt of another could get her killed. Still, she knew that unless she could get her wounds tended to, she would have far more issues to deal with. The red lioness's answer wasn't the best but it was something. Even as it was agreed that the salt water was best, Amara moved to pull herself from it. The sting from the waters had stopped and she didn't see a reason to remain beyond that. If it no longer hurt, it was no longer doing any good, right? She walked on to the beach a few yards away from the stranger and shook the water from her pelt before she turned her full attention to her. Why did someone break your leg? She had seen it before, it wasn't a kind way to attack someone so what had the red lioness done to have such a thing done to her? A broken leg could kill a lioness if she didn't have a pride to lean on and from where she was she couldn't pick up on any pride scents, only the salty sea air around them.

"Because she's weak enough to target someone younger than her " It was a bit too anger charged but she was in her whole right. She simply didn't like to forget those who wronged her. "I did try to leave her a mark though. But well, if I see her again i will repay her. That's certain!" And she was reaching adulthood, that meant she would be stronger. Harder to dominate.

"Soo, who did you anger to make of you such a mess?" She returned the question, not knowing she was talking to one of the many enemies her family had. The salty waters unabled her to know via scent. "I'm Frigga. Who are you?" Giving false names was never a bad thing given the fact everyone seemed to want their family dead. Beside it might shield her true identity a bit.

Amara was one that liked to keep things balanced in fights as much as possible but that wasn't always the case. Sometimes younger lions needed lessons to be taught and the only way to do it was with an adult. Amara looked her over for a long moment as the red lioness declared her desire to attack the one who had attacked her again. There was something to be said for wanting to get revenge.

Everyone is would seem. I and my family are labeled as an enemy by a lot here even though we have done nothing but disagree. She gave a sharp shrug with her shoulders. She would never fully understand how things got to where they were but she also wasn't about to stop what was happening. She would plow forward until her family was all that was left standing. She wouldn't give in. The red lioness gave her name and unlike her, Amara didn't shy away from who she was. The high sovereign didn't have the ability to hide behind a new name, her markings would always be a reason for her to stand out. Amara. She glanced around. Do you live on the shore? Maybe she could bring her back to the Bluffs. They could use anyone that had some idea about healing.
