For my knowledge and others:
Talisa is standing with Morrigan, Aquila, Valkravn and Keir; keeping themselves prepared and fortified together.
A mixed set of emotions traveled through every nerve in her body as she tried to settle on just one. Ultimately ending on fear that also gave her the strength to hold steady and fast at her mate's side. Resting her gaze on her eldest daughter's face at every opportunity possible so that she knew that both her mothers were here for her. @Saga was the first to approach and as Talisa turned her head to look at the woman, found her whole body startled at the sight of what was not one missing eye but two this time. What had the woman gotten herself into? Saga was still Saga though and without skipping a beat mentioned that she was here to destroy them. But, with what eye would she destroy them with?
The fact that the Sigrun woman was more than positive that she may not come out of this was scary to Talisa. She being a lioness who had never thought to take anyone out but she also wasn't someone to stand in the way, either. She knew what it took to protect family and her new leaf had been a long time coming so she was happy to see the woman stand up and squash whoever she needed. Though, it certainly hurt to hear the gray woman tell them to find her children should she not come back from this. Of course. Talisa was many things but first and foremost, she was a mother to many and that many did not have a max. If they would let her, she would help them.
@Aquila, of course, came next and settled himself nearby with a lot of deep sounds. Surely addressing his displeasure in this but fully prepared to do what was necessary for not just Vermeda but for their closest allies. No sooner had her cousin come to them did someone approach Saga from the other side and attack. Talisa swiftly pivoting her body as if to defend herself and instinctively exposed her teeth in preparation. The fight breaking out forcing them to shift her and Morrigan's positioning ever so slightly. To follow came another's attack upon @Myrkvi to which she felt distaste for given that Myrkvi might as well be her son now. With his deeplove connection to Cassandra, he was family through and through so again they pivoted because watching was all that they could do at this point.
Then another, this time going straight for her cousin, leaving both Talisa and Morrigan hanging there by themselves for the time being. All of their comrades having been picked off for a fight one by one while they stood together like they always did. With all the slight movements they had had to make it left them in the middle of it all but @Valkravn soon came to their side with a pep talk that Talisa did not realize she had needed. While she had been confident and excited by her victory of her first fight a few days ago, she could not say with full certainty that she was ready. Could not give a confident look to her friend and know that she could do all that they could so she ended up giving her a nod of her head. Firm, but there was concern written in her eyes that today would be one for the history lessons.
Another lion which she wasn't all too familiar with came to stand near (@Keir) but it was clear that he was there to support them and not to push them down. He stood beside the trio of ladies just as prepared to take on anything that came at them.
