The abilities for pride ranks have been adjusted so that only the High Sovereign and Sovereign can kick/remove members out of the pride.
In addition, for characters who are attempting to escape a pride, it must be done in an independent thread in the pride territory. The purpose of the thread must be for said character to escape the pride that they are currently in - it cannot be done in other threads or pride challenges.
- If your character is in a pride that gets overthrown, they can try to escape after the challenge results have been posted in a separate thread.
- The Sr.Staff team apologizes for the discrepancy in this information. After discussing this further, we feel as though it puts the challenger at a disadvantage, since they are supposed to be inheriting the pride members if they win the challenge, and cannot counter the escape attempt themselves.
- We also hope it will protect the members trying to escape by making timelines and involved parties more clear.
After the changes that were made to the Trigger Warning system, and the new limitations placed on some of our permitted content, we have decided to modify the site’s RPG rating.
We were previously listed as a 3-2-3.
Amaryllis’ rating is now 3-2-2.

Everyone please give a big congratulations to our newest member of the Sr. Staff team, @Rhaps! We will be training her over the upcoming weeks, so please be patient as we work through all the new things and get her up-to-speed. We are so excited to have her, and know that she will do amazing in this new role!

<b>What excites you the most about being on staff?:</b>Trades are an important mechanism to life on Amaryllis, and we want to give everyone the chance to get in on some extra opportunities to earn it! And so, we introduce to you the trade experience fundraiser! This will be an ongoing OOC event where you, the members, can donate petals in order to unlock site-wide double experience boosts.
How It Will Work:
- @Pesa is Amaryllis' Sprite of Experience, and will be the go-to account for fundraising. All petals for the purpose of the fundraiser must be sent to @Pesa in order to count.
- All info about the goal and dates will be located in the “miscellaneous” section of Pesa’s profile, in addition to this thread
- At the start of each fundraiser, the Staff team will set a target petal amount based on the amount of active members on-site. Members can then start donations to Pesa's account to reach this target.
- Donations can come from your OOC or IC accounts!
- There is no minimum or maximum amount for a donation.
- There is no set time frame — the boost will be activated as soon as the petal goal is reached.
- Once this amount has been reached, an announcement will be made commencing the start of the site-wide double exp period.
- Once activated, the site-wide boost will last for 30 days.
- Threads must be started and finished within the 30 days to qualify for the double exp. No exceptions.
- Trade boosts purchased from the Shop do not stack with the site-wide event.

As you know, @Nafasi is Amaryllis' recent trouble-maker and @Pesa is our new accountant! But, neither of them have an official appearance, so we would like to open up the floor to our talented community to help us make and decide on their designs!
Design Guidelines:
- Must fall within the site’s character creation guidelines.
- Nafasi’s pelt can be any colour other than pink, and she is female.
- We would like to ask for Pesa’s pelt to be chartreux, and he is male.
- Both their sizes are set as extra-small.
- Everything else is 100% free-form!
- Each member can submit up to 3 separate designs.

Prizes and Winners:
- Anyone who enters a design will automatically be awarded 30 petals per design.
- Once the submissions have closed, Staff will go over all the designs and vote on which ones they like best before announcing the final designs.

- The design will also be featured in the guidebook and in @Nafasi and @Pesa's profiles, with full credit to the designer.
