Blood seeps into her mouth as their jaws clash, her claws meeting their mark and tearing through flesh. The foolish girl steps back, yielding the match but unmoving from her spot. The bearish mother-to-be spits hair and blood to the side, her face twisted by a threatening snarl and painted red. The warning of retribution in the face of some godforsaken family meant nothing to the warmongering Rike. I'd scurry off to look for the weak whelp if I was you, she spat again, panting heavily. Loiter around a bit more and you'll find only remains. Either way, she remained vigilant in her wariness, tasting the air for any other scents. Contrary to what Erna said, she was worried about drawing anymore attention to herself, only because it won't bide well with the Jarl.

Alizabeth hadn't planned on being out here. The familiar scent of Ragna had drawn her in, however, and so had the sound of fighting. Ears danced atop her skull as those vibrant magenta eyes cast a sidelong glance to the encroaching mist. It was heavily avoided as she approached the sound of fighting. A familiar face instantly draws her attention and a slow, devious smile curves her dark and torn lips. The fight is over as she arrives, but that doesn't stop her from calling out with a throaty chuckle, "Picking on kids again, huh, smiles?" While her tones are of clear amusement, there is an underlying thread in the way she says it. Teeth glisten as they flash at the dark woman briefly, moving to stand directly across from her. The Scilla Sovereign is unaware that Ragna is hiding nearby, only that she had smelled the young lioness previously. Shoulders roll forward in one smooth motion, "Wanna fucking go?" A wildness enters her eyes, talons gripping the earth. If only she'd arrived sooner. @Erna coulda picked on someone her own size.

Interesting all turned quite interesting for the Sigrun who was hard to impress. But this impression wasn't good. All ended and the way the bobbed tailed woman spoke felt quite familiar. But she didn't dare to drive herself into guesses or assumptions. She wasn't sure and so she wasn't going to do anything beyond that. She heard, closely.

'You’ve made whatever psychotic-bitch point you were trying to make.' Eyes narrowed, but yet not doing anything unless more clues could come. But there is when @Alizabeth the new sovereign of her home approaches hue scene. Picking on kids again, huh, smiles? well she wasn't going to sit there still, she needed to learn more.

She rose from her hiding spot. "What do you mean Aliza? About "picking on kids?" Do you know her?" She asked with all the interest over the clouds. @Erna turned to be the center of it. But first, the kid who just got beaten. She walked towards @Kaze. "Please do tell me what happened?" She needed to know.

The air brought in another scent. A wretched scent. Erna snarled toeards the curtain of mist. You think you can fool me? Get the fuck out. She growled, her anger twisting her features. Even she knew this was becoming a mess.

Then, as one shape appeared, so did another. The scent of Scilla was overbearing, but the face was already familiar. Her blood boiled, her muscles screaming for revenge. You call these kids? she growled. They were adults in her books. Rike yearlings are full-fledged soldiers by that age. Those lions before her were a sorry excuse for their kind.

But before she could spring in action, the chimeran Scillan approached the grey yearling, asking for information. Chimeran. Was this a coincidence? The face of Saga flashes before her eyes, pain shooting up her mangled right limb. She couldnt know for sure, but this cannot escalate further. She cannot have these rats learning anything else - if the Sigrun don't seek revenge, Odhgrimm certainly will for disobeying orders.

And so she sprang in action again. This time she went straight for @Ragna. Not only was she hiding, but she waltzed put and made the mistake of sticking her nose where she wasn't suppoused to. And her face... no, perhaps a coincidence.

Better safe than sorry.

She reached Ragna and attempted to sink her teeth into the base of her tail, while her right leg attempted to sink into her right haunch and grip tight. It was a foolish action, for she knew that the white pelted bitch won't sit by idle. She prepared for any other attacks from the side, overconfident she can take two or three if need be.

A tension wrought into her features as Erna spoke, and under her beath and through clenched teeth she whispered: She’s not weak. It was a reckless thought that couldn’t help itself. Defending Fang’s honor when she wasn’t there to do it herself. Truthfully, the girl had been sweet – by all means, yes – but it took a lot of courage to be that way. More than Kaze had. Either that or...it took a lot of naivety. Kaze was wise enough to know it could be both; Fang was both naïve and brave. And she was probably a bit hurt, scared, and waiting for Kaze to find where she had landed.

Just then, another voice cracked into the mist and Kaze flinched, reminded of the blood that streamed down her eye, and the pain that throbbed there.Smiles That was perhaps the least accurate name ever, and maybe that was why the scarred woman used it. Kaze considered the newcomer for a moment, skeptical and vigilant. The two of the adults exchanged verbal jabs, and then a third voice appeared from the pale around them. What the hell is going on here? Kaze felt every fiber of her being stand on end, as reality unfurled into her face – she was surrounded by strange forces whose ways she knew nothing of. Ragna spoke directly to her, at which point Kaze’s bloodied facial features flinched yet again. What does it look like happened? She attacked my friend, blind-sided her. I don’t know why. She answered, her eyes shifting back and forth between the others that closed in. Unconsciously she took a couple of steps back, the mist swirling at her feet. I...I have to find her. She rasped, angling herself so her injured side faced away from the strangers.

It was all a bit much, and rolling with the punches did nothing to dissuade the rising anxiety that clot in her system like the myst which coagulated around them all. Erna, never disappointing the gods of war, seemed to surge through the mist once more – and Kaze jumped out of the way, responding on pure instinct. It seemed she was aimed at Ragna, but Kaze had no way of knowing that. As her paws found the ground again, she kept moving, glancing over her shoulder with her un-injured eye to make sure Erna wasn’t hot on her heels. Still reeling from the fight, and from the drama that seemed to swarm around her, she slung her voice into the thick haze, hoping to hit something. Fang! Where are you? She called out, pausing for a moment, her chest heaving. She tried to figure out her bearings, where Fang had perhaps been flung. But the mist had moved everything around, at least that’s how it seemed in her mind.

She inhaled, trying to detect any trace of her friend’s presence. There was a trace, but it seemed to get drowned out, or cut short. C’mon, Teeth, we got to get out of here. She murmured to herself, desperate. Where was she? Did she already run home? Somewhere within Kaze, she knew the answer. And a dread opened up once more, a yawning crevice in her gut that howled at her to accept that something evil was happening.

As she pushed forward again, she abruptly ran into something. Her jaws clicked together as she hit it, and she jumped back on her hind legs with a frenzied readiness. As he threw her good eye in front of her, all she could see was a thick, wet wall of mist. She paused, and then stepped forward, lifting a paw at the region where she’d felt herself collide with another dimension. Solid. She lifted her other paw, and all at once she stood on her hind legs and outstretched herself against the wall, trying to find some edge to it. Fang?! She snarled, knocking her paws against the sturdy force blocking her way. Jumping back from it, she craned her head back and tried to see the sky. Nothing but ghostly light streamed down, bent by the light of the otherworldly mist. This wasn’t natural.

The sound of fighting reached her ears, and she glanced behind her quickly, before looking back at the space in front of her with a renewed sense of determination in hopelessness. Her brow furrowed, her lips curled, and she lunged forward with her head bowed to head-butt the solidified sheet of white. Give. Her. BACK! Over and over she head-butted it, until a wooziness crept in. Either from blood-loss or overstimulation. She faltered where she stood, shaking her head. A growl in her throat, she picked frantically through her mind to figure out her next move. The Oasis.

Without knowing exactly which direction to turn, Kaze started off, hoping to leave the strangers behind, outrun the mist, and find the innocent girl who had somehow flipped her world as she knew it.

SLEUTH: +5 Gather useful information on a enemy lion or pride This was very fucked up and the woman wasn't about to leave without information, she wanted all she could gather. Her family would wish to know. After finding one of their cubs lifeless, from a Rike. And if this lioness resulted to be one(yet to know) she would be face to face with a monster, a youth killer. Lips of ash pulled upwards, revealing her sharp canines, ready to bring punishment to this psychopath bitch. She like her mother was ready to put this woman on her place like her.mother already did with two other bastards. She was quick to be attacked by the Rike when the bobbed tailed lioness went to her rear and attempt to bite on her hip. Quickly she turned to the opposite side Erna was bitting, aiming face the bitch as fast as she could hoping to not be hit by those claws. With her move she rose her left paw, claws unsheltered she attempted to swipe it hard against the woman's face, by the forehead and hopefully parts of the eyes or whenever she was able to bring the most pain. Simultaneously she attempted to bite on @Erna's face, aiming for the paw that was on her haunch, as hard as her jaws would allow her to bite. She attacked my friend, blind-sided her. I don’t know why. that was all she needed to know. The other young lionesses was over there hitting the wall of Mist and while Alizabeth would normally be very concerned, she currently had a pissed off Erna facing her - so her focused had to be elsewhere.

She was ready. Ready to fight, and take and beat the shit out of this bitch again. The woman couldn't help but notice her bulging stomach, however, and made a mental note not to fuck with her belly. Face was free reign though, right? She'd be more sluggish. Lionesses did this type of shit all the time while pregnant. Hunt, fight, run. It was in the goddamn job description, being badass. Except Erna didn't count because she was a bitch. Ears press back, her muscles tense, she sees the other tense as well - as if getting ready for a fight and then OH FUCKING HELL...

Ragna appeared, asking questions. She's too surprised to answer at first and before she can, Erna is on the girl like white on rice. Brows furrow, debating intently on whether or not to jump in. Didn't seem right to double team a pregnant lady. So she sat, but decided to answer those questions in hearing distance of Ragna's daughter. "That's a Rike bitch. Alaric's little piece on the side, next to me. Watch out though! Think she's got some whelps in her belly!" She called out in warning, her little snide remark about sleeping with Alaric - well, she was unable to resist.

The grey-pelted opponent shifted to face her, and Erna's teeth sank into the passing-by flesh (assuming this happened, since there was no mention of taking the attack in Ragna's post), but failing to maintain any sort of grip. Her jaws retracted, her tongue tasting the droplets of iron. Her right paw landed on its mark and returned promptly to the wasteland floor.

Unfortunately, Ragna's teeth pierced the sparse flesh of her wrist, (also assuming Ragna aimed for the paw, since there was slight confusion in her response) but didn't secure a grip due to the limb's movement. Talons flew for Erna's face, and the bearish Rike attempted to cock her skull to the side, in an effort to avoid any damage to her eyes, and instead of having the opponent's teeth graze her brow. Blood oozed down her eye, and just as she was about to make another attempt, pain struck her.

But this time it wasn't pain inflicted by her chimeran opponent. No, this pain struck like lightning, traveling from her abdomen and shaking Erna to her core. She gasped for air, freezing in her sot, er spine curling as she bent to the will of her unborn children. She had pushed it too far, and yet she didn't want to stop. Albeit every inch of her heavy body screamed in agony, her furious violet gaze looked up at @Ragna, her paw and unsheathed claws reaching out shakily to attempt a swipe, but landing on nothing but air.

Erna groaned like a shot beast. No! Move! her mind screeched orders, but her body, her children ( those useless, heavy lumps of flesh and bone inside her ), wouldn't allow her. She had no strength to fight left, and she realized that Alaric will literally kill her if she lost his important heir. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck. In her crazed and pained state, she managed to rise to her feet and use the mist to her advantage to make a quick exit.
