Of course, he'd noticed the scent along their border lately. The sweet, yet metallic scent of the cove queen. Or former cove queen, the monster had not failed to notice the distinct lack of seawater clinging to the trail she so carefully left for him to find. He had questions, but none were so important he'd bother to track her down, not yet.

Perhaps he should be asking questions, as her husband-to-be, and the son of her closest ally. The fact that the cove likely had fallen into the hands of an enemy was no laughing matter but the monster found himself to care less and less for his mother's politics. Yet tonight her scent drifted on the wind, less bloodstained than the days before yet still fresh with sweet hints of metal.

He follows her trail, his pink eyes locked onto a hint of grey among the trees. A ghostly frame disappears in and out of view yet her scent lingers like a siren begging him to follow. "You hide from me mi amor?" my love he purrs into the dark cold night air his breath leaving a cloud of white. "And here I did not think I'd see the day where @Miaran, el verdugo, would be hiding" the executioner He hums trying to taunt her slightly, to see her face contort in anger, in challenge, in satisfaction.

She had never truly deserved the Executioner's fierce energy or the tender warmth of his affection; she was but a fleeting shadow, a wild creature brushing against the vibrant life of trees and shrubs.

As silence blanketed the space between them, the sound of his voice shattered the stillness, drawing her in like a moth to a flame. Her battle-torn hide, fresh wounds cut into her grey fur yet here she stood. Despite whatever loss she'd faced on the beaches she now stood before him with the same demeanor as always. Strength and passion burning from her frame.

"Un caminante de sombras, mortal e invisible" a shadow walker, deadly and unseen how it clashed with what he knew about her. She had been the face of a pride, a violent queen whose claws and fangs had been stained red at every fight. But if that was what this cove high queen wanted who was he to stop her? As much as he saw most women as weaker, @Miaran had proven herself among the strong. Someone to rival his strength, someone whose fury and passion for violence pulled him in. Her chaos fueled his own, her need for blood begging him to see just how far her claws could reach.

As the woman pulls free from the shadows and presses his frame to his the monster rumbles in a purring growl. Now, she stood at the very threshold of betrayal, where the undead lion prowled in a twisted mockery of life. A tantalizing flick of her tongue grazed her torn lips, a symbol of resilience, as her tail danced seductively beneath his chin, a silent challenge.

Though a crown no longer adorned her brow, she could feel its weight beckoning her once more, a promise of power waiting to be reclaimed in the divine orchestration of fate. The patience she embodied was a coiled spring, fierce and unyielding, as lethal as her claws poised to strike. Could it? The question lingered in the air like a tantalizing whisper, and when his teeth sank into her flesh, a growl erupted from her throat, raw and primal, resonating in the charged atmosphere, echoing her unfaltering spirit.

The monster purrs, tempted for a moment to sink his teeth into the delicate limb tracing beneath his jaw. The tickle of the grey furs leads him forward as he takes a step to trail after her touch. To keep it just a moment longer.

She growls and a low rumbling laughter echos in his throat eyes shining brightly and lips curled into a smile. The taste of iron, if only faint, dances over his tongue making him want more. Need more...

"Yes" he speaks in a low rumbling purr, his lips that had just claimed blood now carefully and tenderly grace the marks left behind. Blood and power, power and control. Oh, how he longed to both have and lose all of them. "join me @Miaran" The words are no more than a whisper, a low tone slipping over inky lips. He did not want her to join the brook, not really he wanted her to join him. He wanted the former high queen, the stormy lioness, the viber and executioner who'd proven herself enough to be more than just a lioness. More than just a pet name spilled from the monster's lips. She was Miaran, she was strength and chaos, powerful, deadly.

She felt a wild thrill as she playfully nipped at his shoulder while circling him, her back brushing temptingly beneath his chin.

Her words echo and the monster rumbles in a low purr lips peeling back to reveal teeth only faintly stained with her blood. Soon they'd be colored brightly, soon they would be one bound by blood and lust.

Her words are met with another nib, another teasing bite to her frame another low rumble of a deadly playfulness. The monster knew he was playing with fire and oh how he wished it would burn him. Her teeth nib at his shoulders and the muscles quiver under her touch tensing only to relax again and then repeat the motion. "esposo y esposa" husband and wife he purs aiming to move his lips to nip along her ear as she passes him as her frame pulls away and he turns to follow pink eyes locked onto her as she coils like a viper and he knows what she intends. Knows the pain and bloodshed that will follow yet stands there like a twisted dear in headlights, a dark twisted grin on his lips awaiting the viper's cruel fangs.

He does not raise his defenses fully only his chin dips to protect the most vital spot under his jaw as he awaits her wrath. @Miaran's fangs and claws. The monster wants to feel them, to feel the pain as she tears into him. Even if he does not intend to lose he wants to know the true strength of his wife. To know her fury and lust at equal measures for he is coming to realize that to the viper queen, one does not come without the other and Velasco X'uekai is more than fine with that.

As his blood seeps into the world he moves, intending to grasp his new wife and pull her close his jaws grasping for anything they can reach his limbs trying to pull her to the ground. His, she would be his, and he hers. Blood and lust, power and brutality. He would share with her this tradition, he would mark her and they would be one.
