A call rang out from the walls of the pit. Her claws dug into the rocky ground as she stood in the center. She even moved each leg, scrapping her claws against each ground to sharpen them as she would wait. Ears twisting until they fell flat on the ground as amethyst jewels would begin to scan the area. Her lips curled upwards to reveal glistening fangs that were ready to just dig into someone else. To rip into someone else's flesh, to taste their blood. It was a desire that she had begun to feel, to fight, every day and if she didn't figure out how to control it then there was going to be some issues.

The call for a spar was something he had heard a lot in his youth as those in training looked to challenge others, to see if their hard work had paid off or not. He had done it himself for a while before it was his name that was being called. The younger warkin wanted to test themselves against him. He won as often as he lost but with every fight he had become stronger and stronger until he knew he was ready for anything. He was well aware that not every battle would end in a victory, sometimes, getting away with your life was the only win you would get. That is after all how he landed here. He had fought hard enough to live and leave. That was all he would get. His brown eyes found the dark lioness that made the call at the bottom of a pit, the strong scent of blood washed over him and his claws dug in as he worked to push back images that started floating up. With a small huff he started making his way down, the lady seemed like she was waiting on someone so he would watch from the side. Learning what it was that made these lands work would be a valuable lesson.

Sif showed up with an almost identical urge to fight—just not blindly for blood. She was her to fight in order to better her skills. To increase her combat expertise. Never staying idle with her abilities, she always wanted to increase her limits, never afraid to fight any kind of opponent. even if someone else possessed greater skill than her. She wasn't even two years old but that wasn't going to stop her.

As she descended to the pits bottom her eyes landed on a maned woman's form. She had seen her before but without direct interactions between them. That until today she could assume for her wanted to answer the calls. Also spotting the male. So they would have an audience? She would not object. Taking a fighting stance, she stood up in front of the females. "Grown ups first." Giving the other the first move.

Someone had decided to come into the pit but there was something different. He didn't come charging in, in fact he seemed to be content with just standing there on the sidelines and wait. Though Aphrodite wasn't sure why he had decided to wait instead of fighting here but there they were, watching each other until someone else joined in the fray and her amethyst jewels were yanked from @Moonshadow's form to the other. Someone she vaguely remembered from another spar she had, the man's image surfacing to the front of her mind before she would shake her head. This was not the time to dwindle on the past when the future had so much to offer.

@Sif was younger than her but Aphrodite would not take that for granted, knowing that she had been bested by those who had less experience than she did, so Aphrodite would begin to walk towards her. It wasn't a lazy walk by any means but until Aphrodite got at a comfortable distance would she suddenly charge at the woman head on, pushing out her shoulder blade and attempting to shove it into Sif's upper left portion of her chest as well as aiming her jaws for somewhere on the top portion of the girls neck.

"Wager with me." Reverie muses coolly as she sidles up on the scene, coming up from @Moonshadow's left side. Honestly, she may have to consider setting up a den nearby given how frequent she found herself drawn to she pit as of late. The faces of course, are unfamiliar - mostly - hadn't that woman fought her father recently? The other girl, though clearly younger, wasn't exactly small and helpless looking. "Do you suppose they eat their young? Sacrifice to some hedonistic god for their unnatural stature?" She adds nonchalantly in a dramatic whisper - creatures of such size appeared to be increasingly common in her short time exploring. It's only then that her eyes peel away from Sif and Aphrodite to actually look at the beast beside her. Brows furrowing in a short scrutinizing moment before wordlessly looking back to the spar in question.

With her legs flexed and her tail up for balance, Sif readied herself, ears pinned against her skull. She knew not to underestimate older individuals. being aware that they might have more experience than she had. Yet she wouldn't let that cower her from fighting.

Soon the older female started her attack, ramming her shoulder into her upper chest. Sif aimed to firmly plant her paws aiming to make of her a loving wall. Hopping to use Aphrodite's momentum against her. Yet it left brushing in that area. Then the maned female's jaws closed into her upper neck, and feeling the sharp edges of those daggers keeping it cool headed she twisted to her face aiming to bite on top of the woman's forehead or anywhere she could reach.

Bruising. Wonderful, glorious bruises blossom all down and around her chest when she collides with the big yet younger lioness before her. Her jaws make a purchase at the neck and she inhales not only @Sif's scent but the delicious delicacy that drips from where her fangs have connected into flesh. It is delicious. Intoxicating but she is brought to reality when fangs dig into her ear area, causing her to let go of the girls neck and attempt to jerk backwards before she would then lift up her leg, claws outstretched and attempt to dig her claws into the meaty portion of the girls nearest leg. She wasn't here to play nice, but she wasn't going to maim the girl either. Not with that specific scent on her pelt. She honestly likes Isla.

Sif considered the woman a bit too rough and savage for a mere dominance match but she didn't complain. Fights oftentimes weren't fair and she knew better to simply shrug it off and keep things smart instead of answering with the same mindless tactic. Rather than biting blindly, she preferred to do so strategically.

As Sif's fangs snagged the ear area of the other, she was doing her best to keep her bite not too hard, only enough to cause discomfort and hopefully force the woman to let go which worked but not without having some of her fur and down skin torn off as she pulled her head away. For the clawing her right front leg. There Sif aimed to reach further hopping to bite on Aphrodite's scruff.

Of course she was rough. Ruthless. Everything else too. Aphrodite would never come out as being soft, unless it was someone she really cared for which only would make her training and love towards them that much more ruthless. She'd kill for those that she allowed to get close enough to the stone she had as a heart. But today, what anyone saw was a demon - a devil ready to attack and demolish all of those within. Fangs dig into her scruff and she growls but continues to keep and attempt to drag her claws all the way down @Sif's leg and to her toes. She honestly, couldn't do much with her jaws in Aphrodite's scruff.

Sif was doing her best to be fair and not overly violent, for this wasnt a real fight or at least on her mind. But the woman was making it difficult. In how she was trying to hurt her just under maiming.

As her jaws closed over the woman's scruff, she raked her claws down her leg, leaving deep, bloodied marks. She growled, but she was doing her best to stay calm, to not let anger blur her judgment.

All Sif could do was trash her head to the sides aiming to cause more pain in the woman's scruff, hoping that would be enough to make her chill down, but she doubted it.
