This had been a curious encounter, one he never would have anticipated going in this direction. Fissure wasn't one to cave under pressure though, instead, he was eager to ply his craft. "Darling, I am here to selflessly serve your needs, not my own. I am only rough with those that prefer it that way." He assured her as she relaxed.

It was not the act itself that most appealed, but the touching and teasing. Fissure would anticipate her needs, following subtle and subconscious cues she provided him. Only when he was sure she needed release would he bring them together, making sure not to be rough, as per her request.

After a long moment of shared warmth, Fissure would shift his weight from her, moving to settle back into his prior relaxed position in the sand. He would offer only silence as he observed her, nothing he might say would seem anything but awkward in most cases and he wasn't one to boast or seek praise from those interacted with. If she had something to say he was sure she would offer it absent questioning on his part.

The only lion she would allow to get rough with her, was Rameses. And she doubted he ever would. Once she was in the proper position she allowed him to take charge, though the teasing she could do without. And she would never admit it outloud, but it did heighten the enjoyment overall. - fade to black - When he left her she immediately rolled onto her back to let her body enjoy the bliss. After a moment she rolled onto her side to look at him with smirk. "Not bad handsome, might have to do it again sometime," she admitted with a low girlish laugh. Flexing her toes she looked him over, what was there to do now? Fissure would look over at her, amused to think she might wish for another go someday. Of course, but it might cost you next time. He informed her with a wink. Obviously, it wouldn't cost much, a good pelt or a meal perhaps.

Did he have ambitions? He certainly had ideas and the occasional daydream. He had wondered for a time what it might be like to be a king somewhere, but such was an ambition his mother might have for him more than something he would want. Being a king was probably just a headache-inducing political game, which wasn't the sort he wished to partake in.

I rather miss the home I came from, but as I can't go back, I shall bring home here. A band where everyone can sell their wares.. perhaps some artisans, brothel girls, fortune tellers. As for me, I have a talent for creating wines and curing animal hides. He explained, a certain faraway look in his eyes along with a genuine warmth in her voice.

ooc: shes rated M for swearing! Oh her fuckin skin crawled with displeasure about the term 'brothel girls'. Her lips peeled in repulsion, ears flicking back against her head. He had her interest up until that point. "We have come so far... yet I guess some haven't gone fucking far enough," she hissed more to herself than Fissure. It was not his fault, he didn't seem the type to beat down woman and try and put them in their so called 'place'. A brow quirked when he continued on. Rolling onto her side to allow the bliss that remained with her to continue to its flow. It certainly had a calming effect, lucky for him. "How the hell does one 'cure' something that is dead?" she asked with a forced snort of her nostrils, scoffing at the notion. Unaware of what a curing process was, or whatever this 'wine' was. He had weird words and phrases, boy was he lucky he was pretty. "talk"

The lioness would react in a manner that made it clear to Fissure that she was displeased. He always wondered why so many seemed repulsed by the notion of brothel girls. Perhaps somewhere they had all been taught about what a brothel was by someone who only ever saw the worst they had to offer. In truth it was far more complicated than that. Many lived there because they wanted to, or because they knew they were protected and fed in exchange for something they offered. Some might even enjoy it as much as their patrons. As @Narsil had not asked him any questions on the matter, he would let the subject drop.

Moving on to lighter subjects, he would be unable to resist a chuckle at her words. "Forgive me, I forget that terms of one in my profession must sound very odd to everyone else. To cure a hide is not the same thing, though perhaps we should call it something else.. Curing a hide means you clean it and put it through a process that keeps it supple and soft. A hide not cured in this fashion quickly becomes stiff and the fur begins to fall out.. not to mention the smell." He informed her, enthused about such topics.

ooc: --- Fissure was very wise to not push the subject with her, it was something she would not be able to understand in its entirety. No how much it was explained to her, she would see it as exploitation of innocent girls. Amber eyes widened a bit while he spoke of this, process, of 'curing' a hide. They narrowed a bit in confusion while she tilted her head at him, "But... why would you do such a thing? I mean I can understand using a fresh pelt to hide your scent .." she trailed off a tone of pure curiosty in her voice. Something gentle, and soft instead of the usual cold growling hiss that left her vocal cords. Fissure was seeing her a bit vulnerable, but that was mainly because he had confused the hell out of her! Growing up within a brothel himself, perhaps Fissure was a bit blind to how others might feel about being in such a situation. The females he sat and listened to tell stories as a child never brought up anything about feeling oppressed or unhappy in their line of work. Mostly they spoke about the lions they encountered and some of the unusual requests some of them might have. Things here were proving quite different, leaving him to wonder if the brothel would be rejected outright by much of the population.

It was Fissure's turn to be confused now, both by her manner and her seeming to think pelts were used only to hide ones scent. "A hide is multi-purpose. It could be used to hide your scent, but once cured it can be kept for much longer. It serves best as something to put over yourself for warmth or as a soft bed to sleep on off the cold stone floor. It can even be cut into thin strips to be used for more complicated works." He said, looking on her perplexed expression with one of amusement.

ooc; figured we could wrap this up? <3 Narsil did her best to pay attention to his explanation but was finding it harder to concentrate. Maybe because it was odd to her, or she just didn't really see the point in that much work, either way her attention was waning. "hmm... you live a interesting life Fissure," she admitted honestly, there was no hint of sarcasm or malice. A rarity from the Tollaire woman. "You will have to enlighten me further next time," she added with a smirk on her maw. Oh yes, she would be doing this again with him. Besides fighting and hunting, this was also a good way to blow off steam. Though she did prefer it more with Ramses but an itch sometimes just needed scratched. exit
