There were rare occurrences where Siren did not find herself at Wrath's side, this evening was one of those moments. She had waited for the sun to slowly make it's descent before she began her journey. Her petite paws carried her easily across the many different terrains, eventually leading her here. And where exactly was here? It appeared to be a rather large crater in the ground from first glimpse, the further she walked the clearer that became. The paths underfoot were uneven slopes and a couple of times Siren had to adjust herself to avoid toppling over or slipping. Her claws unsheathed naturally, digging into the limestone as best as could be managed to further support her weight and offer better balance. Eventually she made it down into The Pit, her golden gaze glancing around her before she moved to a level area of ground. A few lonely chuffs were sent out as she searched for an opponent, after all how would she continue her experiments if not by having someone to experiment on?

Steinar had yet to explore the entirety of the peninsula he was now to call home. Being of the darker pelt colour, he felt more at ease travelling and seeking out whatever he could find. Tonight, the Sigrún found himself within the confines of the Pit, an arena-type territory which gave off an aroma of death, blood and chaos.

Steinar liked chaos - he liked the instability of it all, the rush of adrenaline that echoed through the minds, the bodies, the atmosphere. It wasn't until his gaze fell on the figure of @Siren that a smirk came to his lips. She'd released a call for someone - anyone - to answer the call for dominance.

And Steinar - well, he'd happily oblige.

The beast moved into the shadows of the arena, as though he was stalking his prey. Without a noise, or a sound, or an alert, the male burst out of the shadows with a growl, closing the gap between him and the female. He lunges forward in an attempt to push his left shoulder into her right shoulder, jaws parting as the male attempts to use the motion of the lunge to find purchase against her right nape, hoping to grasp and to puncture.

She stands at the ready waiting for someone to approach with a bored expression upon her face. Siren was enthralled by battle, the adrenaline of it all is what she yearned for. The sound of a growl from behind however was unexpected so when the man approached her she was not necessarily prepared for his attack. His shoulder successfully rams into her right shoulder and instantly she does not feel a single thing other then his flesh upon her own as she stumbles to her left from the force of his shove. A deep bruise would still begin to form beneath her skin but otherwise Siren felt nothing which was admittedly frustrating. He manages to grab hold of her nape and clamp down which instinctively Siren herself reaches downward with teeth bared in an attempt to clamp down on his right forearm and hold, her teeth hoping to puncture the skin there.

Steinar is pleased to find that his left shoulder makes contact with @Siren's right, the difference in body weight combined with the factor of surprise causing the woman to stumble to the left. The Sigrún is also surprised to find that his jaws successfully take hold of the woman's nape on the right side, his fangs sinking into her flesh. The warmth of blood would slip down his throat, ushering him on through this short battle for dominance.

Siren's teeth find purchase against Steinar's right forearm, her fangs taking hold and puncturing his skin as though it were nothing more than a hole being formed in the ground beneath them. A glottal growl came from the depths of his throat as pain pierced through his limb. The pain seared the man on, and whilst he had a grip of Siren's nape, the man would attempt to shake his head viciously side to side, hoping to clamp down tighter in an attempt to tear a large amount of skin and tissue away from the woman.

Where Siren would have liked to feel satisfaction at grabbing hold of @Steinar's right forelimb there wasn't any. The dappled woman felt empty simply because she could not feel the pain like Steinar could. She could not be spurred onward by the adrenaline alone, instead the only thing that drove her to continue was her fascination towards her opponent and the pain that she could inflict upon him. Her grasp tightened as she clenched her jaws, hoping to keep a tight hold since she was lucky enough to grab him. But the second that the man started jerking his head back and forth her own grasp began to loosen.

Her nape itself was becoming a tattered mess, a chew toy for Steinar as she continued to try and attempt to keep her hold on him. But with his jerking eventually she relinquished her grasp, noticing the taste of crimson her lips all the while. In a swift movement Siren would extend her left forepaw outward in an attempt to claw at Steinar's previously battered right forelimb. She would reach in hopes of digging her claws into the tender flesh, and even if she should miss she would hope that her smaller stature would make it harder for Steinar to keep his hold on her for an extended period of time. By the time this was all said and done they would quite possibly never cross paths again, but hopefully she would make a lasting memory for him.
