armin will grow up sickly, afflicted with pneumonia early in life. this will lead to a lot of time cooped up in his mother's den, and not much activity outside of the pride. this illness will lead to an introverted and rather aloof child. he will not take well to strangers. rather than greet them rambunctiously like most cubs, armin will be more likely to hide behind the legs of his mother or someone familiar.

however, with his brother's encouragement, armin will likely be forced out of his shell at some point. he will be slow to mature physically, going from a small, runt-looking cub to a giant seemingly overnight. this will lead to unwitting strength. used to being feeble and small, the behemoth will shy away from displaying his full power. he'll prefer discussion and peace over war.

awkward, precarious as he wades his way through a fearsome world. arminius will grow cautious, quiet. keen to listening while staying in the background. although, with his size and coloring that will prove difficult. should someone foster the wolf inside however, flames may emerge from gentle embers.

he has potential to become a force to be reckoned with. calculating and forward thinking, armin will be like clay - pliable to teach the ways of strategy. he will lean into his native heritage strongly, praying to maua for peace and a purpose. he's here, but why? how can he be of use to his family and pride?

fear rules him, threatens to overpower him. he must be fostered, built up. then, perhaps he can become a warrior like his kin. fearsome, intelligent, a wolf in sheep's clothing if necessary. although his intent will likely lean toward justice and the correct way to live (in his eyes). which is peacefully and dutifully.

He and his brother will butt heads; argue about how others are treated. although sheepish, armin will not be stepped on or let others either. a paladin perhaps, leading others and protecting them fiercely. a pillar for the underdogs.

all of this, of course, depends heavily on IC interactions.

Thank you guys so, so much for auditioning for these cubs! I always find it so so hard to have litters because I dread having to pick between so many wonderful apps, but unfortunately I have to do just that. I would love to extend an invitation to any and all who applied that, should you want to make a cub and bring them in for an adopted Avahalla, I will pay the design fees in full.

That being said, we have decided to go with @Squid's Eilwen for cub 2 and @Lars' Arminius for cub 3! Thank you all so so much for applying!
