NORTHERN WINDS;; The crisp summer wind blew through, heralding a new day for the Hollow lioness. Úlla had little success with inviting new members, but everyday she spent her time there, hoping to find someone. Cubs were few but she hoped to lay claim to one in her time here. Lions and lionesses were less so, but they often had an idea of where they wanted to go. Seldom did they come to the passage for an invite. Which was a shame. Ranks like her own will have to fight over the few who'd come through via the passage. But nowadays, Úlla was only able to catch the tail end of a conversation before she was left alone. If she had the time to do something else, then she would've. Which was why today, she didn't head straight for the passage and instead remained within her pride land. She terribly missed hunting with a group and now that she was with family again, then it would be a perfect time to gather them for a hunt. She heard that prey animals sometimes slipped in the cavern system for temporary dwellings. Their children may come here to play or to seek shelter as well. Just a moment ago, Úlla caught a whiff of something that didn't smell like a lion. And she could assume that creature was still here. Slipping into the middle where the room gave a wide berth and low-hanging ceilings, Úlla tipped her head up and called for her pride.

He was called not only to attend to the needs of the pride but to the needs of his family. It had been too long since he'd hunted with @Úlla, and he certainly wasn't going to miss this opportunity. So, with haste, he would rise to his paws and make his way across the territory. The trail of the dark-pelted woman led Magnus back into the caverns, and when his sister came into view he slowed, seeking to draw up alongside her with a grunt of greeting. Úlla, he rumbled as he gestured his head into the distance. Fine day for a hunt. As fine a day as any, and with their numbers swelling at the rate they were they would have to work hard to keep on top of their caches.

Morrigan wasn't familiar with the call that reached her dark ears but was curious to find out who it belonged to. When she reached @Magnus and @Ulla just as he greeted her by name, she vaguely recognized the woman from around and was glad of an excuse to formally introduce herself. "Morrigan. Lead fighter," she began with a low voice as she approached, "Nice to meet you." Beyond that she would linger behind them and wait for the rest of the pride to join them here, ready to follow the woman's lead since Magnus seemed happy to do the same. The details of their introductions could be sorted out later.

Like a ghost, she trailed behind @Morrigan. Avaneira's confidence was beginning to grow, her presence in the Hollow helpful at best but oftentimes nonexistent beyond the duties she'd sworn she would fulfil. The entirety of Amaryllis that lay at her paws was far too tempting, and it was easier to hunt out in the rolling hills and meadows of the heartland, and easier to spar in the Pit, where willing fighters often gathered. Avaneira did not forget her obligations, however, and as @Úlla called together a hunt, she quickly ambled behind her sister in order to meet up with them. Her gaze flitted to @Magnus, offering him a firm and polite nod, before returning her gaze toward the only-vaguely familiar feline who first called them here. “And I'm Ava, her sister.” Rankless, secondary. But that was just what Ava needed in these first few fragile moments.

solitude — zoya revelled in it's quietness. her endless days of study were lonesome, and she did not mind. it suited her, the confined lonely darkness of the caverns. but today the call to hunt was - not an unwelcome - disruption. the silver scout stalked the tunnels towards the group. there were two individuals she did not recognise : the woman who had made the call, as well as another grey lady. admittedly, zoya had spent recent times rather out of touch with, well, everything — silently cursing her fading focus on all matters pride related. she made a mental note to brush up on her scouting skills and get to know the hollow's new members in due course.

only the tail-end of the conversation was caught, the name ava - who happened to be morrigan's sister. zoya padded towards the group, offering a polite nod, eyes flitting between each lion's gaze. "zoya" she added in a low voice, almost curtly. small talk wasn't to her liking, really, she said as little as she could. "pleasure to meet you both," the assassin would add for politeness, gesturing to ava and ulla with a tilt of her chin. nothing else needed to be said, and she hung back in the shadows, awaiting the hunt.

Kasia heard the call as she made her way back to the Hollows. She moved easily among the passages and found a small gathering. And with it were introductions. Was this a meeting or a hunt? Hunts didn't require introductions. Too much talking and the prey vanished. Or maybe they were only grouping here and going outside to hunt? That would make sense with all the talking that was going on.

"Kasia Durinn." She gave her own name in turn. "We go hunt now or we talk more?" She was curious as to the point of this gathering. "Talk lots and food go away." Granted she had said more than all the others had.

For once, the young Sigrun was actually within the reaches of the Hollows, having started to come home far more than previous weeks when it seemed finding Eir was becoming a vain effort; the woman had disappeared and she was unable to figure of where to and why. Curbed ears came forward at the call of @Úlla, the summons of an imminent hunt, and she was immediately drawn to it. It had been a while since she had hunted with the pride, or even her own family, and it was necessary at this point she made up for lost time. That, and in her own searches, she had been neglecting her own needs and ate very little, and the promise of a full meal was quite tantalizing. The panda marked Sigrun wove her way through the caverns in effortless voyage, flitting in and out of obscurity like a shadow until she came across the party within a wide room of the caves. A low chuff of greeting escaped her to acknowledge all that had gathered as the selkie woman joined the ranks, save lowering head head in a courteous nod to both Úlla and @Magnus, her medium frame drawing up alongside that of her brother's own as adrenaline curled inside her veins with excitement. It was indeed a fine day to hunt.

5 years, pathfinder level 2!

With her knowledge of the land as well as her skill for seeking out information, hunts were an important part of why the Hollow was always going to be her pick. So long as Magnus led, she would follow; even if it wasn't in the Hollows. While it was a lot to do with him, it also had a lot to do with his members and how integrated they all were. There had never been any moment where she had felt separated or unwanted, nor had she seen that treatment given to anyone else. They were and had always been something of a family and while she didn't share the blood of anyone here, aside from perhaps Vitala (who may or may not be joining the Hollow), they were still important enough to come join them when they called. So the carmine wasted no time in arriving, showing up a small bit later than most that were gathered but she was present, so that counted. Right?

4 years, lvl 1 ranger A pridemate calls for a hunt, and Narcissa can hardly resist. It is, after all, her favorite activity -- right after sleeping, of course. Voluptuous hips sway as she makes her way towards the source of the sound, her pace steady but without any particular amount of haste; there are very few things that Narcissa does quickly. Her ears lilt forward as she spots the group waiting in the shadows, padding quietly towards them with bright, curious eyes. It doesn't seem to bother her that everyone here is a stranger -- such is the way with a new pride, and she's never been the type to shy away from a crowd. "Hey. I'm Narcissa," she greets casually, her gaze flickering amongst those gathered, though she cannot immediately tell who leads them.
