For being such a formidable woman, there was something soft about @Morrigan when it came to @Talisa. The two seemed perfect for each other—where Morrigan was all things tenacious and capable, Talisa was gentle and nurturing. Each offered their own unique piece, and Farrow was curious where he could fit in in spite of it all. He imagined being able to keep up with Morrigan's explosive energy, participating in similar strengths of sparring and patrolling; and he enjoyed Talisa's softness, a more girlish accompaniment who'd be willing to entertain stories about his vast adventures. Morrigan's pride affiliation hardly seemed to complicate it, but Farrow could more sympathize with why Talisa wanted him to join the Brook with her. It was hard enough to have one mate live in a different place; to have both a mate and another suitor detached from her home, it could get overwhelming. Farrow began to regret less his decision to settle down here.

He didn't want to pry and ask if Morrigan would emigrate to the Brook. He was certain she had her reasons for not having done so already, or perhaps it was already in the works. “Well if the Hollows are an allied pride, perhaps you could show me around someday,” Farrow smirked, turning his head toward Morri. There was a sort of suggestive undertone in his request, but it was genuine all the same. “In the mean time, I'll try to help out around here when they need you back.” He was certain Morrigan was spread thin between here and her duties to her pride, so Farrow's offer was meant with no malice; he wanted her to feel reassured his presence would be enough to care for Talisa in her absence, and perhaps once both women felt comfortable enough, to care for their kids as well.

No matter how often she did it, Morrigan didn't think she could ever get over how precious @Talisa was when she melted over a compliment. How she could be so shy about something so obvious as her beauty was a mystery to Morrigan, but she was happy to continue to dote on the Valour in the meantime. And now it seemed she would have a partner in this pastime. Talisa complimented her in return once she'd recovered herself, and Morrigan returned her touch softly. The dark warrior didn't notice that she turned into mush around her gentle wife just as easily, but @Farrow had.

And he seemed to understand her separation as well. It still warmed Morrigan's heart to hear Talisa's reassurances that she was okay with the setup, but now it was that much easier because she never had to leave her or the children alone for long at all. Better yet, when the handsome brute spoke again there seemed to be a bit of an undertone to his suggestion of a tour. Well then, today just kept getting better. "I'd enjoy that very much, I think," she returned before moving suddenly to press a nuzzle into his thick mane, "And thank you." Not for one specific thing, but for everything he had already done and had promised to do.

Talisa was unbelievably quiet as she stood listening and watching the exchange between mate and suitor. More or less wondering how she had gnabbed one let alone two individuals that were so beautiful in their own unique way. Sure, both of them were warriors that were strong and capable because it was obvious that she had a type but there were a million other things that separated them. Things that she was only just beginning to explore with Farrow. That doesn't mean that I don't want you around just as often, though? she asked it near to a question. Wanting to demand it but not having quite the voice or power behind it to do so. Talisa still wanted to have @Morrigan around the same amount of time or at least near to it. They were still partners in this life and she didn't want to be separated, even if she did have @Farrow at her side to fill the void. The two of them were going to be a handful but she wanted an equal amount of time with them both. It would certainly help her get to know her dark knight a little quicker with him being in the Brook but she didn't want Morrigan to feel left out. So Talisa struggled awkwardly where she couldn't find the appropriate words to make sure that everyone was still on the same page as her.

He did not quite understand the needed separation between @Talisa and @Morrigan, and perhaps would not until later on, when the wiles of Amaryllisan prides and politics made more sense to the adventurer. But for now, he was content to sympathize with their plight and be understanding of their situation as best he could. And though it seemed there was little in this world that would threaten their sacred peace, Farrow would see to it that any danger that came knocking on their doors would be halted there. He did not want to disrupt the bond between Talisa and Morrigan, for he felt he was already intruding on it enough, but Morrigan's surprising gentleness and thankfulness eased Farrow's nerves. He almost wanted to thank her, too - for allowing him to become a sudden and important piece in her mate's life, and for attempting to shove himself into Morrigan's, as well. At the very least, he wanted to show the dark-pelted feline that he was capable of loving her just as well, just as much.

He'd have his work cut out for him.

“Shall we go meet the kids?” he suggested between them, keen on seeing if their brood even liked him. After all, they had all agreed that it would be up to the little ones if he'd be worthy of sticking around or not, and Farrow was eager to see how their cubs would react to his stories.

Exit Farrow w Talisa and Morrigan?

Nerves would likely be a large part of the experience when going and introducing @Farrow to the children but Talisa didn't quite have them as bad as most. Instead she was happy to introduce them because she felt confident that they would accept him easily. Perhaps not immediately understanding his potential position within their close family but in the very least a trusted individual that they would be seeing around a lot more. So with a greedy bump to her love interest and mate, she eased on towards the nearest child in the hopes that they were in as good a mood as she was. exit talisa

Morrigan was doing her very best not to let her own thoughts get the better of her when it came to her guilt in not living with @Talisa and the children, choosing instead to focus on the fact that her wife would now have a constant companion. It didn't help completely, but it helped some. There was a small twinge of worry that @Farrow might replace her somehow, as she couldn't help feeling a teensy bit insecure, but it was through no one's fault but her own that she had to deal with the separation in the first place. And she certainly had nothing against Farrow and his extremely handsome self being a father figure to their children and perhaps even more someday. She was just as eager to see the children's reactions though and moved along with Talisa and Farrow, occasionally brushing against the both of them just because she could. exit morrigan
