ooc: Basing this a month after his disappearance thread in the northern territories. (Information will be lax since the thread is not yet finished).


Nymeria was someone he could trust. And after some careful thoughts, he decided to remain near Nymeria to heal within the brooks lands. He still had a headache and his shoulders still hurt and he had yet to pick up the pieces from his disappearance from the Lagoon. And with Tambua also missing he took that as something had happened prior to cause the case he was currently dealt with. No one but Nymeria and Kimagure had seen him, and from what he gathered he had disappeared for quite some time.

So he would remain to heal near the brooks ledge. He called out to Nymeria of course. Wanting to ask if she knew any place that he could slink off to that was nearby but not far away. After the last few days, he also had glimpses of faces - all echoing his name but he couldn't recall THEIR names...sad wasn't it? But then after some thought, Vasilis deemed it was time to go back to the jungle. A place that reminded him so much of his old home. And thus he wallowed there - drinking up the location and trying his best to get back to his original status and health.

The jungle was a temporary home for haji, he never liked to stay longer in one place than he needed. There was never any telling what could show around the corner, what could slink around from behind a tree with no warning; that could either be his end or close, unfortunately. It had happened once already in his sort life lived, the scars across his belly was more than enough proof of it. He’d always thought himself lucky it hadn’t been deeper, he would be padding about if he hadn’t. Just another rough death out in the wild alone, probably not the worse thing that could ever happen.

Even coming across other rouges was a hard chance, but one that seemed to happen no matter where he’d gone. Point and case, he laid eyes upon the large male lion; golden fur that was far too easy to spot among the lush green of nature. The question held in his mind as his gaze never faltered, was if he should approach them. Haji of his own was of a mall build, a more than easy enough target for a much larger predator. Though, upon that thought, hyenas were a mess to even be by. The savages, a pack of them could easily take down a larger lion.

“You’re not looking too well there,” he spoke up, feet bringing him -slowly- closer to the other male, “lost? Or just stupid enough to be out here on your own?” That was the attitude that was going to get this young male murdered one day, the idiot.

Before long someone else was arriving there with him in this deep jungle of lost trees and thick woven paths full of shrubbery. He turned his eyes up and then to the side, catching the sight of a much darker and younger male lion, @Haji , as he nodded somewhat in pain of his own dilemma. "Oh, Most certainly not lost this time. " he answered back to the young male with a bite to his words. Which resulted in a grimace for a short second or two as he spoke up again. "I am trying to recall certain things I lost. It has my soul and mind on edge lately and I need to better this.......error.." he stated looking back into the chaos of the jungle before them. "What about you? Are you lost or just stupid?" he smirked back the question to the lad.

Well, that wasn't really what the young male had expected to hear, not in the damn slightest actually. Then again, he most certainly reacted the same way if someone asked if HE was stupid; then again, his stupidly was only with socializing anyway. "Pfft, can't be lost if you've go no where to go," he pouted, brow furrowing into a already irritated expression on his face, "as for stupid, yeah probably, I am talking to you after all. You don't sound like you can remember anything important anyway, so I don't know if I am the stupid one here." If he had arms, not that he didn't, he would cross them over his chest. Yet, considering he wasn't an animal that walked on two legs, he was kind of screwed in the category of things.

He had to admit but it hurt a tiny bit to be called 'stupid' for his lack of memories. It's not like he could help that bit of lost information pile. He turned to @Haji with a solemn expression. "Yes...maybe I am but I have years under my belt that I CAN recall. It's only certain blimps I forgot to attain due to an accident of which I couldn't control." or so he was told over and over again. His accident was not his doing, he couldn't stop it even if he wanted to. Breathing in he looks away and stands. "And I hate to burst your bubble but talking to someone doesn't make you stupid. That's what ignorant little children say. Sticks and Stones my friend." he shrugs and starts to walk away. The jungle was thick and thankfully he was obtaining some lost information just by looking and feeling. He had been here before right? He felt it in his bones but he couldn't recall why and when he was last here. Squinting up at the sky he huffs.

The young lion's face gently scrunched up into a soft, confused but annoyed look; brows furrowing while he glared. Alright, ok, yeah he had a point there, talking to someone else didn't make someone stupid, because if that was surely the case he himself... was stupid as fuck. Haji huffed, a nice, deep huff from his lungs, just before allowing himself to just fallow behind the older male lion. What else was there to even be done at this point? He didn't know where he was going, but something about it made him feel he should kind of keep an eye on him anyway.

"Oh you've got me there," he followed close behind as he could, "maybe I am ignorant at best, but I'm still young so I guess I have an excuse. UH... what DO you remember anyway? Not lots of lions walking around not knowing shit."

He walked, continued through the jungle, lowering his head so not to hit low laying branches that balanced from above. He looks over his shoulder, so the boy wasn't giving up huh? He inhales through his nose and rolls a shoulder "I recall many things from before I got to Amaryllis. My family the tragedy that befell them all. I recall the black beach I walked on the first time I found Amaryllis. this place." he continues, making his way to the right and walking through some shrubs.

"I recall memories that happen during certain moments. Moments that make them reappear. Like when I heard someone's name I didn't know and then saw them face to face, my mind blew up images of the past and I connected the dots. I recall bits and pieces of the Sovereigns I met when I was a sovereign myself. I recall having a fight with a brute over a woman who was blind. I also remember certain lands I explored during my time as king." it was random but some of it was helpful at least. @Haji
