Alizabeth wasted little to no fuckin' time making her way up the mountain toward the Summit. IT was cold everywhere, but here was especially so. Thank fuck for her thick coat, otherwise her toes would've frozen off - the ones she still had left, that is. It was about time that she and her gang finally make another home for themselves until she could snatch the Lagoon back from that pompous bitch.

A call is made to her boys, @Ransom, @Alabaster, @Lyle, @Orson, @Ezryn, @Colsun - if they could hear here. Hopefully being up this high would help her voice carry. The Valentine woman wasn't expecting Alabaster to join, but at least he would be pleased to see that his wife was nearby, at least. Finally. The call would also be for whoever could see her in the Summit. She'd heard Morrigan had been hurt in battle, but had no idea how severe.

The giant was not far behind his mate, stalking up the mountain side in her wake and shaking away the snowflakes as they gathered in his large mane. The cold had brought his laboured breathing to fog upon the air in front of him and his bad leg ached in the snow.
But @Alizabeth's scent remained ever present in his airways, like a beacon driving him home. There is no place that Ransom has regarded as his hearth more than the white, sultry fur of Alizabeth. She his chaos and fire, so much more than ever he had dared hoped for.

Eventually the ghoul reached his wife, pressing himself roughly up against the length of her petite side, his body groaning with want and the cold. After all these years Ransom is still no more than a boy, full of instincts, needs and desires.

His cerulean gaze regarded her, swinging his maw down to swipe across her crown. "You will need to stay close and keep me warm. I do not cope as well as you and Alabaster in such cold." He grinned.

Jesus Christ, Ransom. Keep it in your goddamn pants. Nero definitely didn't need to see his mother being lusted over on his doorstep and he certainly didn't want his cubs to see it, either. The gentry was admittedly intrigued by their presence and tried to lift a paw in order to gently shove the larger male away from @Alizabeth so he could greet her properly with a kiss to the cheek. What brings you all the way out here? he asked, noting with some disdain that she had called for his siblings which, unfortunately, meant Orson. He really wasn't keen on letting the lion into his home again, but maybe he wouldn't show up. Nero could only hope. Here to meet the kids? He tried to keep his expression neutral, but there was a hope that finally she would meet them. Yeah, sure, they were a year old now, but better late than never.. right?

She knew that voice. It was one she had no heard in quite some time and it brought a smile to the scarred lips of the Summit monarch as she veered her patrol toward the call. It was @Nero would would beat her to the punch this time, though that came as no surprise since Alizabeth was one? Of his mothers? Morrigan was never really sure how that thing had worked, but nor had she questioned it. She herself sat at the center of her own complicated spiderweb of relations and had no business questioning the details of the others. Where words would have to fail her, Morrigan instead would attempt to give @Alizabeth an affectionate headbutt before dipping her head in greeting to @Ransom as well. As she stepped back she would lift her jaw to show the punctures left by her niece's husband and shrugged in explanation of her silence.

"Yeah, I can do that, babe." She muses, laughing a bit at @Ransom's antics. Her head raises to bump beneath his chin gently as her smaller form presses against his. Despite his supposed need for warmth, it was most definitely he that was putting off the immense body heat that kept her warm.

Ears sweep back suddenly at the arrival of @Nero, which left the Valentine woman feeling a bit uncertain, but ultimately happy as she gladly accepted his gentle affection. The small woman followed it up with an attempt to drag him into a hug, kissing at his face over and over, like the doting mother she'd always been. Never quite ready to let him grow up, but knowing perfectly well he was.

The question that rings into the air causes a smirk to pull along her lips as she withdraws slowly, tail wiggling ebhind her, "Even BETTER, we're here to fuckin' stay! Still awhile till I go for the fuckin' Lagoon again, or one of your brothers do. So I figure I'd fuckin' settle up here with you and my grandbabies." It had been a few unfortunate events that kept her from seeing Nero's kids. At first, she hadn't even been aware of them. Though at the time Nero had been pretty busy, as she had. Then she'd been kidnapped and well - that fuckin' sucked.

Another joined them and Alizabeth perked up to see @Morrigan. Hot as fuckin' ever. The headbutt the Queen gave was returned in kind, but a bit more careful given her state. Magenta eyes cast down, noticing the motion she'd made and nodded, "No problem, hot stuff. You don't gotta do much talkin' here, I just wanted to bring my big oaf here and perhaps some others to fuckin' join yer ranks. I didn't think you'd object." She grins crookedly, a single tooth flashing in a confidence.

Ears slide across the great beast's skull, tucking back in a mocking gesture of faux embarrasment as @Nero admonished the giant's antics. A seldom seen grin flashed across Ransom's features, though even the happiest expression would always appear contorted and gargoyle like across his rough and scarred features. "But she likes it." He retorts humourously to the albino male, hoping not for the first time to make him cringe.
Beyond his superior level of humour, the ghoul was content to return to silence, listening intently to the exchange of conversation between mother and son. Reminded not for the first time about the brief moment in time when he too had a mother once again. Though she had disappeared long ago, taking his younger sibling with her. All that remained of that past was golden boy Keir, who surely still lurked the lands.

The ruler of the Illyria arrived, @Morrigan. Though curiously, she did not utter a word. Ransom looked on unashamedly at her battle wound which had clearly rendered her unable to speak. Was it permanent?

@Alizabeth greeted the High Sovereign and Ransom returned Morrigan's nod with one of his own. Not perhaps as pleased as his wife to join a pride so permanently cold, but anywhere with Alizabeth was better than paradise without her.

Ever since leaving the Mire, Lyle had spent most of his time tucked away. Heavily distancing himself from the world. He had found his way to his father in Frostsong, sticking it out in the Nesryn ancestral home. Alabaster's shock to his son's face was expected. It was Lyle's new reality. But the Warden's constant words of encouragement and attempts at empowerment were starting to get old.

The small speckled male now made his way up a mountain. His mother had called and he was curious. The skull of another lion was donned over his disfigurement. Who the other cat had been was unknown. they were already a pile of bones when Lyle found them. And he figured they weren't going to need this anymore.

Bright purple eyes pierced out from his mask before rolling in annoyance of the exchange between @Ransom, @Nero and @Alizabeth. He caught the fact that @Morrigan couldn't speak and he snorted. You and me both, sister.

Morrigan could only grin in response to the easy way @Alizabeth fell into their flirtatious, colorful relationship, one with memories associated which made the High Queen's mismatched gaze travel appreciatively over the small woman's frame. Returning her banter the only way she could right now, but when both of them seemed to desire a place in her territory, it was easy enough to step to the side, gesturing with an ivory furred paw that they, she and @Ransom both, were free to cross the border and begin their exploration of their new home. It was then that she noticed the boy, wearing a skull like a mask, and she would only place that same paw back on her chest both in greeting and in extension of the same offer to @Lyle as well. Perhaps @Nero would offer a tour, but if she did not, Morrigan would be happy to give a silent once, curious at the silence of the younger male as well, apart from the snort at her words, wondering what that mask hid exactly.

Alizabeth lets out a low, rumbling purr as @Lyle arrives - though he's wearing a skull and that gives her pause. Her kids were all over the place now, she imagined, and she wasn't about to fuckin keep them on a leash. They were old enough and she'd never really been the 'up their ass always' parent that others seemed to be.

Kids were resilient and more often than not, those with her genes were too goddamn proud to stick around Mommy anyways. She was honestly astonished Lyle had even shown up - still, she was happy to see him and this was shown with a gently bump of her head against his cheek. They'd have to talk about that tacky accessory another time. Turning to @Morrigan as she motioned them in, Alizabeth wasted no time crossing the border and shaking her pelt free.

"Ahhhh, home sweet fuckin' home. Thanks, toots. We'll hafta find a den soon. Why don't you take your fine ass back to yours and get some rest? We got this." She muses, motioning with her nose back toward the inner sanctum of the Summit. Moving she offers @Nero a smooch to his cheek before turning to @Ransom and running her slender form along his, encouraging him to follow. Time to get comfy.

/exit Alizabeth

The wind changed direction, stirring the giant's mane and sending a chill down the length of his spine. Teal stare shifted toward @Lyle, who arrived dressed as a ghoulish pantomime villain. Ransom's brow quirked, curious and disaproving at the choice, even in full knowledge of what nightmares lay beneath the mask.
It had to be Alabaster's doing, some peculiar Warden idea of saving the boy's feelings. Ransom would rather his son use the horror of his appearance to cow others into frightened submission. He would.

The muted leader, @Morrigan, granted them admission to her eternal winter palace by way of gesture and the ghoul gave her a ghost of a smile, as near to gratitude as the behemoth was possible of mustering. "Thank you."

With @Alizabeth's encouragement and her body snaking evocatively up against his side, Ransom moves off like a beast of burden, slow and heavy in gait, rumbling out from the depths of his throat for Lyle to follow.

And not to forget, a passing wiggle of his eyebrow to @Nero. Just to wind him up.
