We hope everyone got out and touched some grass during our downtime!

Smaller changes - examples of all changes are on @Amara's account until the 18th.
Please note, due to a new theme being added a number of these items WILL NOT be on the ancient theme skins!

• The size of the site's font has been increased. As a reminder we do ask that all font is 11px or higher in tables.
• All of the "Of The Months" are now shown together! (there is a small sizing issue on some screen sizes that will be worked on)
• Both themes have been updated with more mobile friendly coding. At this time we will not be adding a full mobile theme or style as it would be about $800.
• We have some fun new thread tags! Check them out in your next IC thread!
• Wounded Stats in Profile
• Wounded stats will now show up in the profile. These will come and go depending on if your character is wounded and will be displayed at the top of the account.
• Away Stats in Profile
• Your away status can now be shown in your profile. This is NOT an official way of going away, you will still need to post an absence properly but this will help others know when you are away and for how long.
• To set this up, go into your ooc user cp > edit profile > Away Information > select away > fill in details > make sure that "Away status for all attached accounts." is checked
• A little "On Hiatus" will show up next to the character's icon or name in posts
• Online/Offline
• A little will show up next to their name for being offline on both skins, and a glowy paw for online.
• Mature Rating in Profile
• If your character tends to lean mature and/or has trigger warning items in their profile you can now add a warning to their profile
• To set this up, go into your user cp > edit profile > Trigger Warning > select yes or no.

This isn't a totally new theme as it is one that we had come out before but we ended up pulling because there were a number of bugs. We have been working for the last few weeks to find any bugs and make adjustments as staff has seen they have been needed.

Starting out we will offer one dark skin, one light skin, and a safe for work dark version (all images removed). We will be slow rolling each skin(the image/color differences) out once we are sure that there are no lingering issues or bugs. We are doing this because it is easier to fix bugs over a smaller amount of skins.

As was the plan before, these will be a replacement for the ancient theme. This is due to the ancient themes having some older coding on them so we decided to do a more in-depth overhaul and completely redo them. Once we are sure that things are good to go we will be closing the ancient theme as the replacement skin becomes live.

If you come across any bugs, please post in our bug channel in discord.

As a reminder - the way the themes read table coding is different. If your table looks fine on one theme but not on another, you may be asked to switch the coding or Staff will edit to remove the coding. This issue is normally around not having enough divs or having to many! Always double check your coding to make sure all divs and other items are closed.

A few things to note about this theme:

• Exp and petals are in a drop down style element. This means that they are there but they are not seen at all times.
• You will see two different progress bars in the profiles. One is a progress for the levels (so 1/5 or 2/3) and the other is the progress of exp within that level (123/250)

We are now offering the ability for members to add a little glitter to characters based on the posts that they make.

Few things to know!

• Glitter is a fun way to highlight people's writing/character development. Share the love!
• To add glitter you click "glitter" which is located where you see "quote".
  
• To find glitter, go to the character's profile and click "View @character" glitter. You can find this in the History section.
• All glitter needs to follow site rules.
• Glitter can only be sent from an IC account. If you notice the ability to send glitter on an OOC account, please let Sr Staff know.
• You can give glitter comments either as an OOC note (i.e. I love Bob in this post he is so exciting!) or as an IC character (i.e. As Jill: Bob's eternal love for me sends a fire deep into my soul and absolutely rustles my jimmies)."
• If at any point you feel a glitter entry needs to be removed, please open a ticket with Sr Staff.
• The glitter gif is moving and is allowed since it is in a known place on the site. The gif is light so it may be harder to see on the lighter skins. Other moving images are still not allowed.

We will be offering a new way to pass information along to staff with automated forms. We hope that for many, this will be helpful.

• You will be able to use the new way or the old way depending on what works best for you.
• If you need to edit your post afterwards, you would edit the same way as always, just leaving the coding that has been placed in alone.
• You will find them in each spot that there is currently a manual form.
• They will auto post to to the correct spot once you hit submit.
• These will be viewable by the accounts that need them. So your OOC account will be able to do all the maintenance forms but not an auditions.
