Maia often wondered what brought lions to Maua's Passage. So often she found the place barren and unwelcoming, so why anyone would come here intrigued her. They could be desperately searching for a home, or they could be here out of circumstance. Whatever it was, Maia was happy to provide a helping hand where she could.

Arriving to find @Alma alone, the Firnen High Sovereign made her way to the woman and halted in front of her, taking a seat. It was evident that something had upset the rogue female, so Maia greeted her with a gentle smile. You look like you need somewhere to rest and relax. I extend an offer to Firnen Rainforest - my name is Maia, the High Sovereign there. She comments, observing the disgruntled woman carefully.

Angry grunts left her chords while her eyes expressed annoyance. Impotence from not having the power nor the possibility to help, to kick the idiot's ass and get the Oasis back. And now she was homeless and with Seneca nowhere to be found. All because that bastard had it personal against them, childish. But well, as himself said, it might wouldn't take long before someone else gave him payback. Kick him out of his stolen throne. Of course she would pay anything to see that. But for now she was forced to seek a new residence. She didn't want to live like a worthless trash. She needed things to do to be happy.

As she let her eyes of gold and orange travel through the wastelands, they soon landed over a woman, someone she didn't know at all. Better, at least she didnt have to look at stupid on a knowns face. She didn't want to admit it but she lost, yeah she lost this time.

She inspectionated her, quiet but unable to take out her upset facade. "Alma de La Roza, and perhaps, I do need a new place to live, you see a bastard kicked me and everyone from the pride after stealing it from Seneca. That left me in the search of new winds. But, I am not an slacker. Wherever I go I am going to have my ass going. I am a working woman. I wont stand with doing nothing. If i go with you, expect to see him do whatever you fucking want me to. I can kick butts and bring food. If any of that suits you I am game for you and your home." She said, wanting to get things rolling and as they are for her. Putting all the cards over the table. Take it or leave it.

Maia's ears naturally swivelled forward when @Alma began to speak. It surprised her, she thought, just how much determination and grit the long-haired woman seemed to have within her. Anger, too - but Maia supposed that was to be expected, given that Seneca had just been usurped by a man from an enemy pride. Orange eyes watch the woman and she nods after a moment of silence. You will be useful to the Rainforest, Maia concludes, curious to see just where the ambition takes her. I offer you Barony, in the first instance. She listened, her expression still showing irritation for her sudden banishment and loss of a year long home. Ears remain up while her posture starts to relax. "Don't worry, i used to lead hunts and pull my weight. And i can do the same thing for ya." She ensured eyes into the queen. It was too soon to came up with a good grapes of what kind of lion Maia could end up being, but maybe time will show her. But so far she seemed competent and good. "Yeah, Barony sounds good. I will challenge for lead hunter later. That's where I like to be " it was one of her main skills after all.
