Trades are an important part of life on Amaryllis, and this is where you will request any updates for them, including:
- Claiming trade experience; and
- Updating your character's dice modifiers.
To claim trade experience from IC threads, the thread requires 10+ posts, with your character's exit occurring on or after post #10.
- "+5 Participate in a hunt using the rolled hunt system" is exempt from the 10+ post rule, but must have exits. This is the only exception to the 10+ post rule.
Notes:
- Age-related trade experience cannot be split between trades; it must go to either your Master or Sub-Master trade entirely.
- You can claim up to 3 tasks per thread, but each action must make sense and occur over at least 2 posts. No "one hit wonders" for trade exp are permitted.
- 1on1 threads can claim one additional trade task (total of 4) if the thread is 15+ posts long.
- Threads with 3-4 chars can claim one additional trade task (total of 4) if the thread is 30+ posts long.
- Threads with 5 or more characters do not count/are unchanged.
- Dice are not adjusted automatically for your characters as they level up. You must request your dice modifiers using the form below, when applicable, to have them adjusted.
Please follow the forms exactly how they are written. Do not change the formatting. Links/proof are required for every separate request.
- For large, multi-page threads, Staff reserve the right to ask members to link to the specific posts where the character is doing the task. If you are requesting exp from a large thread, consider adding this on your own prior to submission. This clause is within the discretion of the Staff member processing the request.
- Make sure that after each item you have the line break code <*br> at the end of the code.
- Please link each task to a thread so staff are able to copy the code in properly.
If something is wrong with your request, Staff will edit your post and put a note explaining what is wrong. You will have three (3) days to fix any errors. If you do not fix the errors within this time, your post will be removed and will need to be reposted.

TRACKING STAFF DECISIONS
If Staff has made a decision on handling exp claims, it will be here. If it is not listed here and is in question, please check with a staff member. This list is NOT complete and will be added to as Staff makes decisions on items.
- We do not allow you to claim exp from threading with yourself.
- IE: You play a dead character, and you have a cleric character, you can not claim exp for your cleric character meeting your dead character.
- Finding a lion and recruiting or claiming them does NOT fall under "finding something useful".
- If you are in a fight at the same time as another, you are not able to claim "Observe a challenge" as you are unable to watch the challenge. If your challenge was before another had started or started after one ended, you can claim that, but not at the same time.
- Pride challenges do not count towards "Witness an event worthy of making history", as they are a common occurrence. The challenge would need something more significant in there, such as removing a long-standing leader, a breakout of a raid/war, or a character death.
- Poisoning, or attempting to poison, an NPC does not qualify for 'Successfully poison someone' or any of the other poison-related trade tasks.
