"His grandchildren are my nieces and nephews." If Drakon remembered correctly that was. He remembered much from his time before dying but there were somethings that were beginning to become rather foggy. Though at Gwyn's next words, Drakon gave him a smirk and fiery jewels flashed, a sign of the dragon below, with that silent challenge. "If you knew what I knew, then you would understand why I have put that judgement out there." Crowley had came back to life as Abraxas. And if Gwyn believed in that kind of shit then drakon would gladly explain.

It seemed his relatives here had long since played their cards poorly, played them without thinking of their line. Had played them like they were immune to consequences, betraying close friends. It was simply not done. "I see" he rumbled, considering the other in his gaze. Watching, the gears turning beneath the mask. How could they throw away such a stalwart and usefully ally? How could they leave him to rot? He had far too much to change, to fix and it irked him. "Explain" he all but demanded, gaze narrowing. Wanting to understand so he knew how to chew his blood out and teach them exactly how they had gone wrong. That and perhaps patch up whatever relations this one had with others.

Just a few words of understanding was all that the snow dragon needed before it went back to what he had spoken before. "Tell me, Gwyn, do you believe in Spirits?" He was truly curious. If so, then this explaining would be fairly easy compared to if the answer was the opposite. Though, Drakon believed in Spirits. In Gods and Goddess due to his Mother's raising, he had never once thought that the idea of another being reincarnated into another's body was possible. Let alone bringing another back to life but yet here he stood. Alive and breathing. So, silence took over as Drakon waited for an answer.

An interesting way to begin this discussion, that question was, and for a moment, the man had no words. He hid it as one of his regular silences, one of his usual pauses. In truth though, it had thrown him for a small loop. "I believe they exist but I generally do not pay them heed." he answers, his words level, questioning. Why had he gone this way? "What does this have to do with my blood and your distrust in them?" he queried, eyes narrowing at the male. What was he getting at?

Gwyn answered his question but then asked him one before he could explain. How could he explain this so simply but easily? Silence fell around them as Drakon would think of way to put this but there really wasn't any other way. "Abraxas is a son of Leviathan but I had found out in the old valley that he was Crowley Casimir reincarnated. He had joined my ranks when I ruled the Coastal pride there but when everything happen, he disappeared." He would state bluntly. There wasn't any other way around this really. "So forgive me if I have some distrust in one of my families oldest allies."

The man hadn't seemed to want to explain in one go; he was being frustratingly obtuse. So he pressed and queried to get to the bottom of things. The story he told in response was rather had to believe. At least, it would have been if it were not for Rythian. It was not something he would take as fact if he had not seen it with his own eyes. "Ah, that does explain it. Had a family friend of mine not been reincarnated in the same manner I would not believe you" he answers, watching the other male. He then hmms for a moment. "My brother is not me. I'm here for the long haul. I have to be to fix the mess the younger generations have created." he rumbles, explaining where he would be coming from. Brows raised slightly. Now are you going to judge him on his brother's past mistakes or upon his own worth? He hoped the latter; suspecting Gwyn of failure was not a healthy proposition.

Ah, so this man had seen this happen before and that was what made sense to the Casimir before him. "Good." He would admit before glancing around them. Ears twitched as he began to hear Gwyn speak again and that was enough for Drakon's fiery jewels return to the brute before him. "We shall see then, hm." He would state, sort of an agreement at the very thought of it all. Drakon wasn't entirely ready to accept this man as an ally just yet but only time would tell if it would be right.

He had not captured the dragon, but, in general it was looking up. He needed allies from family he knew, old blood whose word ran as deep as their lineages. Not this new fangled group of children making out to be Casimir when they truly weren't. "I look forward to proving you wrong" he states. His tone is firm, solid. He would earn this dragons trust completely. The other man simply didn't realize it yet. "I shall call for you when I have a role for you" he rumbles, his form shifting. Turning away from the pale man as he pushed on. This conversation had proved promising, but if he was going to find the very thing that would allow him to call upon the man, he should leave. Go searching for it. That and this conversation(read thread) had run its course and gotten old.

The Casimir before him seemed determined to prove him wrong and Drakon was set to wait and find out. Ears twitched as he would look at the brute leaving, keeping his words in mind. He figured Gwyn would go for a pride if one came up just as he would but whomever seemed to be the victor, that would have to wait. Patience was key here it seemed as Drakon walked away from this meeting.
