Nephthys screamed. Not for any particular reason other than to hear her own voice, but she screamed regardless. For a cub that had just discovered she could make all of the fun, fascinating noises she had heard her parents make.. well, she was on cloud nine. She babbled and huffed, noisily strutting at the den entrance to rouse her brothers for adventure time. "Oussiiiiiiiidee! she whined, seafoam eyes glaring in the back of the den. They'd better get a move on, because Nephthys was going with or without them. "MAMA! PAPA! OUSIDEEE!" Good God, where was everyone?

Asleep. That was where everyone was. Drakon yawned when he heard his daughter begin to move and slowly blinked his fiery jewels to get rid of the sleep that still lingered behind them and in the corners. Stretching his legs as Drakon would get to his paws before moving towards his loud child. "Go ahead." He would mumble in a deeper voice than normal that was laced with exhaustion. These children would be the death of him surely.

The first beast to rouse from the depths was @Drakon -- ah, yes, good. Papa was the best. She wiggled excitedly as he slipped closer, granting her permission to escape outside. "WHEEEE!" she trilled happily, rushing towards her father's legs on fumbling paws. Nephthys moved to weave between his legs, purring affectionately as she came to stand below his chest. "Papa come?" Maybe she was afraid, okay? Neph bounced forward a few strides, eagerly looking over her shoulder to see if he was coming.

His sister was very very annoying. The large boy, not quite as large as one would expect for a babe born colossal(for he had recently recovered from a little bit of a cough), had been sleeping soundly. Happy to be cuddled close to pretty much everyone except her. And then she had to exercise her very new and obnoxiously loud voice. @Drakon rose from the family cuddle puddle and a small squeak of protest escaped from the large, soon to be largest, dragon. When his father did not stir further, he sighed and slowly awoke. Already glaring fiercely with cub blues at the bright entrance to the den. Then he rises and follows both his sister and his father, a frown on his tiny face. "Too loud." he declares at his noisy sister, aiming to come up beside dad's big paw. He looks up his father. "Why come?" he asks his father. Couldn't they just... ignore her and go back to sleep?

He stirred. Ever so slightly at the noise of his sister blasting her mouth about something and all Gostir wanted to do was go back to sleep. He didn't like social interactions and even when both his father and brother followed after her, Gostir would twist and turn until he could possibly fine the warmth of his mother's form while everyone else enjoyed the outside world.

He was still blinking the sleep away when she squealed with delight and then Drakon felt her fur brush against his paws and it caused the brute to look downwards. A chuckle formed just as his colossal of a son coming out of sleep and into their little group. The question that was raised caused for him to chuckle again. "You each are to young to be on your own, so I am your constant shadow." He would state before moving out of the den, noticing that Gostir wasn't following them outside.

Nephthys beamed up at her father, tail wiggling happily behind her up until lame-o brother @Ladon showed up to complain. She snorted and stuck her tongue out at him, giggling. "Not loud, yous just LAZY!" Those things had nothing to do with one another, but she didn't have anything better to say. "Daddy! Take us 'splorin'!" she implored, rushing out into the sunlight with a wide grin. Nephthys didn't stop to see if anyone else was coming, too excited to see the ocean in the distance. "OH-SENNNN!" Time to run straight into the waves!

Hecuba was grateful for her husband, truly, because th cubs were running her ragged. She lifted her head as the pale dragon moved after @Ladon and Nephthys, stifling a yawn as she purred appreciatively. Thank the gods he was staying in Caladan, because otherwise she would be completely grey.. well, maybe white. She glanced down as @Gostir nestled closer; at least one of them appreciated a good nap. Hecuba groomed the babe affectionately, purring softly. She curled around him protectively, laying her head down on the ground beside him. Naaaaaps.

The boy is dwarfed by his father at this point, peering at the man's paw that was more or less the same size as half his entire body. When would he get that big? Little did he know that he would grow even bigger than his giant dad. However, such interest is fleeting as it often is with one so young. The boy peering up at his father when he chuckled and answered. What was so funny? "Maybe Nephy. Not me. Dad is okay, sis is not." he declares, peering around his father's limb to glare at his irritating sister. Adding a little poke of a tongue at the only female of his litter. Girls were annoying, could they just not?! Not that he doesn't like his dad coming on adventures with him. He glanced at his father. Dad was always welcome. Just not Nephy.

His declaration made, he had been about to turn around to leave Nephy to her fate. However, dad stepped forward, following her, and for a moment the boy is torn. Then he bounds after dad, not wanting to miss out on anything. His annoying sister didn't get to do stuff and leave him out.

No it was supposed to be the other way round thank you.

The boy suddenly stops, affronted gasp sounding from him. It sounds like a squeak in one so young. How dare she call him lazy! "No. Not Lazy. Yous annoyin'!" he snaps back, glaring at his sister. Just because he was smart enough not to run headlong into everything didn't mean he was lazy. He squeaked in outrage as she streaks off towards the fascinating roiling blue. Green eyes flick to his father. "Nephy's not fun" he tells the man privately. Then he trots forward, almost running, but too proper to run headlong after his sister. The ocean was too interesting to ignore for more than the length of time it took to yell at his sister and talk to dad.

Everything was still loud but as he felt his Mother stir it caused Gostir to tense up. Thinking that she was going to be getting up to follow suit and that he would be left to curl up and keep himself warm but that was not the case as he heard Drakon leave with his sister and brother. Leaving him with @Hecuba to himself. He purred with the grooming until it stopped and he peeked at his mother to see her laying her head down next to him. A grin formed as he closed those gold jewels and nestled closer. Yes, he was a mama's boy. Shut up.
