It would seem that not all was quiet in the land of Amaryllis. Once more the fog was pulled back to reveal more of the territories to the outsiders. While the brute did not agree, he knew there was a plan from the immortal. Paws lead him to the one that carried the most interest at the given moment. It is the smell of natives that forced him to attend.

He found the challenger first. The pink native that he only knows by passing from his life within the lands. They glance over the claimer and then to those in attendance. His path would lead to the free side of Maeve, where he would settle to watch as well. "It seems we have been brought together before our date." He mused in a quiet breath toward her before he withdrew back to his poised recline.

More lions filtered in, though none approached her, and it seemed the fight had begun! It seemed the white female had some fight experience, what with that scar. Also, the fact she immediately went near Valhalla’s eye spoke volumes. This would not be some flimsy little battle, no. This would surely draw blood. Her eyes pulled away to Tyrion as he settled beside her, and she did the same, she’d been sitting rather swiftly before. Ghosts in her mind whispered how they’d pulled Tyrion to her again, early. She offered him a small smile, “I hope we’ll have another native ruler today.” She hummed, “Valhalla and I are friends, actually, so, Maua willing, he’ll win.”

The stir of activity up ahead would lift Petra's head above the thick jungle foliage, brown gaze scanning the horizon with curiousity. A commotion, and not just any sort of commotion. Promptly, she would lift herself onto her paws and head North. The atmosphere would shift, a faint aroma of ambition mingling with the warm, damp scent that the Jungle naturally provided. From there, it would not take her long to find Kimagure and Valhalla, and the eager audience that surrounded them. The concept of a pride here appealed to her, and the idea of a woman sat at the helm would be the icing on the cake. Dual-toned gaze would shift, scanning the group for any potentially familiar faces. Hm - nobody. She would take a seat, tail curled neatly around her paws as she watched the battle with a vague interest.

Ever since he had been told that there were, indeed, lands beyond the fog, Gareth had spent a lot of time near the northeastern quadrant of Amaryllis. There was something so inviting about the land as a whole that he was anxious to see what Nymeria had told him about. So when he had been walking from the Cove and northward that day and saw the fog was slowly pulling away, he was keen to investigate. But so were others! Gareth was substantially late as someone was already keen on claiming this as a pride - a Rainforest, no less. A beautiful place but certainly not one for a man as littered with hair as he. From a distance he could see a readied woman, white in color, that seemed to be waiting for another to show. While his gaze spotted a bright pink lion (very handsome) moving towards the lioness in what Gareth could only assume was to challenge her and not to spectate. Lucky for him he was quick to skim over the white male, to see Jewel approaching him and that forced the Noble's feet to sway in his leader's direction. Taking a seat as close to her as possible (by means of keeping a respectable distance since so many had gravitated to her already) to watch the fight unfold (hopefully).

His opponent would waste no time in initiating the beginning of a grueling battle. Narrowed eyes would watch as she closed the distance between them, and as she launched forward to attempt to wrap her forelegs around his shoulders would the colossal beast make a knee-jerk reaction. He would jump to his right and attempting to make their position now where he was facing her at an angle, causing for her attempted grasp to be thwarted. His tail would go into action, helping keep his balance as he shifted and moved. He was not out of the way of injury, though. The searing and ripping feeling of flesh under claws would be felt on his left shoulder, claws not only pulling at mane but also his flesh. There would be several lacerations about a couple inches long and an inch or two deep, blood beginning to drip from them almost instantly. The red hot pain from it caused for more adrenaline to rush through his veins, roaring in his flattened ears.

His skull would attempt to throw itself to his right side, eyes closing briefly, just as the lioness were attempting to bite down on his cheek. He felt teeth sink into the fleshy area around his cheek and it caused for him to let loose a rather guttural snarl, lips curling back. He knew this counter attack came with more injury, but he was hoping that, if his skull went head on with her attack, that it may cause more than just a simple headache. He were also hoping with this counter that she may not be able to gain a good hold on his cheek, but only time would tell.

Left front leg would lift itself in the air at the same time as his skull counter, claws still unsheathed. He attempted to strike at the lioness’s face itself. He would attempt to have his paw be placed right at her jawline on her right hand side, hoping that claws would seek purchase into her flesh on the side and below her jawline. Legs would shift weight upon all three that remained on the ground with bent knees, claws continuing to grip the ground, hackles still risen and ears stating flattened within his mane.

Aquila was pleased with what he found to their east. A face at least familiar enough that the silver eyed eagle knew him to not be one of them was poised to take some of Maua's land under his rule. Good. The bronze beast nodded and with eagerness he had not felt in ages he stepped forwards to spectate the goings on- the lions gathered. And this time around Aquila had a stake in the outcome, there was an option he didn't dread and worry over and it was burning pink. C'mon... c'mon. He muttered under his breath, willing strength towards Valhalla. Was this not all theirs to begin with? The fact they now had to go through such lengths to ensure that was horrid and fuel for his prejudices.

She had been drawn here, to this place. Like a moth to a flame the dark mistress moved with ease and silence, her strides steady yet in the same instance poised as she moved. Deep ebony eyes flashed, scanning the unfamiliar terrain. This was indeed such an odd place to find herself in but her dream had been clear, she needed to come to this land. Nadia didn't know the purpose yet, it wasn't quite clear to her, but she was sure that in time she would know why she had been called here. The cries of battle were music to her ears, something that she had been no stranger to growing up. And so even as she arrived amongst a sea of unfamiliar faces she moved to take her seat, dark eyes watching and waiting to see who would be crowned the victor.

Another land and another claim. This was becoming routine whenever the mists would reveal more of the lands. There was already a press of bodies present and a fight ongoing. He didn't recognize the fighters so his attention slipped to the spectators. Drakon was here but he didn't see Hecuba at his side but someone else instead. The white lion was already engaged and he was uncertain as to how his presence would be taken so his gaze drifted on. He spotted that native lion he had met previously. Certainly this wasn't making a good impression. He could go over and explain that these were his friends and he had no idea whom they were. But he also had someone to speak to.

It was then that Caligula noted his own distinct lack of friendship. He had no one here to associate himself with. He wasn't about to turn tail and sulk off though. No, he could use this time to explore before a claim was instated. He could take a look at someone's home before they got to do so because they were too busy fighting over it.

He kept the fight in his periphery as he didn't want to get caught wandering about once the fight has ended and possibly end up upsetting whomever the new ruler might be.

Caligula walked along the tree line, sniffing around to see if maybe one of those natives had been here previously before someone else thought to stalk in and stake a claim. Of course he couldn't help thinking Hanneth would like this place. It was like where she had been before. Aside from the waterfall, the sound of which having the bronze lion freezing up and staring.

The fog was receding more and more as time went on until, finally, it had vanished from the island entirely. Amra had been awake at sunrise, down the other end of the island home in the Lagoon, and had been looking up the Eastern coast when suddenly, the fog was thinning. She had taken it as a good sign and so had left early to make the trek North.
It had taken a long time.
So much time in fact that when she arrived, the combatants were already knees deep in battle and there was already quite the crowd. Amra halted at the edge of the clearing, having taken notice of the gorgeous setting the pride lay in. Forest and waterfalls and just stunning scenery. Almost as beautiful as the Lagoon, if one were to compare, though they each had their merits.
Drakon was noted, next to Jewel, with Petra standing off to the side herself as well. Amra, knowing no one well enough to warrant seating herself next to them, simply sidled off to a space on her own and reclined, content to simply watch the battle by herself. One must always know the lay of the land and what prides were ruled by who, even if she didn't know everyone by name.

- Spectating

It would seem that life was about the same here as it had been back in their previous home. A place that was filled with challenges for places and this Rainforest was no different. A beautiful place that reminded her greatly of her first home, the one that her father had led for a brief time before she had left on her own.

When she arrived there was, of course, many others gathered but her sunset eyes were immediately trained to land upon Drakon. A son-in-law, sort of. He was surrounded by quite a few individuals already so Corinna elected not to go sit by him. Instead she contentedly saw a distance away and watched the two that were gathered to fight. A pale woman and a pinkish male; both quite attractive but the pink stood out immensely to the blue woman. Not ever recalling a time that she had seen any harsh pink individuals. She and her first mate had always felt like the rarest colors but the pink, somehow, suited the male triumphantly.
